A new algorithm for the fixed-node quantum Monte Carlo method

A novel algorithm is proposed for the fixed-node quantum Monte Carlo (FNQMC) method.In contrast to previous procedures,its "guiding function" is not optimized prior to diffusion quantum Monte Carlo (DMC) computation but synchronistically in the diffusion process The new algorithm can not only save CPU time,but also make both of the optimization and diffusion carried out according to the same sampling fashion,reaching the goal to improve each other This new optimizing procedure converges super-linearly,and thus can accelerate the particle diffusion During the diffusion process,the node of the "guiding function" changes incessantly,which is conducible to reducing the "fixed-node error" The new algorithm has been used to calculate the total energies of states X3B1 and a1A1 of CH2 as well as π-X2B1 and λ-2A1 of NH2 The singlet-triplet energy splitting (λEsT) in CH2 and π energy splitting in NH2 obtained with this present method are (45 542±1.840) and (141.644±1.589) kJ/mol,respectively The calculated     

核心素养为本的单元教学设计与实施——以“探究水的组成”为例

以“探究水的组成”教学为例，通过课标、教材及学习者分析，从认识角度、探究水平、认识水平等3个维度整体规划“身边的化学物质”主题单元目标学习进阶，明确“探究水的组成”课时目标，通过温故建模、据模探究、探究推理等3个阶段的教学实施，建立具体物质的研究思路模型，运用模型研究陌生物质（氢气），初步形成定量研究物质组成的能力。     

与时俱进，不断开创物理化学课程建设新局面

As a necessary basic theory course for undergraduates majoring in chemistry, materials, pharmacy, chemical engineering, and biology, physical chemistry plays an important role in cultivating talents to meet the needs of social and economic development. Over the years, the teaching team of physical chemistry of East China University of Science and Technology has carried out the curriculum reform and innovation persistently based on "Team building as the foundation, resource building as the root, mode innovation as the soul, ability training as the origin". This paper will summarize our thinking and experience in striving for the first-class course from the aspects of first-class team construction, first-class resource construction, teaching connotation innovation, teaching mode exploration, and extract the experience that can be used as reference by teaching peers.     

基于降维观测器与多胞体方法的执行器故障检测

针对具有执行器故障且状态方程和输出方程同时受到外部扰动影响的离散系统,研究了降维观测器设计方法和基于多胞体理论的区间估计方法,并在此基础上提出了基于区间估计的执行器故障检测方法。首先,通过适当的状态等价变换,将原系统分解成2个降维子系统,使得一个子系统可以直接解耦干扰。然后,在无执行器故障发生的前提下,基于对干扰解耦的子系统,提出了一种降维观测器设计方法,实现了原系统状态的渐近收敛估计。其次,针对具有干扰的子系统,设计了Luenberger型观测器,并结合多胞体理论,提出了一种对可测输出的区间估计方法。之后,基于可测输出的区间估计,提出了一种残差的构造方法,以此提出了一种执行器故障检测新方法。最后,给出了仿真设计和分析,验证了方法的有效性。     

“新文科”建设背景下经济学人才培养的路径研究

“新文科”建设是新时代对人文社会科学教育提出的新要求。如何在“新文科”理念下培养经济学人才,是中国经济学建设的一个重要课题。首先,从时代性、战略性、创新性、交融性和发展性5个特征维度阐释“新文科”建设的内涵;其次,探讨“新文科”建设背景下经济学人才培养存在的主要问题;最后,提出经济学人才培养需要持续优化经济学专业培养目标和培养方案;加强经济学的课程思政教育,推动济学与其他学科的交叉融合,推动经济学人才培养模式创新以及培养学生解决问题的能力等路径。研究结果可为培养适应新时代发展的经济学人才提供理论参考。     

浇筑水泥的研制

本法以普通硅酸盐水泥为基础,掺入Ｄ型外加济,混匀,制成浇筑水泥,其各项性能指标达到或超过江苏省企业标准（江苏Ｑ／ＪＣ３０２－８６）中的５２５浇筑水泥标准。
