Summary Rare earth elements 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylates were prepared as solids of the general formula Ln(C9H3O6nH2O, where n=6 for La-Dy and n=4 for Ho-Lu,Y. Their solubilities in water at 293 K are of the order 10-4-10-6 mol dm-3. The IR spectra of the complexes indicate that the carboxylate groups are bridging and bidentate chelates. Hydrated 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylates lose water molecules during heating in one step (La-Tb), two steps (Y, Ho-Tm) or three steps (Dy, Yb, Lu). The anhydrous complexes are stable up to 573-742 K and decompose to oxides (Ce-Lu) at higher temperatures.  相似文献

Naringenin is a natural widespread flavanone occurring in different foodstuffs that presents several important biological activities. Although its properties are well documented, its mechanisms of action are still controversial. The present article reports a conformational analysis of naringenin, using the semiempirical AM1 and ab initio methods, at the Hartree–Fock level of theory. The 3-21G, 3-21G*, 6-31G, and 6-31G** basis sets were used. The electron correlation effects were included through the Møller–Plesset second-order perturbation theory. The solvation of naringenin has been investigated through the standard SCRF, the supermolecule (SM), and the combined SM/SCRF models. The results have shown that there are two degenerate forms of naringenin, differing mainly by the orientation of a hydroxyl group (C4—OH). The energy barrier for the interconversion between them is ca. 6 kcal.mol–1, suggesting some conjugation between the -system of the aromatic B ring and the hydroxyl group (C4—OH).  相似文献

Reactions of perfluoropropylene and its oligomers with acetone oxime in the presence of a base afford perfluoroalkyl and/or perfluoroalkenyl ethers of acetone oxime. When heated to 100 °C, the 3-perfluoro-2-methyl-2-pentenyl ether of acetone oxime (3) is quantitatively converted to 4-hydroxy-3-methyl-5,5-bistrifluoromethyl-4-pentafluoroethyl-1-pyrroline (4), the structure of which was established by X-ray diffraction analysis. A convenient one-stage synthesis of perfluoro-3-isopropyl-4-methyl-3-penten-2-one (7) was proposed.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. 本文研究了在非离子表面活性剂存在下,用3,5-diBr-PADAP作锆显色剂的胶束增溶分光光度法。在pH1.0~2.0的HCl介质中,配合物吸光度最大且稳定,最大吸收值在610nm处。Zr(Ⅳ)与试剂形成1:2的配合物,摩尔吸光系数为1.10×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),zr(Ⅳ)量在0~30μg/25mL范围内遵守比尔定律。采用钽试剂一苯苹取分离法,适合于钽铌矿中微量锆的测定。  相似文献

Thermoanalytical techniques, being rapid and un-expensive have been used for the investigation of the cyclodextrin inclusion complexes for three decades. The conventional thermoanalytical techniques (TG and DTA/DSC) follow the thermal properties of the uncomplexed compounds. Consequently, the inclusion complex formation as well as the liberation of the entrapped guest cannot be followed. Monitoring the products of the thermal fragmentation of parent cyclodextrin and the included molecule(s), applying TG-MS combined technique provides evidence concerning the inclusion complex formation, and besides, gives selective signal to follow the decomposition of the cyclodextrin inclusion complexes. b-cyclodextrin inclusion complexes of Thymol and Lippia sidoides Cham essential oil extract have been prepared and investigated using conventional and combined (TG-MS) thermoanalytical techniques. The evolved gas analysis proved the inclusion complex formation between the host and guests. By the evaluation of the experimental results the elaboration of the entrapped guests from the cyclodextrin cavity could be followed. Thermal properties of food systems are important in understanding relationships between food properties and changes in food quality. Concentrated food systems (low-moisture and frozen foods) are seldom in an equilibrium state and they tend to form amorphous, non-crystalline structures. Several glass transition-related changes in such foods affect stability, e.g., stickiness and caking of powders, crispness of snack foods and breakfast cereals, crystallisation of amorphous sugars, recrystallisation of gelatinised starch, ice formation and recrystallisation in frozen foods and rates of non-enzymatic browning and enzymatic reactions. Relationships between glass transition, water plasticisation and relaxation times can be shown in state diagrams. State diagrams are useful as stability or quality maps and in the control of rates of changes in food processing and storage.This revised version was published online in November 2005 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献

Mullite fibers were synthesized from an aqueous solution of aluminum isopropoxide, aluminum nitrate and tetraethylorthosilicate by the Sol-Gel method. The starting solution was prepared by adding aluminum isopropoxide and tetraethylorthosilicate simultaneously to an aluminum nitrate aqueous solution. The spinnability of the starting solution was investigated by varying the molar ratio of aluminum isopropoxide/aluminum nitrate in the solution. Gel fibers were obtained from solutions in a composition range of aluminum isopropoxide/aluminum nitrate of 3 to 5. Gels obtained from spinnable solutions appeared to have high homogeneity in the mixing of the Al/Si components, leading to a sharp 980°C exothermic peak in the DTA curve and a mullitization temperature of 1000°C. However, in the case of gels obtained from unspinnable solutions, a small 980°C exothermic peak was detected, and the mullitization temperature was as high as 1200°C, probably due to greater heterogeneity in the mixing of the Al/Si components.  相似文献

Ethnopharmacological relevanceMetabolic syndrome is closely related to the intestinal microbiota and disturbances in the host metabolome. Hyperuricemia (HUA), a manifestation of metabolic syndrome, can induce various cardiovascular diseases and gout, seriously affecting a patient’s quality of life. Astragalus membranaceus has a long history as a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine to treat kidney disease in China and East Asia.Materials and methodsWe compared the therapeutic effect of benzbromarone and two different doses Astragalus membranaceus ultrafine powder (AMUP) in rats with HUA. Ultra-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometer was used to analyze the AMUP metabolism in the plasma, urine, and feces. Further, 16S ribosome RNA sequencing and feces metabolomic were performed to capture the variation of the gut microbiota and metabolites changes before and after drug administration.ResultsAMUP had a notable impact on reducing blood uric acid levels while protecting the liver and kidney. Drug metabolism analysis demonstrated that effective constituent flavonoids are distributed in the blood, whereas saponins remain in the intestine. Gut microbiota analysis showed that low-dose AMUP ameliorated HUA-induced gut dysbiosis by reducing the abundance of harmful bacteria and increasing that of some beneficial bacteria with anti-inflammatory properties, such as Clostridia, Lachnospiraceae, and Muribaculaceae. In addition, HUA-induced changes in metabolite contents in bile acid and adrenal hormone biosynthesis pathways were restored after treatment with AMUP.ConclusionLow-dose AMUP exerts remarkable therapeutic effects on HUA by regulating the gut microbiome and mediating gut metabolism pathways associated with uric acid excretion.  相似文献
