建立了测定尿液中3种羟基多环芳烃的氮化碳复合材料磁性固相萃取结合高效液相色谱-荧光检测法。所构筑的磁性氮化碳材料,经扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、振动样品磁强计和比表面积分析仪表征后,用于尿液中3种羟基多环芳烃的富集净化。考察了吸附剂用量、吸附时间、洗脱溶液和洗脱体积(单次洗脱体积×洗脱次数)对萃取效率的影响。结合高效液相色谱-荧光分析,在0.25~250 μg/L范围内线性关系良好(相关系数r=0.999),3种羟基多环芳烃的检出限和定量限分别为0.08和0.25 μg/L,回收率为90.1%~102%,日内和日间精密度分别为1.5%~7.7%和2.2%~8.7%。该本方法简单、快速、高效,可用于尿液中羟基多环芳烃的分析。 相似文献

The kinetics of the AIBN-initiated free radical bulk polymerization of fiveo-alkylphenyl methacrylates was studied by means of DSC in the temperature range 353–373 K, and the enthalpy of polymerization, the overall reaction rate constant and the activation energy were determined. The results were compared with those published recently on correspondingp-alkylaryl methacrylates. All measured reaction rate constants were found to increase with increasing temperature and to decrease with increasingo-alkyl substituent mass and size. It was shown thato-substituents influence the rates of polymerization to a greater extent thanp-substituents. At about 373 K, all differences in rate, most probably resulting from steric hindrance caused by the alkyl groups, disappear in both series, a phenomenon earlier observed for dimethyl phenyl methacrylates.This work was supported by the Ministry of Science of the Republic of Serbia. 相似文献

Maleic anhydride has been grafted to eicosane and squalane at 60–80°C using 1,2-dichlorobenzene as solvent and benzoyl peroxide as initiator. These hydrocarbons are low molecular weight models for hydrocarbon polymers containing secondary and tertiary hydrogen atoms. In the absence of the hydrocarbon and with monomer concentrations of the order of 1M, low molecular weight poly(maleic anhydride) is formed. On addition of the hydrocarbon, the main product is grafted material and very little homopolymer is formed. The grafts consist primarily of single succinic anhydride units but some of them are short poly(maleic anhydride) chains. Ceiling temperature considerations control the formation of homopolymer in the absence of hydrocarbon substrate. In the presence of eicosane or squalane, initiation of grafting proceeds by hydrogen abstraction from the hydrocarbon. Poly(methyl acrylate)-b-poly(5,6-benzo-2-methylene-1, 3-dioxepane) (PMA-b-PBMDO) was synthesized by two-step atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP). Firstly, ATRP of methyl acrylate (MA) was realized using ethyl α-bromobutyrate (EBrB) as initiator in the presence of CuBr/2,2'-bipyridine. Polyazoamide(PAA) was used as initiator to prepare block copolymer P(MMA-b-St) byfree radical polymerization. The fraction of block copolymer was about 50%. The structureof the block-copolymer was characterized by IR and the results of ~1H-NMR and GPCshowed that the content of the block and the molecular weight (M_w) of the prepolymerand block copolymer could be controlled by varying the mol ratio of styrene/PAA andMMA/prepolymer. Electrolysis of the system Ti(IV)–NH2OH–C6H6 in an 11 M H2SO4 solution shows that using an organic solvent (acetic acid, acetonitrile) during cathodically initiated amination of aromatic substrates permits the production of aromatic amines with the overall yield by hydroxylamine reaching 91%. Due to a chain mechanism of radical substitution, the benzene amination in electrolytes containing 5 M CH3COOH and 5.5 M CH3CN terminates largely upon consuming 70–75 and 50–55% of the charge required theoretically for a one-electron process. The chelation controlled radical reactions of ethyl γ-benzyloxy-α-methylenecarboxylates bearing a bulky γ-substituent, such as CHMe2, CHPh2, c-C6H11 and CH(Ph)OTBDMS, with alkyl iodides gave the syn-adducts with high diastereoselectivities. However, the diastereoselectivity for the substrates bearing a γ-substituent CH(i-Pr)OTBDMS depended critically on the configuration of the substituent; the substrate bearing the OTBDMS group anti to the γ-benzyloxy group showed poor diastereoselectivity, but its diastereomer gave syn-adduct exclusively. The high syn-selectivitiy is referred to the H-atom transfer to the outside face of radical center in the sharply folded seven-membered chelate intermediate bearing the ethoxy group with Z-geometry. The corner flapping of the radical center atom of the global minimum energy conformer generates a local minimum conformer and the H-atom transfer to the outside face of the radical center of the newly formed structure gives the anti-adduct. The poor diastereoselectivity is due to the very small energy difference between the two conformers and consequently both the syn- and anti-adducts are yielded in nearly equal amounts. 相似文献

The bimolecular single collision reaction potential energy surface of an isocyanate NCO radical with a ketene CH2CO molecule was investigated by means of B3LYP and QCISD(T) methods. The computed results indicate that two possible reaction channels exist on the surface. One is an addition-elimination reaction process, in which the CH2CO molecule is attacked by the nitrogen atom at its methylene carbon atom to lead to the formation of the intermediate OCNCH2CO followed by a C-C rupture channel to the products CH2NCO+CO. The other is a direct hydrogen abstraction channel from CHzCO by the NCO radical to afford the products HCCO+HNCO. Because of a higher barrier in the hydrogen abstraction reaction than in the addition-elimination reaction, the direct hydrogen abstraction pathway can only be considered as a secondary reaction channel in the reaction kinetics of NCO+ CH2CO. The predicted results are in good agreement with previous experimental and theoretical investigations. 相似文献
