Nanotechnology R&;D Policy of Japan and Nanotechnology Support Project

In the 2nd Science and Technology Basic Plan (2001–2005), the area of nanotechnology and materials is designated one of the four prioritized areas in funding. Following this plan, Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) and Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industries (METI), the main funding ministries, and their organizations, Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS), Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST), National Institute for Materials Science (NIMS), RIKEN, New Energy and Industrial Technology Organization (NEDO), and National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST) promotes their research programs. Besides, in order to promote interdisciplinary, interorganizational, and international collaboration of researchers, Nanotechnology Support Project (NSP) was started by MEXT in 2002. The project has two missions: informational support and common use facility support. Nanotechnology Researchers Network Center of Japan is responsible for informational support, and 14 universities and national research institutes are responsible for common use facility support.

任务导向与员工导向:一项关于国营企业和中外合资企业领导风格的比较研究

文章对中国国营企业和中外合资企业的领导风格进行了比较研究。采用一种在西方广泛使用的测量领导风格的调查问卷,对410名国营企业和中外合资企业的员工进行了问卷调查。这些问卷的统计分析结果显示出两种不同的领导风格：“任务导向”和“员工导向”。国营企业有着更强有力的“任务导向的领导”,而中外合资企业存在着更强有力的“员工导向的领导”。

当前河南省建筑业发展现状及存在的主要问题与对策

当前,河南省建筑业在诸多方面与先进省份存在明显差距,主要问题是:产业结构不合理,产业集中度不高,建筑队伍技术含量偏低,经济效益较差等.为此,我们需要采取以下对策:明确河南省建筑业发展的主要目标,走出去、创品牌,实施"多元经营"、"科技兴企"、"人才兴企"、"文化兴企"和"精品工程"等战略,以实现河南省由建筑业大省向强省的转变.     

Power losses in the international linear collider 20 mrad extraction line at 1 TeV

We have performed a detailed study of the power losses in the post-collision extraction line of a TeV e ⁺ e ⁻ collider with a crossing angle of 20 mrad at the interaction point. Five cases were considered: four luminosity configurations for ILC and one for CLIC. For all of them, the strong beam-beam effects at the interaction point lead to an emittance growth for the outgoing beam, as well as to the production of beamstrahlung photons and e ⁺ e ⁻ coherent pairs. The power losses along the extraction line, which are due to energy deposition by a fraction of the disrupted beam, of the beamstrahlung photons and of the coherent pairs, were estimated in the case of ideal collisions, as well as with a vertical position or angular offset at the interaction point.      

国际环境下的项目政治风险评价模型

在分析国际环境下项目政治风险的基础上，根据最优化原理和Lagrangian算子性质，得到国际环境下项目政治风险识别和选择的最优性条件，提出基于反向传播（BP）神经算法的国际项目政治风险评价模型．通过对60个国际项目进行政治风险的识别、选择、评价和分析，仿真试验结果表明，该模型及算法效果良好，可以综合众多专家的知识，计算结果精度较高，能准确评价政治风险对项目成本的影响．
