以邻苯二胺为原料合成表征了一类喹喔啉衍生物;1-烷基-3-甲基-2(1H)-喹喔啉-2-酮(1-alkyl-3-methly-2(1H)-quinoxalin-2-one,简称AMQ,其中alky=H、CH3、Et、n-C3H5、n-C5H11、n-C16H33)。用电子轰击电离质谱(EI-MS)和核磁共振谱图(^1H-NMR)鉴定了AMQ,研究了不同取代基对这类化合物EI-MS谱图的影响,分析得到一些裂解规律。结果表明:所有样品谱图中均有芳香化合物的特征CnHn^ 系列峰m/z78,65,52,39和(或)m/z77、76、64、63、51、50、38、37。对于末取代的样品及低级烷烃取代的样品,谱图中的基峰为分子离子峰,对于取代基中碳数大于等于3的样品。谱图中的基峰不是分子离子峰,分子离子峰强度随着碳数的增加而降低。这些样品一般容易发生骨架重排,丢失一分子CO,生成1-烷基-2-甲基苯并哒唑正离子。此外,还讨论了谱图中其它的一些碎片离子峰。这对于研究和指导喹喔啉衍生物 的合成,探讨它们在药效及结构特征与生理活性的关系等方面具有重要的应用价值和理论意义。 相似文献

研究了水-乙腈混合溶液中SO4●-自由基氧化酪氨酸的反应.实验结果表明,SO4●-自由基氧化酪氨酸的反应机制不因乙腈的加入而改变,但所产生的瞬态粒子的动力学行为受到较大影响.随介质中乙腈体积分数的增加,SO4●-的衰变速率减慢而酪氨酸中性自由基(TyrO●)的衰变速率加快.我们认为这两种自由基所呈现出来的相反的溶剂效应是由于其所带电荷的不同.随介质中乙腈体积分数的增加,SO4●-氧化酪氨酸的反应速率减慢.这一实验结果意味着,在有机溶剂存在的情况下TyrO●/ TyrOH的氧化还原电势可能发生了变化,从而旁证了关于TyrO●/ TyrOH的氧化还原电势因酪氨酸从游离状态变到肽或蛋白质中而发生变化的推测. 相似文献

定义了烷烃分子中碳原子的离子性指数(INI),用离子性指数(INI)、极化效应指数(PEI)及N^i~H(i=αβΥ)结构信息参数研究了烷烃的^13CNMR化学位移模型,结果表明,烷烃^13CNMR化学位移(CS)可用下式来定量描述:CS=194.6156-37.7394(INI)+98.6505(ΣPEI)+27.1630(INI/ΣPEI)-652.9106(ΣPEI/INI)+0.7735N^α~H+2.2468N^β~H-0.1742N^γ~H。用上式估算了304个碳原子的化学位移,平均绝对误差仅为0.77δ,标准差0.9860δ,预测值与实验值非常吻合。 相似文献

The relevance of receptor conformational change during ligand binding is well documented for many pharmaceutically relevant receptors, but is still not fully accounted for in in silico docking methods. While there has been significant progress in treatment of receptor side chain flexibility sampling of backbone flexibility remains challenging because the conformational space expands dramatically and the scoring function must balance protein–protein and protein–ligand contributions. Here, we investigate an efficient multistage backbone reconstruction algorithm for large loop regions in the receptor and demonstrate that treatment of backbone receptor flexibility significantly improves binding mode prediction starting from apo structures and in cross docking simulations. For three different kinase receptors in which large flexible loops reconstruct upon ligand binding, we demonstrate that treatment of backbone flexibility results in accurate models of the complexes in simulations starting from the apo structure. At the example of the DFG‐motif in the p38 kinase, we also show how loop reconstruction can be used to model allosteric binding. Our approach thus paves the way to treat the complex process of receptor reconstruction upon ligand binding in docking simulations and may help to design new ligands with high specificity by exploitation of allosteric mechanisms. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 相似文献

用共振搅拌反应器研究了煤液化过程中溶剂的作用,结果表明,用大分子直链脂肪烃、单环苯系列化合物作溶剂,煤转化率较低。比较不同环数化合物作溶剂对应的煤转化率可得,单环苯系列< 两环萘系列<三环蒽、菲。使用芘溶剂和萘溶剂转化率相近;酚类化合物不适合作煤液化的溶剂;同系列物相比,煤转化率次序为,部分氢化芳香化合物作溶剂>带侧链的芳香化合物作溶剂>芳香化合物作溶剂>完全氢化芳香化合物(环烷烃)作溶剂。气氛对煤转化率的影响与所用溶剂的种类有关,用十氢萘和甲基萘做溶剂时,气氛的影响很小,使用四氢萘时,气氛的影响很大。 相似文献

Abstract Syntheses, characterisation and properties of two complexes containing the oxovanadium(V) methoxide unit have been described. Deprotonated benzoylhydrazones of 2–hydroxy–5–methoxy‐benzaldehyde (H2bhsOMe) and 2–hydroxy–5–chlorobenzaldehyde (H2bhsCl) were used as coligands. Crystal structures of both the complexes were determined. In solid state one of them is a dinuclear species [VO(bhsOMe)(OMe)]2 (1) whereas the other one is a mononuclear complex [VO(bhsCl)(OMe)(HOMe)](2). The dinegative ligands coordinate the metal ions via phenolate–O, imine–N and deprotonated amide–O atoms. In 1, the metal ions of two square pyramidal VO(bhsOMe)(OMe) units share the methoxide groups to form a dinuclear species. The oxygen of a methanol molecule completes the hexacoordination of the metal centre in 2. In each of the two distorted octahedral VO5N moieties of 1 the bridging methoxide oxygen and in that of 2 the methanol oxygen is trans to the corresponding oxo group. Both the complexes are redox active. The VO3+ to VO2+ reduction potentials (vs Ag/AgCl) of 1 and 2 are observed at ?0.25 and ?0.04 V, respectively. The band positions in the electronic spectra and the redox potentials reflect the influence of the substituents present on the ligands. 相似文献

Abstract Silicon nitride membrane ISFET sensor chips have been produced with varying gate dimensions. A series of width/length (W/L) aspect ratios have been examined, combined with three levels of boron ion-implant. The level of ion-implantation affects the threshold voltage; this is important as a low threshold voltage allows the use of low noise operating conditions. Gate dimensions are also important factors for they determine the level of drain current for a given gate and drain voltages. A novel design feature, aimed at achieving wide gates, is the use of folded gates as well as having a straight structure. The evaluation of devices with gates covered with poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC)-valinomycin-dioctyl adipate was based on their response to potassium chloride standards when it was shown that there may be a maximum width of gate above which there is no improvement of response. Also, the effect of folding the gate structure is discussed and shown to be tenable, thus permitting greater miniaturisation. 相似文献

Abstract Transport studies of anions were investigated through cellulose triacetate supported liquid membrane. The experimental variables explored were concentration of anions, sodium hydroxide, and stirring speed. The two-channel membrane system has been explored for the transport of carbonate ions from source to receiving phases. Carbonate ions are selectively transported through the cellulose triacetate supported liquid membrane in comparison with that of nitrate and sulfate. Sulfate and nitrate anions are strongly held in the cellulose triacetate membrane, and then stripped out later. Carbonate ions are loosely bound to the cellulose triacetate membrane and stripped out earlier. 相似文献
