发达国家服务贸易的经验借鉴

随着信息技术的快速发展,服务贸易行业在国际贸易中更加受到重视,其中技术和资本服务贸易行业尤为突出。对发达国家服务贸易的发展特点进行了研究,借鉴美国、德国、英国和荷兰等发达国家提升服务贸易的举措,为我国政府和企业提出了发展服务贸易的建议,以达到提高我国服务贸易竞争力的目的。     

Properties of bounded stochastic processes employed in biophysics

Abstract

Realistic stochastic modeling is increasingly requiring the use of bounded noises. In this work, properties and relationships of commonly employed bounded stochastic processes are investigated within a solid mathematical ground. Four families are object of investigation: the Sine-Wiener (SW), the Doering–Cai–Lin (DCL), the Tsallis–Stariolo–Borland (TSB), and the Kessler–Sørensen (KS) families. We address mathematical questions on existence and uniqueness of the processes defined through Stochastic Differential Equations, which often conceal non-obvious behavior, and we explore the behavior of the solutions near the boundaries of the state space. The expression of the time-dependent probability density of the Sine-Wiener noise is provided in closed form, and a close connection with the Doering–Cai–Lin noise is shown. Further relationships among the different families are explored, pathwise and in distribution. Finally, we illustrate an analogy between the Kessler–Sørensen family and Bessel processes, which allows to relate the respective local times at the boundaries.     

公理化局部有限空间中映射连续性的扩展

用公理化方法研究了局部有限空间中的连续映射及其扩张问题。给出了局部有限空间的公理化定义方法;利用邻近关系研究了局部有限空间中的连续映射、同胚和局部同胚等问题;通过对局部有限空间变形的研究,定义了局部有限空间的一种特殊收缩核,有效地解决了局部有限空间中连续映射的扩张问题。     

高校图书馆服务与MOOC融合发展研究

介绍了MOOC的基本概念及其发展情况，探讨了MOOC时代高校图书馆的角色定位，分析了MOOC时代高校图书馆的独特优势，指出高校图书馆只有与MOOC融合发展，才能适应信息化社会的需要。     

新宁县可持续发展能力评价

为了评价新宁县可持续发展能力,根据县情建立了由经济发展、资源利用、生态建设与环境保护4个子系统组成的可持续发展能力评价指标体系,并采用全排列多边形综合图示法评价了2007–2014年的可持续发展现状以及2020的可持续发展水平。研究结果表明:2007–2012年,新宁县可持续发展综合指数均低于0.250,处于Ⅳ级较差水平;2013–2014年处于Ⅲ级一般水平;2020年达到0.945,进入Ⅰ级水平,可持续发展能力优良;当前新宁县可持续发展能力距离规划目标仍有很大差距。     

基于ESI和InCites的学科发展预测研究--以中国地质大学为例

基于汤姆路透公司的ESI和InCites数据库，分析了中国地质大学各学科的特征，探讨了高被引论文、热门论文、顶尖论文与学科发展的关系，并预测后续最有可能入围ESI世界前1％的学科。     

Academic maturity of students in an extended programme in mathematics

ABSTRACT

This paper focuses on the students who are registered in the University of Pretoria’s academic development programme, named the Four-year Programme (FYP). The programme was introduced as a gateway for students who are underprepared but have the potential to succeed and then continue their studies into the mainstream science programmes. Our research focuses on measuring the change in the academic maturity of these students. In the theoretical framework that we developed, academic maturity is subdivided into two components namely non-subject based maturity and subject based maturity (mathematical maturity). This paper focuses on measuring non-subject based academic maturity. The survey used for this purpose is called the Student Academic Readiness Survey (STARS), taken at the beginning of the year and after the first semester respectively. The results of the surveys are compared to measure the change in students’ views. Results show that in all constructs there is a surprising decline in students’ perceptions regarding their own abilities over the first semester at university. We use the Dunning–Kruger effect to explain this unexpected decline, in that students seem to develop a more realistic view of their own maturity, which in itself can be seen as a growth in academic maturity.     

公安院校《有机物检验技术》课程研发探究

目前公安院校刑事技术相关课程体系还存在诸多问题,课程科目重合、基础知识单薄、教学内容滞后,远远不能满足一线公安的实战要求.根据教学实践,针对公安院校刑事技术专业学生,进行了《有机物检验技术》课程的研发,精选教学内容,保持其系统性、实战性和前沿性.有效地增强警校学生的基础知识,培养其动手能力,提升其办案水平,保证了教学质量和学科的健康发展.     

低碳经济背景下建筑行业发展路径探讨

低碳经济是人类社会发展的又一次重大进步,必将对建筑行业带来革命性的变革。在阐述低碳经济概念与内涵的基础上,分析了低碳经济对建筑行业提出的更高要求,提出了建筑行业实现低碳发展的对策与建议,以期为建筑行业发展提供思路。     

当代中国高等教育发展中的国际影响

从改革开放到加入WT0，中国日益融入国际社会，中国高等教育的国际化进程也越来越快，而与发达国家比较在科技与教育方面的差距越来越小。我们在借鉴、学习国际经验的同时，也受到国际的影响，这表现在中国高等教育领域里的观念变革、结构调整、院校合并及人才培养之中。作者认为，国际影响对当代中国高等教育的发展起到了参照与促进作用。
