Isoshamixanthone: a new pyrano xanthone from endophytic Aspergillus sp. ASCLA and absolute configuration of epiisoshamixanthone

Abstract

Isoshamixanthone (1), a new stereoisomeric pyrano xanthone together with the previously known fungal metabolites, epiisoshamixanthone (2), sterigmatocystin (3), arugosin C (4), norlichexanthone (5), diorcinol (6), ergosterol and methyllinoleate, were obtained from the endophytic fungal strain Aspergillus sp. ASCLA isolated from leaf tissues of the medicinal plant Callistemon subulatus. The chemical structure of the new xanthone (1) was elucidated by extensive 1D, 2D NMR, and ESI HR mass measurements, and by comparison with literature data. The constitutions and absolute configurations of 1 and epiisoshamixanthone (2) were additionally confirmed by X-ray crystallography. Compounds 1,2 were evaluated for their potential anticancer activity using the human cervix carcinoma cell line (KB-3-1). The antimicrobial activities of the fungal extract and compounds 1,2 were studied using a panel of pathogenic microorganisms as well.     

基于CAN网络的混合动力汽车硬件在环仿真平台

建立基于多xPC-Target系统的混合动力汽车硬件分布式实时在环仿真平台.通过CAN网络将2个xPC-Target双机系统组合而成.2个xPC-Target双机系统各自运行混合动力汽车各个功能模块的仿真模型,实现数据采集、处理及计算.使用多个xPC-Target系统能够有效分担仿真硬件设备的计算量,有利于提高仿真模型复杂度,提高仿真精度.由CAN网络实现2个xPC-Target系统间的通信.对xPC-Target的性能进行了测试,对CAN通信的时延进行了测试.在所构建的仿真平台上进行的计算验证了仿真平台的可靠性.     

基于ESP压力调节器制动能量回馈系统

为了实现液压制动系统制动能量回收功能和提高制动能量回收效率,提出了基于ESP压力调节器制动能量回馈方法,阐述了该方法的工作原理,设计了制动能量回馈系统硬件在环仿真实验台,研究了制动能量回馈系统的可行性。采用硬件在环仿真实验方法研究了基于ESP压力调节器制动能量回馈系统可行性,验证了制动过程平稳性和制动效能。实验结果表明:基于ESP压力调节器制动能量回馈系统可以最大效率回收制动能量,保证制动过程平稳,满足制动效能要求。     

Recombination induced hypergraphs: A new approach to mutation-recombination isomorphism

Natural selection acts on genetic variation that comes from two principal sources: mutation and recombination. Because of the inherent differences between mutation and recombination, it is often assumed that they are qualitatively different ways to explore the genotype space. In this paper a new way of constructing recombination spaces is introduced and the topological features of the resulting hypergraphs are analyzed. It is shown that types which are neighbors in the point mutation space are also neighbors in the recombination space, i.e., mutation and recombination spaces are homomorphic. This implies that the shapes of the fitness functions explored by mutation and recombination are similar. However, the potential of one- and two-point recombination operators to explore the fitness landscape may differ dramatically from uniform recombination operators or mutation operators because of the limited number of recombinant types they can produce. © 1996 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.     

高温超导体中磁通涡旋薄饼运动的实验证明

为了验证高温超导体中涡旋薄饼运动的存在,我们设计了电流和电位引线分处样品不同表面的实验。实验结果表明,在这种电流电位引线配置下的E～j关系不同于刚性涡旋线运动所预期的E～j关系,由此支持了涡旋薄饼运动的存在。

分子旋光度的密度泛函计算及Soman绝对构型确定

手性化合物绝对构型的确定一直是有机化学特别是手性药物合成研究过程中经常遇到的问题之一. 利用密度泛函DFT/B3LYP量子化学计算方法, 通过计算两种已知旋光度分子的旋光度, 确认计算条件和验证计算结果的可靠性, 并将此方法应用于Soman旋光度的计算. 结合文献报道的Soman分子实验旋光度测定结果, 首次采用理论计算方法确定了梭曼(Soman)分子四个异构体的绝对构型, 分别为P(R),C(S)-Soman→P(＋)C(＋), P(R),C(R)-Soman→P(＋)C(－), P(S),C(S)-Soman→P(－)C(＋), P(S),C(R)-Soman→P(－)C(－).

HL-2M常规偏滤器位形抽气对碳杂质分布影响的模拟分析
