如何避免英文中的歧视性语言

歧视性语言是指一个社会中的强势群体把自己视为社会的规范和中心,在语言交际过程中,毫无必要地或不恰当地指出对方的性别、年龄、种族或民族等,将对方划入某一弱势群体,表示出对其的轻视、冒犯或侮辱.笔者在本文中就如何避免在英文交际的过程中使用歧视性语言作了论述.     

中外银行税制比较与我国银行税制改革路径

我国与银行业相关的税收制度实施已20多年,宏观经济环境发生了很大变化,特别是随着我国加入世界贸易组织,现行的银行税制已滞后于当前的社会经济环境和银行业的现状,已不能适应加入WTO后的发展需要.与其他国家相比,我国现行银行税制存在诸多问题和弊端.因此,必须立足我国银行业的现实国情,改革现行银行税制,为银行业创造公平的市场竞争环境,从而促进我国银行业的健康、稳定、可持续发展.     

翻译文化的内外结构及其特点

随着翻译实践的发展，翻译已成为一种独特的社会化现象－翻译化。而翻译化又具有内外结构及其特点。     

Postmodification of poly(9‐alkyl‐9H‐carbazole‐2,7‐diyl)s as a route to new main‐chain‐functionalized carbazole polymers

The postmodification of poly[9‐(2‐hexyldecyl)‐9H‐carbazole‐2,7‐diyl] ( P1 ) upon its reaction with N‐bromosuccinimide affords exclusive and full bromination of the 3,6‐positions of the carbazole repeat units to yield poly[3,6‐dibromo‐9‐(2‐hexyldecyl)‐9H‐carbazole‐2,7‐diyl] ( P2 ). Brominated polymer P2 can be used as a precursor for further functionalization at the 3,6‐positions with the desired functional group to afford other useful polymers. Polymer P2 has hence been reacted with copper(I) cyanide to afford poly[3,6‐dicyano‐9‐(2‐hexyldecyl)‐9H‐carbazole‐2,7‐diyl] ( P3 ). Full substitution of the bromide groups with nitrile‐functional groups has been achieved. The preparation and structural characterization of polymers P2 and P3 are presented together with studies on their electronic conjugation and photoluminescence properties. Cyclic voltammetry studies on polymer P3 indicate that the new polymer is easier to reduce (n‐dope) but more difficult to oxidize than its unsubstituted counterpart ( P1 ) as a result of the introduction of the electron‐withdrawing nitrile‐functional groups at the 3,6‐positions on the carbazole repeat units on the polymer chains. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Coordination Sorption of Urea by Novel Urea Sorbent——Polymer-bound Metal Complexes

Urea can be sorbed by coordination (or complexation)with transitional metalpolyacrylic acid complex and transitional metal-polyacrylamide containing polyethylenepolyamine ligand complexes. The experimental results indicate that the sorbents can sorb about 60mg urea per gram of sorbent at 37℃ and the concentration of urea was 1300.0rag/1 in NaH_2PO_4 and Na_2HPO_4 buffer solution (pH=7.0) and the urea sorption capacity was affected by many factors such as other competive ligands, sorption time, pH and the concentration of urea.     

A representation of the polarization term in the interaction energy between a molecule and a point-like charge

The interaction energy of a molecule M with a point-like charge q can be partitioned into simpler contributions, two of which can be expressed in terms of the charge distribution _M of the sole M. The first term, qV(r), represents the interaction of q with the undistorted charge _M ⁰ of M while the second q ² P(r) gives the additional contributions due to the polarization of _M ⁰ under the influence of the charge q placed at the point r. In this paper we investigate the possibility of getting an inexpensive and sufficiently accurate analytical representation of P(r) over the whole space outside the van der Waals volume of M.     

钢管混凝土组合柱耐火性能对比分析

采用非线性有限元软件ABAQUS对方钢管混凝土柱、复式钢管混凝土柱、内嵌十字型钢钢管混凝土柱和4腔钢管混凝土柱4种钢管混凝土组合柱开展火灾下的力学分析,并采用相关实验数据进行验证.分析不同荷载比下钢管混凝土组合柱的温度场、位移-时间曲线、截面内力重分布等.结果表明：内嵌型钢(钢管)有助于提升柱体的轴向刚度,钢管混凝土组合柱的破坏模态表现为压缩鼓曲破坏;低荷载比下内嵌钢管允许方钢管发生更高的温度材性劣化,进而提升了柱体的耐火性能,火灾荷载比越小,提升效果越显著.     

Spectro-streak picosecond studies of intramolecular charge-transfer fluorescence

A spectro-streak photometer, an instrument for simultaneously measuring fluorescence intensity, time, and wavelength,I(t, ), with a single picosecond excitation pulse, has been constructed. Two typical and currently highly topical examples of mesurements are discussed. (1) the temporal development of the fluorescence form the intramolecular charge-transfer (ICT) state of the rigid aromatic compound 4,5-(1-methylindolino)3,4-naphthanthracene is studied in the protic solvent hexanol. (2) Propyl chain-linked pyrene/N,N-dimethylaniline is used as the model compound to study conformational changes associated with the transition from a contact ion pair to a sandwich exciplex.     

AlGaAs／GaAs HBT基区电流的研究

在ALGaAs/GaAs HBT E-M模型直流参数的研究基础上,对HBT的基区电流进行了研究,特别是针对BE结空间电荷区的复合电流和基区表面复合电流,因为在HBT的小偏置情况下,HBT的BE结空间电荷区的复合电流和基区表面复合电流在整个基区电流中占有主导地位。当BE结间外加电压为0.5-1.2V时,ALGaAs HBT的基区电流的计算机模拟值和测试值比较接近,这一研究结果有助于进一步了解HBT的直流特性和1/?噪声特性。     

Weibull分布和极值分布场合下简单步进应力加速寿命试验的最优设计

产品的加速寿命试验被用来较快地获得关于产品寿命分布的信息.本文研究了Weibull分布和极小值分布下简单步加试验的最优设计问题.为解决Nelson折算法对极小值分布的数据处理产生特殊情况的问题,作者应用近年来一些新的研究成果,将位置-尺度分布中的尺度参数设为随应力变化的量进行最优设计.给出一实例,并将其推广到更一般的形式.
