Studies on metabolism of total glucosides of paeony from Paeoniae Radix Alba in rats by UPLC‐Q‐TOF‐MS/MS

Total glucosides of paeony are the active constituents of Paeoniae Radix Alba. In this study, a novel strategy was proposed to find more metabolites and the differences between paeoniflorin, albiflorin and total glucosides of paeony (TGP). This strategy was characterized as follows: firstly, the animals were divided into three groups (paeoniflorin, albiflorin and TGP) to identify the source of TGP metabolites from paeoniflorin or albiflorin; secondly, a generic information‐dependent acquisition scan for the low‐level metabolites was triggered by the multiple mass defect filter and dynamic background subtraction; thirdly, the metabolites were identified with a combination of data‐processing methods including mass defect filtering, neutral loss filtering and product ion filtering; finally, a comparative study was used in the metabolism of paeoniflorin, albiflorin and TGP. Based on the strategy, 18 metabolites of TGP, 10 metabolites of paeoniflorin and 13 metabolites of albiflorin were identified respectively. The results indicated that the hydrolysis, conjugation reaction and oxidization were the major metabolic pathways, and the metabolic sites were the glycosidic linkage, the ester bond and the benzene ring. This study is first to explore the metabolism of TGP, and these findings enhance our understanding of the metabolism and the interactions of paeoniflrin and albiflorin in TGP. 为了解通辽地区医疗防保单位的消毒状况，1999－2001年对32家医疗防保单位的消毒与灭菌情况进行了调查。各年度监测合格率分别为55.76%、78.93%、90.54%。并对医疗防保单位消毒工作提出了建议。     

网络时代隐私权的法律保护

对隐私权的概念进行了界定，提出了网络时代隐私权的侵权方式呈现出传统侵权方式与网络侵权方式并存的特点，并在分析我国隐私权法律保护现状的基础上，对网络时代隐私权法律保护的前景作了探讨，即赋予隐私权以独立性、在未来民法典中对隐私权的法律保护做一般性规定、在某些特别领域对隐私权的法律保护做具体性规定以及从国际私法的角度对隐私权加以保护．     

On Potentially Abelian Geometric Representations

The finiteness is proved of the set of isomorphism classes of potentially abelian geometric Galois representations with a given set of data. This is a special case of the finiteness conjecture of Fontaine and Mazur.     

Eye-safe compact scanning LIDAR technology

A 1.5-μm eye-safe, 3-D scanning, and compact Mie LIght Detection and Ranging (LIDAR) is presented. The transmitter of the LIDAR is based on a KTA optical parameter oscillator (OPO) resonator. For detecting return signals, an InGaAs APD is used. The all solid-state OPO laser transmitter has the feature of small volume and lightweight, which allows a 165-lb compact eye-safe scanning LIDAR to be constructed. A system simulation using our own model was conducted to direct the system development. A method to solve the problem with small active area APD detectors was developed and described. The preliminary field-test measurement results indicated that the LIDAR has the capability to detect aerosols and clouds in lower atmospheres up to three dimensions.     

论经济法的调整对象范围

关于经济法的调整对象历来是经济法学甚至包括民法学、行政法学界争执的一个焦点,但是大家还是就经济法的基本理念达成了共识,即经济法是国家干预市场经济的基本法律形式,鉴于我国完全不同于西方的市场进化模式,当前我国国家干预市场的范围应当严格限定,干预市场与培育市场应当两种手段并存.经济法以社会公共利益为本位的法益追求是经济法区别于传统的公法和私法独立存在的根本理由.在此基础上再界定经济法的调整对象也就不再困难.
