采用全矢量有限元方法进行光纤设计优化,得到横截面上失去两层空气洞的双芯光子晶体光纤,可用于液压传感.优化的双芯光子晶体光纤的模场半径和数值孔径与单模光纤基本一致,在优化的双芯光子晶体光纤和单模光纤之间有一个相对较低的熔接损耗.计算结果表明由模场半径和数值孔径导致的不匹配造成的总共损耗可低至0.026 dB,低于传统光子晶体光纤和单模光纤0.1 dB的直接熔接损耗.对基于20 cm双芯光子晶体光纤的液压传感器的性能进行研究,结果表明在0~500 MPa量程内的灵敏度为-1.6 pm/MPa. 相似文献

Silver‐loading asymmetric cellulose acetate (CA) hollow fiber membrane was spun via the dry jet‐wet spinning technique. The spinning solution was prepared by dissolving AgNO3 and CA in N,N‐dimethylformamide (DMF). The silver ions were reduced in the spinning dope into silver nano‐particles. The morphology of the resulting hollow fibers was examined using a scanning electron microscope and the silver content in the fiber was measured using an inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer. The antibacterial activities were evaluated. These hollow fibers had a sponge‐like structure and dense inner and outer surfaces. At a 50 k magnification, the pore on the skin layer was not observable, while the nodule size was smaller than 10 nm. The residual silver content of as‐spun hollow fiber was about 60% of the original silver added in the polymer solution. After immersing in water bath for 180 days, the silver content in the bulk of the hollow fibers decreased to 60% and the silver content on the surface reduced to 10%, yet still showed antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. After permeating with water for 5 days, the silver content in the hollow fibers decreased, and did not show antibacterial activity against E. coli and S. aureus. Thus, silver content must be periodically replenished after permeation. The proper range of AgNO3 in the spinning solution for CA hollow fiber should be about 100–1000 ppm. A circular optical fiber consisting of an inhomogeneous nonlinear core bounded by a linear cladding medium is considered here. In this case, the calculation of the nonlinear modes is of practical importance because of the joint effects of nonlinearity and inhomogeneity on the field concentration and the achievable optical confinement. Numerical results indicate that the combination of this type of inhomogeneity along with the characteristics of nonlinearity may play a significant role towards the optical confinement in the core. 相似文献

Fully bleached kraft pulp (BKP) and thermomechanical pulp (TMP) fibers were grafted with acrylamide via dielectric-barrier discharge treatment at various treatment dosages. The results indicate that increased dielectric-barrier discharge treatment leads to the increased polymerization and incorporation of acrylamide onto fiber surfaces. Greater incorporation of poly(acrylamide) occurs on the BKP fibers than the TMP at the same treatment conditions. Time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry (ToF-SIMS) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) indicate that dielectric-barrier discharge initiated modifications to fiber surface topo-chemistry occur across the fiber such that the sheet is randomly peppered with modified areas; however, it occurs in patches on individual fibers as opposed to occurring as an evenly distributed thin film. SEM and elemental analysis also showed that the incorporation of acrylamide onto the fiber surface increases with increased treatment dosages. 相似文献

Abstract Special techniques have been found necessary for isolating PCB's from cellulose fiber-containing effluents and process streams and for determining PCB's in effluents from paper mills using recycled fiber. Sources of potential PCB loss from aqueous solutions are revealed and means of avoiding these losses are proposed. Significant amounts of PCB remained on cellulose fibers following separatory funnel extraction of a fiber-water suspension with hexane or methylene chloride-hexane. Reflux of the fibers with alcoholic KOH was necessary to remove the remaining PCBs. PCB losses due to volatilization from aqueous solution occurred during analysis, but these were minimized by working in a cool environment and covering the Sample with a layer of hexane. The presence of cellulose fibers in PCB-containing effluents enhanced the effluents' stability during storage. Chromium trioxide oxidation was found to be valuable in cleaning up extracts from paper mill effluents. Perchlorination is apt to yield misleading results. 相似文献

Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) have been identified as excellent nanoreinforcements for carbon fiber (CF)–reinforced polymers regarding a wide range of engineering applications. The outstanding properties of CNTs, such as their large surface area, high mechanical strength, and low manufacturing cost bring them to be distinguished nanoreinforcements for carbon fiber–reinforced polymers to form multifunctional and multiscale composites. Electrophoretic deposition of graphene oxide for CNTs onto the CF surface was conducted. The presence of graphene oxide–CNTs may effectively increase both the roughness and wettability of the CF surface, resulting in an improvement to the interfacial bonding strength between the CF and the polyimide (PI). 相似文献

设计并制备了含生物质黄麻纤维和榛子壳粉的新型环境友好型摩擦材料。用CHASE摩擦试验机测定了材料的摩擦性能,用可拓方法对摩擦试验结果进行了评价。摩擦试验结果表明,当鼓温低于黄麻纤维的分解温度时,黄麻纤维具有降低和稳定摩擦系数的作用;当鼓温接近于黄麻纤维的分解温度时,摩擦材料出现热衰退。为了保证摩擦材料在高温的摩擦性能,黄麻纤维的含量不应过高。黄麻纤维的加入可以降低摩擦材料的磨损率。可拓评价结果表明,当黄麻纤维体积分数为9.0%时具有最大的关联度,综合摩擦性能最好。 相似文献
