An investigation of heat transfer and pressure drop from some louvered surfaces is presented. The test rig and the measuring as well as the data evaluating procedures are described. The measured data are transferred and presented in a nondimenswnal form. The heal transfer data are provided mainly as Stanton numbers versus Reynolds number, and the pressure drop is given as Darcy friction factors versus Reynolds number. For comparing the performance of the various louvered surfaces, the flow area goodness factors and the so-called volume goodness factors are presented. All the louvered surfaces have been found to be more efficient than the corresponding smooth surface. The standard multilouvered fin surfaces were found to be most efficient, but one of the new surfaces also performed very well.  相似文献

河南省平顶山市鲁山县有上汤、中汤、下汤、温汤和碱汤等五大温泉,采用Illumina Hisiq2500PE250技术对鲁山五大温泉(上汤、中汤、下汤、温汤和碱汤)古细菌的16S r DNA基因V4-5变异区序列进行测序,应用Uparse、Mothur、SILVA、MUSCLE和Qiime等软件整理和统计样品序列数目和操作分类单元(operational taxonomic unit,OTU)数量,分析物种的丰度和多样性.上汤、中汤、温汤、下汤和碱汤分别获得87 993、67 326、44400、48 611、48 495条有效reads,聚类为520、280、678、451、437个OUTs.古细菌分类分析表明,河南鲁山五大温泉的古细菌可以归入11个门,其中奇古菌门(Thaumarchaeota)占95.25%,是优势菌群;在属分类阶元上,上汤、中汤和温汤的优势菌属为Candidatus-Nitrosocaldus; unidentified-Thaumarchaeota是下汤和碱汤的优势菌属.对河南鲁山五大温泉开展古细菌多样性的研究发现,温泉水中含有较高的参与氨氧化过程的奇古菌门,为后续深入研究和利用河南鲁山五大温泉水中的古细菌资源提供了基础资料.  相似文献

以国内某热轧带钢厂的新建项目为背景,分析了影响热轧中宽带钢凸度的主要因素,介绍了凸度预设定模型、工作辊热凸度和磨损计算模型及凸度和平直度反馈控制模型的主要功能及架构;针对典型产品的轧制过程设计了精轧机组工作辊的正弦辊形曲线.根据某产品轧制过程的工程记录数据,绘制了精轧机组的比例凸度分配曲线,结合多功能仪实测数据分析了模型的控制效果,带钢出口凸度保持在(40±20)μm的比例占带钢全长的100%,平直度为(0±10)I的比例占带钢全长的98%以上.  相似文献

Structural evolution of gel‐spun ultra‐high molecular weight polyethylene fibers with high concentration solution via hot stretching process was investigated by in situ small‐angle X‐ray scattering, in situ wide‐angle X‐ray diffraction measurements, scanning electron microscopy, and differential scanning calorimetry. With the increase of stretching strain, the long period continuously increases at relative lower stretching temperature, while it first increases and then decreases rapidly at relative higher stretching temperature. The kebab thickness almost keeps constant during the whole hot‐stretching process and the kebab diameter continually decreases for all stretching temperatures. Moreover, the length of shish decreases slightly and the shish quantity increases although there is almost no change in the diameter of shish crystals during the hot stretching process. The degree of crystal orientation at different temperatures is as high as above 0.9 during the whole stretching process. These results indicate that the shish‐kebab crystals in ultra‐high molecular weight polyethylene fibers can transform continuously into the micro‐fibril structure composed mostly of shish crystals through the hot stretching process. © 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Vector‐borne diseases, such as leishmaniasis, dengue, malaria, and yellow fever, transmitted by microparasites show periodic fluctuations in their prevalence. The novelty of this research is to assess the relationship between the vector feeding preference for an infectious host and the annual seasonal transmission through a vector‐host mathematical model. For the first time, numerical simulations illustrate that by increasing the vector feeding preference value in the transmission dynamics, periodic fluctuations accentuate and the endemic equilibrium average increases in vector and host populations. Moreover, increasing the vector feeding preference value, the amplitude strengthens for the infectious host and vector populations. This periodic behavior shows a similar pattern with the Peruvian incidence data from 2000 to 2016 for Andean cutaneous leishmaniasis provided by the Ministry of Health of Peru (MINSA). In addition, using the Floquet theory, the time average method and the linear operator method provides for the first time that the basic reproduction number for a nonautonomous system depends explicitly on the vector feeding preference for the infectious host. The nonautonomous model system shows that is a threshold parameter for the local stability of the disease‐free periodic solution. Therefore, the vector feeding preference is an important factor that should be considered and attended to for future research. Public and veterinary health in Peru and other countries should consider the vector feeding preference for specific host to vector control.  相似文献

以微合金钢为材料,采用光学显微镜和EBSD,研究热模拟平面应变实验条件下再结晶奥氏体和变形奥氏体的织构演变.研究发现,在热模拟平面应变实验的压缩过程中,试样的两个自由端限制了变形区金属的宽向流动,达到了很好的平面应变状态.对于再结晶奥氏体相变工艺,由于相变前奥氏体发生再结晶,无畸变保留,奥氏体分解为仿晶界铁素体、贝氏体和少量的珠光体,织构为{100}011α;对于变形奥氏体相变工艺,未再结晶区的变形促进了铁素体相变,使奥氏体分解为铁素体和珠光体组织,织构为{332}113α和{113}110α.此两种工艺条件下的织构,皆为平面应变条件下的奥氏体相变织构,即热模拟平面应变实验可以达到很好的平面应变状态,可用于研究热轧过程的织构演变.  相似文献

Two kinds of argon shroud protection devices with two different basic structures were designed and investigated. Industrial experiments and numerical simulations were used to examine the protection effect, and the mechanism of air entrapment during the casting of steel ingots was analyzed. The influence of the structure of the argon shroud protection device on the protection effect was investigated. An argon shroud protection device mounted to the nozzle holder on the bottom of the ladle does not provide a good protection effect because air can easily flow into the teeming system and cause reoxidation of molten steel during teeming. By contrast, an argon shroud protection device seated on the top of the central trumpet provides an excellent protection effect, where air has little chance of flowing into the teeming system during casting. The feasibilities of the argon shroud protection devices are discussed.  相似文献

为了分析现有型钢轧制工艺的合理性,必须综合考虑轧件的微观组织演化、轧制力等多方面因素.为此,文中提出了针对H型钢多道次轧制过程的综合数值分析流程,通过热模拟实验和金相观测,建立轧件材料的高温屈服应力模型及奥氏体再结晶预报模型,并构建基于网格重构的多道次仿真分析方法.对某11道次H型钢多道次粗轧过程的仿真计算表明:轧制力的计算结果和现场实测数据吻合较好,现有多道次粗轧工艺对轧件腹板的晶粒细化作用较为明显.  相似文献
