秦代禁书对书籍相关权利的影响

秦国的禁书,是我国历史上的第一次禁书;秦朝的"焚书坑儒",是我国历次禁书中最著名的一次禁书。这两次禁书,对秦代(含前秦国)书籍相关权利的影响很大。要搞好书籍相关权利的保护,良好的社会环境很重要。

Correlation of soft magnetic properties with free volume and medium range ordering in metallic glasses probed by fluctuation microscopy and positron annihilation technique

Amorphous ribbons of different thicknesses of Co_64.5Fe_3.5Si₁₆B₁₄Ni₂ alloy were synthesized using the melt spinning technique by varying wheel speed. The effect of cooling rate on the ribbon thickness and their soft magnetic properties have been studied. The amorphous structure has been characterized in terms of structural free volume and medium range order (MRO) by positron annihilation spectroscopy and fluctuation electron microscopy techniques. Positron lifetime spectra of amorphous samples showed two lifetime components. The first component was found to be correlated with MRO whereas, the second lifetime component was found to be associated with nanovoid type of defects, and the second component was strongly dependent on processing conditions. It could be established that the coercivity of the amorphous samples produced by the rapid solidification technique mainly depends on the defects formed during processing rather than change induced in MRO.

元认知理论对英语课外自主学习的影响

以元认知理论为依据，对两个随机抽取的实验班和控制班进行研究：实验班在接受一定的课外自主学习任务的同时又接受元认知理论的培训；而控制班只接受同样的课外自主学习任务。结果表明：经过元认知培训后的试验班的后测成绩明显高于控制班。其原因是学生能够根据学习的规律和学习的具体条件，更加自觉地组织自己的学习活动，通过不断调整和完善，使自己的学习方法和过程更加合理。更加有效率。

Research on identifying the order of fringe pattern traces using angular scan and zone search method

A method for automatically identifying the order of fringe pattern traces is presented. It uses the simplified Otsu algorithm for obtaining the threshold, the angular scan in the range of 45~ for searching the trace positions, and the zone search technique for identifying different traces. Experimental results show that the proposed method may reliably obtain the order of fringe pattern traces orientating from almost 45° to 90°.     

An explanation for deviations from the quark number scaling of elliptic flows in low pT region

We carry out a systematic study of the different contributions to the deviations of the elliptic flows from the quark number scaling in high energy heavy ion collision in a quark combination model.The effects that we considered are:the resonance decay,the flavor dependence of the quark elliptic flow and the combination of quarks/antiquarks with slightly different transverse momenta.Our results show that the deviations observed in experiments can be well reproduced within the combination framework if all the three effects are considered. We make a detailed analysis of the different contributions using a Monte-Carlo program and suggest measuring the quark number scaling in intermediate pT range more precisely.
