内燃机缸盖气门座圈孔、导管孔复合铰刀的设计

同轴度是影响内燃机气缸盖、气门与座圈工作性能的关键技术要求。本文提出以镗铰工艺取代传统的扩铰工艺来进行导管孔和座圈孔的精加工 ,改进了复合铰刀的结构 ,主轴采用内滚结构 ,从而提高了刀具的刚性及可靠性 ,并保证了零件加工精度的要求。     

Transformation of the spectrum of the longitudinal modes of a semiconductor laser on introduction of its radiation into fiber light guides

We investigated the influence exerted by the radius of the bend of fiber light guides with light-transmitting cores of different diameters on the transformation of the spectrum of longitudinal modes of the semiconductor laser radiation introduced into them. It is shown that the bended segment of the light guide acts as a spectrum selector, and the spectral composition of the radiation at the output of a light guide is different in different spots of the speckle structure. A boundary condition for arbitrary shaped inlets in lattice–Boltzmann simulations

We introduce a mass‐flux‐based inlet boundary condition for the lattice‐Boltzmann method. The proposed boundary condition requires minimal amount of boundary data, it produces a steady‐state velocity field which is accurate close to the inlet even for arbitrary inlet geometries, and yet it is simple to implement. We demonstrate its capability for both simple and complex inlet geometries by numerical experiments. For simple inlet geometries, we show that the boundary condition provides very accurate inlet velocities when Re?1. Even with moderate Reynolds number, the inlet velocities are accurate for practical purposes. Furthermore, the potential of our boundary condition to produce inlet velocities which convincingly adapt to complex inlet geometries is highlighted with two specific examples.
