The effective dynamics of quarks is described by a nonperturbatively regularized NJL model equation with canonical quantization and probability interpretation. The quantum theory of this model is formulated in functional space and the gluons are considered as relativistic bound states of colored quark-antiquark pairs. Their wave functions are calculated as eigenstates of hardcore equations, and their effective dynamics is derived by weak mapping in functional space. This leads to the phenomenological SU(3) gauge invariant gluon equations in functional formulation, i.e., the local gauge symmetry is a dynamical effect resulting from the dynamics of the quark model.  相似文献

We study the possible effect of QCD in the proton wave function in a quark model for inclusive processesA+B→C+X pursued by us. The assumption is the validity of the conjecture of Lepage and Brodsky in QCD on such effects. Our results obey the perturbative expectation, |R g tan2 φ|<1. Symmetric version of the model is, however, found to be at variance with most of the inclusive data as well as with some known phenomenology. If the dynamics of the underlying theory generate Regge-like symmetry breaking approximately, the model is phenomenologically viable, and the non-leading QCD effects become reasonable in size. Phenomenological necessity of the admixtures of (56, 0+)*, (70, 0+) and (56, 2+) in the nucleon wave function is also discussed in the present analysis.  相似文献

We study the baryon-quark phase transition in the molecular dynamics (MD) of the quark degrees of freedom at finite baryon density. The baryon state at low baryon density, and the deconfined quark state at high baryon density are reproduced. We investigate the equations of state of matters with different u-d-s compositions. Measurements of azimuthal cross-section asymmetries from deeply virtual Compton scattering on transversely and longitudinally polarized hydrogen and longitudinally polarized deuterium targets at HERMES are reported. By comparing the HERMES results on the transverse target-spin asymmetry with theoretical calculations based on a phenomenological model of generalized parton distributions, a model-dependent constraint on the total angular momentum carried by quarks in the nucleon is obtained.  相似文献

Results for the spin structure of the nucleon from the COMPASS data taking periods 2002 to 2004 are presented. The quark contribution to the nucleon spin, following from a QCD fit to the new data, turns out to be significantly larger than it was derived from the previous world data. The new data favour, on the other side, a comparatively small gluon polarisation in the range x g ≈ 0.1. In the data taken with the deuteron target polarised transversely the related asymmetries are found to be small on the level of accuracy reached so far, indicating a cancellation of the proton and neutron contributions. This is in agreement, for both the Collins and the Sivers asymmetry, with recent theoretical calculations. Also, a step towards the understanding of angular-momentum contributions with COMPASS is taken by the evaluation of asymmetries in exclusive vector meson production.  相似文献

We study the evolution of heavy quarkonium states with temperature in a Quark-Gluon Plasma (QGP) by evaluating an in-medium Qˉ T-matrix within a reduced Bethe-Salpeter equation in S- and P-wave channels. The interaction kernel is extracted from finite-temperature QCD lattice calculations of the singlet free energy of a Qˉ pair. Quarkonium bound states are found to gradually move across the Qˉ threshold after which they rapidly dissolve in the hot system. We calculate Euclidean-time correlation functions and compare to results from lattice QCD. We also study finite-width effects in the heavy-quark propagators.  相似文献

The binding energy of the six-quark system with strangeness s = −3 is investigated under the chiral SU(3) constituent quark model in the framework of RGM. The calculations of the single NΩ channel with spin S = 2 and the single ΔΩ channel with spin S = 3 are performed. The results show that both systems could be dibaryons and the interaction induced by the chiral field plays a very important role on forming bound states in the systems considered. The phase shifts and scattering lengths in corresponding channels are also given.  相似文献
