主成分分析在教师能力评估中的应用

运用主成分分析原理,应用MATLAB软件对反应教师素质的指标进行主成分分析,建立评价模型,实现教师能力评价.该方法简单准确,意义明确,可为教学管理和择优聘用教师提供有效的参考,具有较强的使用价值.     

Review of the applications of different analytical techniques for coxibs research

An extensive survey of the literature published in analytical and pharmaceutical chemistry journals has been conducted and analytical methods which were developed and used for the determination of some of the COX-2 inhibitors, a subclass of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) in bulk drugs, formulations, and biological fluids have been reviewed. This review covers the time period from 1999 to present, during which over 140 analytical procedures including chromatographic, spectrometric, electrophoretic and voltammetric techniques were reported. Presented applications concern analysis of coxibs from pharmaceutical formulations and biological samples.     

An improved Balz-Schiemann reaction enabled by ionic liquids and continuous processing

A Balz-Schiemann reaction was developed to convert 2-cyano-5-aminopyridine to 2-cyano-5-fluoropyridine. The use of an ionic liquid (1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate, BMIMBF₄) as a solvent was found to be critical in achieving high assay yields and high selectivity for the fluorination vs. protonation. A process was developed to recycle and reuse the ionic liquid enabling its cost-effective use as a solvent. Finally, the optimal conditions were demonstrated under as a continuous process to address process safety risks associated with diazonium intermediates and the product was used to access a key intermediate in the synthesis of β-amyloid cleaving enzyme 1 inhibitor, verubecestat.     

An alternative efficient approach for the synthesis of Fingolimod hydrochloride

An efficient process for the synthesis of API Fingolimod Hydrochloride is presented. This proposed synthesis involves simple commercially available octanophenone as a starting material. The route is effective involving seven steps to achieve the target, thus reducing the cycle time, and is cost efficient by 50%. It is an immune modulating drug for the treatment of heart failure and arrhythmias.     

手性尼莫地平绝对构型的确定和关联

概述了手性1, 4-二氢吡啶类（1, 4-DHPs）钙拮抗剂的立体化学结构及其药效与绝对构型的关系,以及尼莫地平（nimodipine）的多晶型现象。采用单晶X射线衍射与固体和溶液圆二色（ECD）光谱直接关联的方法,对自发拆分获得的一对尼莫地平外消旋聚集体进行了绝对构型确定,首次获得了手性1, 4-DHPs类化合物的固体和溶液ECD光谱图。本方法对确认有机小分子的绝对构型,以及关联系列手性1, 4-DHP衍生物的绝对构型具有重要参考价值,同时提供了有别于常规非手性方法鉴别优势手性药物晶型的有效手段。     

The study of a two-phase wedge-sliding model on the ingredients drift of stable mixed fluid and its computing method

A two-phase wedge-sliding model is developed based on the micro-cellular structure and minimum entropy theory of stable system, and it is used to describe the ingredient distribution of mixed fluid in non-uniform stress field and to analyse its phase drift phenomenon. In the model, the drift-inhibition angle and the expansion-inhibition angle are also deduced and used as evaluating indexes to describe the drifting trend of different ingredients among the mixed fluids. For solving above two indexes of the model, a new calculation method is developed and used to compute the phase distributions of multiphase fluid at peak stress and gradient area stress respectively. As an example, the flow process of grease in a pipe is analysed by simulation method and used to verify the validity of the model.     

Laser Methods of Controlling the Ingredient Composition of Aerodispersed Media

We consider the use of the principle of nonapriority of measurements for the synthesis of the structures of laser systems for diagnosing aerodispersed media. The possibility of excluding, in the procedure based on joint measurements, the effect of a number of destabilizing factors on the accuracy of determining the ingredient composition of the medium is shown theoretically. To carry out a continuous control of concentration under complex conditions, we have developed metrologically reliable spectral base–nephelometric and modified correlation methods of measurement.     

碳化硅生产配方的计算机程序设计

对碳化硅生产配方计算进行了计算机程序设计，实现了计算机在碳化硅生产中的实时控制。     

对若干影响青竹梅果浆营养成份和抗氧化活性因素的考察

青竹梅果浆具有高酸度(5%)、高蛋白(1.6%)和低糖(1.5%)特征.果浆含16—17种氨基酸,其中天门冬氨酸含量很高,几乎占总氨基酸量的60—70%.发现果浆酸度对抗氧化活性有一定影响,但无线性关系,测试了外源柠檬酸的抗氧化活性,发现其抑制率仅占果浆总活性的三分之一.分析了在制备果浆中几种辅料的影响,其中只有 NaCl 有较大干扰.采用不同温度处理果浆未见抗氧化活性的显著变化,证明果浆热稳定性好,同时又观察室温与低温贮存八周果浆的变化,未见其抗氧化活性的明显衰减。     

药用果树枸杞的研究

简要介绍了枸杞的栽培品种及其特性，分析了枸杞果、叶、果柄的营养成分与药用成分，阐述了枸杞在现代医学研究及临床研究方面的应用。
