Comparative study of the regularities of the reaction and specific features of phase formation during electrochemical incorporation
of lithium from propylene carbonate solutions in intermetallic aluminum-based compounds (CuAl2, Mg2Al3, and NiAl) and pure metals (Al, Cu, Mg, and Ni) was performed. The initial stage of the process was shown to be dissolution
of lithium in the solid phase limited by diffusion for all studied substrates. Trace amounts of lithium-containing by-products,
were detected in NiAl, Ni, and Cu samples. The subsequent change in the limiting stage is related to the beginning of formation
of a new phase: metallic lithium (on Mg2Al3, NiAl, Mg, Ni, and Cu) or LiAl (on Al and CuAl2 cathodes). In the latter case, the solid-phase substitution occurs, which is formally described by the equation: CuAl2+2Li++2e→2LiAl+Cu. Thus, the specific features of phase formation on the CuAl2 electrode correspond to the highest (among three intermetallides studied) concentration of Al atoms in the crystal lattice
of the compound.

Effects of water content and carbon and nitrogen sources on the production ofL-glutamate oxidase (GOD) by solid state fermentation (SSF) ofStreptomyces sp. N1 were investigated in a 250-mL shake flask. The results show that in the solid medium containing wheat bran 98% (w/w), KCl
0.2% (w/w), and MgCl2 0.2% (w/w), addition of 2.0-mL water per gram solid medium and 0.4% (w/w) (NH4)2SO4 was the best for GOD production. In this work, we also developed a simple technique forin situ measuring oxygen uptake rate (OUR) and carbon dioxide evolution rate (CER) in SSF in a shake flask based on the principle
of Warburg manometer. The method was successfully applied to determine OUR and CER values in SSF ofStreptomyces sp. N1. The results indicate that the largest OUR value was detected about one or two days ahead of the highest GOD activity reached

The MM3 force field has been extended to deal with the lithium amide molecules that are widely used as efficient catalysts for stereoselective asymmetric synthesis. The MM3 force field parameters have been determined on the basis of the ab initio MP2/6-31G* and/or DFT (B3LYP/6-31G*, B3-PW91/6-31G*) geometry optimization calculations. To evaluate the electronic interactions specific to the lithium amides derived from the diamine molecules properly, the Lewis bonding potential term for the interaction between the lithium atom and the nonbonded adjacent electronegative atom such as nitrogen was introduced into the MM3 force field. The bond dipoles were evaluated correctly from the electronic charges on the atoms calculated by fitting to the electrostatic potential at points selected. The MM3 results on the molecular structures, conformational energies, and vibrational spectra show good agreement with those from the quantum mechanical calculations. 相似文献

The reaction of 1 with chlorotrimethylstannane gives besides small amounts of the cyclodisilazane 3 the N-substitution product Me[(Me3Si)(Me3Sn)N](Me3SiNH)SiH 4 . By the reaction of 1 with trimethylsilyltriflate the cyclodisilazane 3 is obtained as the main product. Furthermore 2 and the cyclodisilazane 5 are formed. Ethylbromide shows no reaction with 1 under the same conditions. The (p,ρ,T) and (ps,ρs,Ts) properties of {(1−x)CH3OH + xLiBr} over a wide range of state parameters are reported for the first time. The experiments were carried out in a constant volume piezometer over a temperature range from 298.15 K to 398.15 K, at 0.08421, 0.13617, 0.19692, 0.23133 and 0.26891 mole fractions and from atmospheric pressure up to 60 MPa. The experimental uncertainties are ΔT=±3 mK for temperature, Δp=±5·10−2 MPa for high pressure and Δp=±5·10−4 MPa for atmospheric pressure, Δρ=±3·10−2 kg · m−3 for density. A variety of disubstituted (double-comb) polysiloxane polymers have been prepared containing linear, branched, and cyclic oligoethyleneoxide units, –(OCH2CH2)n–, in the side chains and as part of the siloxane backbone. Copolymers, using mixtures of linear ethylene oxide side chains, were also synthesized. These polymers were doped with LiN(SO2CF3)2 (LiTFSI, 1) and conductivities of the polymer-salt complexes were determined as a function of temperature and doping level. The maximum conductivity of these polymers at 25 ° C was 2.99 ×10–4, for a copolymer containing equimolar amounts of side chains with n = 5 and 6. 相似文献
