嗜热蓝藻鞭枝藻藻胆体的分离及其光谱特性的研究

从嗜热蓝藻鞭枝藻（Ｍａｓｔｉｇｏｃｌａｄｕｓｌａｍｉｎｏｓｕｓ）中分离出藻胆体，并对其光谱特性进行了研究．完整藻胆体的室温荧光峰位于６７３ｕｍ，７７Ｋ荧光发射光谱中只有一个峰，位于６８５ｕｍ，解离的藻胆体的７７Ｋ荧光峰位于６８３ｎｍ，并在６６６ｎｍ和６５０ｎｍ处形成小的荧光发射峰．严重解离的藻胆体室温荧光峰位于６４５ｕｍ，７７Ｋ荧光峰位于６４４ｕｍ，６８３ｕｍ荧光显著下降，成为小峰．完整藻胆体与解离的及严重解离的藻胆体的吸收光谱没有显著差别，吸收峰位于６２２ｕｍ，在５８０ｕｍ处有一吸收肩．     

谱任意的符号模式矩阵

一个n阶符号模式矩阵A称为是谱任意的,如果对任意的实系数n次首1多项式r(x),在A的定性矩阵类Q(A)中至少存在一个实矩阵B,使得B的特征多项式是r(x),文中证明了当n为奇数时n阶谱任意符号模式矩阵是存在的。     

Effects of Spatial Noncommutativity on Energy Spectrum of a Trapped Bose-Einstein Condensate

In noncommutative space, we examine the problem of a noninteracting and harmonically trapped BoseEinstein condensate, and derive a simple analytic expression for the effect of spatial noncommutativity on energy spectrum of the condensate. It indicates that the ground-state energy incorporating the spatial noncommutativity is reduced to a lower level, which depends upon the noncommutativity parameter θ. The gap between the noncommutative space and commutative one for the ground-state level of the condensate should be a signal of spatial noncommutativity.     

磁控溅射技术制备ZnO透光薄膜

采用RF磁控溅射方法,在玻璃衬底上制备了择优取向的ZnO薄膜;通过台阶仪、X射线衍射技术、原子力显微镜和分光光度计分别测量了不同溅射功率条件下淀积的ZnO薄膜厚度(淀积速率)、结晶质量、表面形貌与粗糙度、透光光谱,报道了该薄膜结晶质量、薄膜粗糙度与其在可见光区透光率的关系.     

BRD96N光调制吸收增强现象的实验研究

通过光谱响应特性实验和记录／读出图像实验，研究了基因变异型细菌视紫红质（BR_D96N）分子膜对单色光的光调制特性.发现BR_D96N分子膜在550nm—600nm范围内对调制光有吸收增强的现象，且对此范围内不同波长的单色光其调制程度有差异.利用曲线拟和方法发现550nm—600nm吸收增强的变化过程分为快过程和慢过程，其对应的时间常数分别为30s和5min.利用强度调制器的吸收强度与图像灰度之间的关系，分析了560nm—600nm范围内出现图像反转的实验现象. 关键词： 细菌视紫红质D96N分子膜 光谱响应 吸收增强现象 图像反转现象     

Application of x-ray fluorescence analysis to investigation of the composition of gunshot residues

We have used x-ray fluorescence analysis to study the elemental composition of gunshot residues from smooth-bore and rifled-bore guns. We have established that it is possible to differentiate between types of projectiles (jacketed/lead), types of primers (corrosive/noncorrosive), and types of propellant powders (black/smokeless) by analysis of the elemental composition of the gunshot residues. We have shown that the mercury content in gunshot residues on the surface of the object carrying the residues steadily decreases as storage time increases. Despite this fact, mercury can be preserved as a component of gunshot residues on the object (cotton cloth) under room conditions for more than 45 days. __________ Translated from Zhurnal Prikladnoi Spektroskopii, Vol. 73, No. 3, pp. 320–325, May–June, 2006.     

Refractive index of standard oils as a function of wavelength and temperature

The refractive indices (n) of eight standard oils from Physikalisch Technische Bundesanstalt, Germany were determined with an accuracy of ±1×10⁻⁴ by using Abbe Refractometer. The measurements were performed at temperature 20°C in the spectral range 0.4–0.7 μm. The experimental data were fitted to the simple Cauchy dispersion formula and the results were found to be consistent within the limits of experimental error. In all cases, the refractive index decreased monotonically with increasing wavelength. The refractive indices (n) of these oils have been measured as a function of the temperature t (20°C up to 50°C) at λ=0.589 μm and were found to have linear temperature dependencies. The refractive indices of the studied oils and the uncertainty in their values are calculated at λ=0.589. The Lorentz–Lorenz (L–L) formula has been tested and it was found to be valid with a maximum deviation of 0.4% and was used to calculate the molecular polarizability θ.     

钢-混凝土连续组合梁桥的理论分析和试验研究

根据完全剪力连接的连续组合梁桥的构造特点及各部分受力机理,做出合理假设,提出分层平面框架计算模型该计算模型用于沈阳市东西快速干道工程某段连续组合梁桥,计算值与静载试验实测值非常接近,证明了本计算模型用于钢-混凝土连续组合梁桥正确实用的.     

新型噻吩基取代卟啉的合成及其荧光光谱研究

合成了两种新型噻吩基卟啉－5，15－二（2－噻吩基）－2，8，12，18－四乙基－3，7，13，17－四甲基卟啉7a（45．1％）和5，15－二（2－联噻吩基）－2，8，12，18－四乙基－3，7，13，17－四甲基卟啉7b(61.2%),并研究了它们的光谱性质，其中荧光光谱的最大发射峰蜂都在631nm处，量子产率分别为4．1％（7a)和1．4％（7b)。     

Sn-C60薄膜的紫外吸收光谱和X-射线衍射谱分析

对Sn-C60薄膜进行紫外可见光吸收，X-射线衍射和扫描电镜的测定结果显示，薄膜样品紫外可见光吸收的两个短波段吸收峰比纯C60薄膜的吸收峰显著下降，说明Sn-C60薄膜的电子光吸收跃迁为间接跃迁，能带中有杂质能级的存在；样品的X射线衍射峰则对应于面心立方结构；扫描电镜结果显示薄膜为纳米级颗粒组成。
