关于完全多部图Kn(t)的{C3,C5}-强制分解

关于完全多部图Kn(t)的Ck 分解 ,已经取得了一系列的研究成果。Kn(t)的 {Ci,Cj} 强制分解则是指Kn(t)分解为长为i或j的圈 ,并且分解中至少各有一个长分别为i和j的圈。本文证明了多部图Kn(t)的 {C3,C5 } 强制分解存在的必要条件也是充分的。     

论人的道德素质现代化与现代德育

人的道德素质现代化以及主体性道德教育是当代道德教育的主旋律。人的道德素质现代化不仅指人的道德观念的现代化,而且指道德行为的现代化。现代德育应以促进人的道德素质现代化为中心,即把人作为现代道德主体来培养,以满足主体自身德性发展和完善的需要。它体现了现代德育的本体功能和内在价值,是现代德育的本质规定。人的道德素质现代化,是现代社会发展对人才素质的根本要求。要实现人的道德素质现代化,必须使学校德育现代化。为此,现代德育的构建应注重德育目标的主体性,德育内容的现代性,德育方法的开放性。     

(V,Nb)C溶解规律及其对奥氏体晶粒粗化的影响

应用物理化学相分析法定量测定了V,Nb 复合微合金化钢中V,Nb 复合碳化物在不同奥氏体化温度下的溶解量,以及V,Nb 在溶解过程中的相互影响。通过对奥氏体晶粒的直接腐蚀显示,测出了不同 V,Nb 含量对奥氏体晶粒粗化的影响,为 V,Nb 复合的微合金化钢在轧制时奥氏体化温度的合理选择提供了依据。同时,得出了使奥氏体晶粒细化的 V,Nb 含量和 V,Nb 最佳化学配比。     

硫酸铁溶液中方铅矿溶解的混合电位振荡现象

通过动态测量混合电位，研究方铅矿电极在不同浓度的硫酸铁溶液中溶解的动力学过程。实验结果表明：在35℃的0．10和0．01mol／L的Fe2（SO4）3溶液中，方铅矿的溶解存在电化学振荡现象，方铅矿电极的混合电位随时间发生有规律的波动；开放体系下由溶解氧驱动的方铅矿表面Fe^3＋浓度的周期变化、方铅矿电极表面单质硫的生成及其进一步氧化溶解、以及已反应方铅矿表面的缺陷层的重新生成和再分解，都将影响每个电极反应的中问步骤，所有这些因素的耦合和反馈，将会导致硫酸铁溶液中方铅矿混合电位的振荡变化。     

Effects of ionic dissociation of membrane polymer on pervaporation performance

Pervaporation of a water/alcohol mixture through a membrane which has ion-exchange capacity has been investigated. Theoretical equations are introduced which relate the degree of ionic dissociation of the polymer to quantities of water and alcohol dissolved in the polymer. From these equations, an equation for selective dissolution R is derived which does not contain an explicit term for ionic dissociation. Dissociation affects selective dissolution only by changing the degree of swelling of the polymer. Reformulating R asymptotically obtains a reciprocal relationship between permselectivity and permeability for a water-selective membrane. Experiments to check the validity of the relationship have been carried out using chitosan membranes neutralized by several acids. The effect of degree of neutralization also has been investigated. Results can be well understood on the supposition that ionic dissociation depends upon the water/alcohol composition, the kind of acid, and the degree of neutralization. Experimental results indicate that the reciprocal relationship is maintained over an appropriate range of feed compositions which confirm the validity of the theoretical equations for the swelling equilibrium of an ionic membrane. © 1994 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.     

Magnesium ion conducting, room temperature molten electrolytes

Room temperature, magnesium ion conducting binary molten electrolyte consisting of acetamide and magnesium perchlorate has been prepared and characterized. The molten liquid is very stable and shows high ionic conductivity, of the order of several mS cm⁻¹ at 25 °C with other favourable physicochemical properties. Vibrational spectroscopic studies reveal that the free ion concentration is higher than that of ion pairs and aggregates in the melt. The electrochemical reversibility of magnesium deposition and dissolution is demonstrated using voltammetry and impedance studies. Preliminary studies on rechargeable batteries assembled using γ-MnO₂ and Mg metal as the electrodes together with the molten electrolyte show high discharge capacity.     

论在侵权法中确立注意义务的可能性

注意义务理论符合现代社会以人为本的理念，它既能保障行为人的积极性和创造性又能给予行为人因违反合理的注意义务而给他人带来的损害以合理的补偿，在现代侵权法上占有举足轻重的地位，我国侵权法理应确立。大陆法系各国侵权司法实践中已被证明科学的一般安全注意义务理论，我国的侵权立法建议、立法草案以及已在各级法院审判实践中适用的安全保障义务都表明注意义务在我国侵权法中确立并实践完全具有可能性。     

完全r部图Kr（t）的{=C3，C2k}-强制分解（k≥4）的渐近存在性

研究基于顶点集V=Ui=1^rVi（其中｜Vi｜=t，i=1，2，……，r）的完全r部图Kr（t）的3圈和2k圈{C3，C2k}-强制分解（k≥4）的存在性问题．通过构造并运用Kr（t）的两种分解法，证明了Kr（t）的〈C3，C2k}-强制分解（k≥4）的渐近存在性，即对于任意给定的正整数k≥4，存在常数r0（k）=5k＋2，使得当r≥r0（k）时，Kr（t）的{C3，C2k}-强制分解存在的必要条件也是充分的．     

诉讼模式与遏制司法腐败

文章主要讨论不同诉讼模式的特性同遏制司法机关滥用人权力的关系，法官的独立性同保持司法公正之间的关系；通过当事人主义诉讼模式与我国现行的陪审制进行对比，为中国司法改革提供参考性思路。
