The motion of a single spherical small bubble due to buoyancy in the ideal fluid with waves is investigated theoretically and experimentally in this article. Assuming that the bubble has no effect on the wave field, equations of a bubble motion are obtained and solved. It is found that the nonlinear effect increases with the increase of the bubble radius and the rising time. The rising time and the motion orbit are given by calculations and experiments. When the radius of a bubble is smaller than 0.5mm and the distance from the free surface is greater than the wave height, the results of the present theory are in close agreement with measurements. The Fickian dispersion equation is the basic relationship used to describe the nonconvective mass flux of a solute in a porous medium. This equation prescribes a linear relationship between the dispersive mass flux and the concentration gradient. An important characteristic of the Fickian relationship is that it is independent of the history of dispersion (e.g. the time rate of change of the dispersion flux). Also, the dispersivities are supposed to be medium constants and invariant with temporal and spatial scales of observation. It is believed that in general these restrictions do not hold. A number of authors have proposed various alternative relationships. For example, differential equations have been employed that prescribe a relationship between the dispersion flux and its time and space derivatives. Also, stochastic theories result in integro-differential equations in which dispersion tensor grow asymptotically with time or distance. In this work, three different approaches, which lead to three different non-Fickian equations with a transient character, are discussed and their primary features and differences are highlighted. It is shown that an effective dispersion tensor defined in the framework of the transient non-Fickian theory, grows asymptotically with time and distance; a result which also follows from stochastic theories. Next, principles of continuum mechanics are employed to provide a solid theoretical basis for the non-Fickian transient dispersion theory. The equation of motion of a solute in a porous medium is used to provide a rigorous derivation of various dispersion relationships valid under different conditions. Under various simplifying assumptions, the generalized theory is found to agree with the conventional Fickian theory as well as several other non-Fickian relationships found in the literature. The decentralized stabilization of continuous and discrete linear large scale systems with symmetric circulant structure was studied. A few sufficient conditions on decentralized stabilization of such systems were proposed. For the continuous systems, by introducing a concept called the magnitude of interconnected structure, a very important property that the decentralized stabilization of such systems is fully determined by the structure of each isolated subsystem that is obtained when the magnitude of interconnected structure of the overall system is given. So the decentralized stabilization of such systems can be got by only appropriately designing or modifying the structure of each isolated subsystem, no matter how complicated the interconnected structure of the overall system is. A algorithm for obtaining decentralized state feedback to stabilize the overall system is given. The discrete systems were also discussed. The results show that there is a great dfference on decentralized stabilization between continuous case and discrete case.  相似文献

访述了大涡模拟的基本思想,指出大涡模拟的效率主要取决于四个因素,即流动中须有大尺度涡存在、合理的计算格式、合适的滤波器和亚格子应力模型。在深入考虑粘性不可压缩流Navier—Stokes方程各个子项作用的基础上,提出二阶全展开Euler—Taylor—Galerkin有限元方法作为大涡模拟的离散格式,并采用Gauss滤波器,对典型算例——后台阶处的流动进行大涡模拟,计算结果与相关文献符合的很好。从计算结果还可以看出大涡模拟与二阶全展开ETG有限元方法的结合在捕捉涡系及反映涡动时变过程方面具有明显的优势,说明大涡模拟适合于边界几何形状复杂区域流动的模拟。同时应用二阶全展开ETG有限元方法对低雷诺数粘性不可压缩后台阶流动进行了计算,得到与相关文献符合良好的计算结果,即该方法也可独立用于对低雷诺数粘性不可压缩流动的计算。  相似文献

In this article the flows of perfect gas behind converging and diverging strong shock waves under isothermal condition in the cases of spherical and cylindrical symmetry are examined. A diverging shock wave is formed by energy supply according to a power law. These waves propagate in a uniform medium at rest and all conservation laws hold at the fronts of these shock waves. It was established that in the case of converging waves for any value of the ratios of specific heats the solution of the problem under consideration exists and is unique. When the problem has more than one solution. In the case of diverging shock waves the solution exists and is unique for any from the interval and any value of power in the energy input law. Slender thread like bodies (like cables, ropes, textilethreads or belts) are often used in technical applications. Becauseof their dimensions the one-dimensional continuum is the appropriatemechanical model for bodies of this type. Making use of the basicrelations of three-dimensional continua as a starting point the paperdevelops the general kinematic and kinetic relations of one-dimensionalcontinua for the case that the cross-sections will remain plane (Bernoullihypothesis), that large deflections are possible but the strains remainsmall and that the material is homogeneous and isotropic and behaveslinearly elastic. This results in the equations of motion of shearableand extensible rods (Timoshenko-beams). By neglection of shear deformationand of the rotational inertia of the cross-sections (assumptions thatcan be done in most technical applications) the equations of motionof Euler–Bernoulli-beams are derived in standard and concentratedform. The Euler–Bernoulli-beam equations contain the equations ofmotion of threads with zero bending and torsional stiffness. It isshown that the neglection of bending and torsional stiffness is onlyvalid if the tension is always positive. The second part of this paper[1] selects and develops appropriate numerical solution methods.The derived algorithms are used to solve problems from space and marineengineering.  相似文献

本文应用Smagorinsky涡粘性模式和二阶精度的有限体积法对圆柱绕流的流场进行大涡模拟.求解了非正交曲线坐标系下的N-S方程,对雷诺数为100和20000的工况进行了计算.计算结果与实验及动力涡粘性模式的结果进行了比较,表明计算对于层流及高亚临界雷诺数的湍流流动是合理的  相似文献
