白云禅寺“锅中槐”文化意蕴管窥

散见于中国城乡各地的寺庙观庵,记载了中国封建社会文化的发展和兴衰.研究寺庙观庵,除了要重视它的外部形态和空间布局,更应重视其文化内涵的深入挖掘,应使其形制布局等外在要素与其蕴含的文化要素结合起来进行综合研究,从所处时代的思想、文化、政治和经济等多层面地去挖掘其深层的文化渊源.遵循这一思路,从中华民族传统民俗文化的视角介入,通过对“槐”和“锅”等文化要素的查考和解析,对河南省民权县白云禅寺“锅中槐”文化的认识应有积极意义.     

南华寺旅游景区服务管理调查研究

分析寺院旅游景区的服务管理情况.针对南华寺景区接待服务、解说服务、商业服务和设施管理四方面进行问卷设计和实地调查.结果显示：南华寺景区存在标识牌不规范、咨询服务欠缺、基础设施不完善和旅游商品特色性不突出等问题,提出完善南华寺院内设施和解说服务系统、增加体验性旅游项目、加强宣传力度以及设计寺院文化特色旅游商品等建议.     

平和县马堂张氏的渊源史迹与台湾之关系的历史考证

姓氏文化是中华民族的血脉之根,很多姓氏的根可以上溯到黄帝、炎帝,故中国人皆称炎黄子孙.寻根认祖是一种民族文化的认同,漳州、台湾之间的族谱对接更证明了两岸间的血脉相连.文章考证了福建漳州平和马堂张氏家族渊源史迹和传衍大陆、台湾的基本史实,和台湾宗亲寻根谒祖活动以及《张氏马堂族谱》的主要内容.     

Investigation of structural transformation in ripening cotton fiber by the methods of positron annihilation

The microstructure of cotton fiber (sort 175-F, 4 type) at various ripeness stages has been investigated by measuring the spectra of positron life-time and the angular correlation of annihilation radiation. It has been established that the macro strength (breaking load) depends on the concentration and sizes of microdefects (radius less than 10 Å) in amorphous interfibrillar areas. These defects can be studied by registering the characteristics of positron and positronium atom decay and which are hard to reach by traditional physical methods for the analysis of the cotton fiber structure.

泰山神庙剧场概述

历代繁盛的祭祀活动给泰山留下了大量的文化遗产,其中神庙是最重要的一部分,而这些神庙中有一部分修建了用以祭祀娱神的剧场建筑即神庙剧场.本文对泰山神庙剧场之建筑结构、演出习俗进行了概括性的阐述.     

从乡野到祀典:桂东南“寒山信仰”传播及合法化路径

寒山信仰盛行于玉林境内。尤其至清代寒山庙广泛兴建,由此形成了一个以寒山庙为中心的祭祀网络。光绪年间,为报寒山应雨之功,地方官不惜在奏折中否定"三圣传说"以迎合国家礼制,经二次上奏,最终使寒山神荣获敕封,并列入祀典。但有趣的是,"三圣传说"并未因此而中断,民间仍以三圣诞辰为期进行祭祀,而不是按照国家礼制。     

从庄严寺观到扰攘市井——《三言二拍》寺庙道观的世俗化特征

在《三言二拍》中，有大量关于佛道题材的描写，其中对于佛道两教的宗教场所寺庙道观，也相应有很多显现。而小说中的寺庙道观，也已逐渐由传统的精神寄托的有崇高感的场所，变成了信徒与众生相交相与进行各种活动和僧尼道士们满足自身欲望的场所。寺观庙宇与人们的世俗生活密切相关，被用作读书场所、避难所、旅馆等。《三言二拍》中寺庙道观的世俗化倾向是宋明以来宗教世俗化的折射，也是明中晚期社会思潮在作品中的反映。     

Bioanalytical applications of aptamer and molecular-beacon probes in fluorescence-affinity assays

This critical review summarizes recent developments in highly sensitive, specific assays using nucleic-acid (NA)-affinity probes and fluorescence detection. We emphasize two groups of DNA and RNA probes (i.e. aptamers and molecular beacons) because of the increase in their bioanalytical applications. The affinity and the specificity of these NA probes combined with the diverse detection capability of fluorescence measurements (e.g., intensity, polarization, resonance-energy transfer and decay life-time) enable ultrasensitive assays for proteins, gene mutations, single-nucleotide polymorphisms and molecular-binding events.     

Studies of catalytic process of complete oxidation of methane by SSITKA method

This paper presents the results obtained by means of the steady state isotopic transient kinetic analysis for complete methane oxidation over the Pd(PdO)Al₂O₃ catalyst. The average surface life-time and surface concentration of methane and carbon dioxide were determined. It was found out that on the palladium catalyst there are adsorbed small amounts of methane (which does not take part in the process of oxidation) only at the temperature corresponding to the starting point of methane oxidation. Additionally, in the steady state of methane oxidation on the palladium catalyst there are present two different kinds of carbon dioxide: short- and long-resided on the catalyst surface. The average surface life-time of both kinds of carbon dioxide decreases with temperature. The surface concentration of long-resided carbon dioxide increases with temperature whereas the small maximum at about 380 °C is noticed for the surface concentration of short-resided carbon dioxide.
