纳米级金膜微电极的制作,表征及异相催化反应

报道了纳米级金膜微电极的制作方法，用ＸＰＳ及ＳＥＭ对电极表面进行了表征，考察了该电极的循环伏安及计时电流特性，在聚吡咯修饰微带金电极上成功地实现了葡萄糖氧化酶和电子传递媒体Ｆｅ（ＣＮ）６＾３－的同时固定，并研究了ＧＯＤ／Ｆｅ（ＣＮ）６＾３－／ＰＰｙ微酶电极对葡萄糖的响应，稳态响应电流与葡萄糖浓度之间存在Ｍｉｃｈｅａｌｉｓ－Ｍｅｎｔｅｎ动力学特征。     

N‐glycosylation approach to glucose‐functionalized diamine and its use for protection‐free synthesis of polyurea bearing glucoside pendant

A glucose‐functionalized diamine was prepared and used as a new monomer for polyurea synthesis. The diamine was prepared by N‐glycosylation of 1,6‐hexamethylenediamine with D ‐glucose. Upon adding diisocyanates to the diamine, isocyanate reacted selectively with the amino groups, not with the hydroxyl groups of the glucose‐derived structure, to give the corresponding polyureas. The polyureas exhibited highly hydrophilic nature due to the presence of the glucose‐derived side chain. A ternary system consisting of the glucose‐functionalized diamine, piperazine, and diisocyanate gave the corresponding polyureas, where content of the glucose‐derived moiety was tunable by feed ratio between the diamine and piperazine. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 大型液相色谱分离过程FAD－SMT数学模型及其数值解

提出大型液相色谱分离过程ＦＡＤ－ＳＭＴ数学模型，把色谱分离连续性方程转变为对流扩散方程和常微分方程组，并提出模型的数值方法，分析了数值解的稳定条件和收敛条件以及空间和时间步长的选取。实验结果表明，ＦＡＤ－ＳＭＴ数学模型计算的液相色谱分离葡萄糖、果糖和分离甘露醇、山梨醇理论与实验流出曲线相吻合。灵敏度分析结果表明：相平衡常数比轴向扩散系数和总传质系数对色谱分离有较大的影响。     

微阀进样和固定化试剂化学发光微流动注射芯片的研究

设计了一种将微注样阀和发光试剂均集成化的微流动注射化学发光芯片。利用luminolK3Fe(CN)6H2O2化学发光体系,研究了这种芯片的分析特性。该芯片测定H2O2的线性范围为2×10-5～8×10-9mol/L;检出限为3.6×10-9mol/L;相对标准偏差RSD=4.4%(c=1×10-6mol/L,n=11)。与常规的流动注射化学发光分析法相比,该芯片具有简单、快速、灵敏度高、耗样量少等特点,并结合酶促反应成功地用于人体血清中葡萄糖的测定。     

Synthesis of New Glucosylated Porphyrins Bearing an α‐d‐Linkage

This paper presents the synthesis of two new glucosyl tritolylporphyrins in which the carbohydrate moiety is connected through a carboxymethyl glycosidic α‐D‐linkage. These compounds have been obtained by reaction between porphyrins bearing an amino function with a lactone prepared from the available disaccharide isomaltulose. The photocytotoxicity of these compounds against K562 human chronic myelogenous leukemia cells has been evaluated in comparison to Photofrin II.     

Ink‐Jet Microdispensing for the Formation of Gradients of Immobilised Enzyme Activity

Summary: The integration of gradients of enzyme activity in microstructured biosensor arrays enables intrinsic on‐line quality control of biosensor performance. Multiple sensor elements with different compositions and hence varying responses for the same analyte are evaluated as a basis for improving data reliability. The formation of glucose oxidase/polymer microstructures using a piezo microdispenser and their examination by scanning electrochemical microscopy (SECM) are used to demonstrate the feasibility of this approach.

添加有机肥和葡萄糖对铜毒害旱地红壤微生物生物量的影响

在预培红壤中加入定量的有机肥和葡萄糖及不同浓度的Cu,25℃培养14d，测定了土壤微生物生物量C（Cmic),N(Nmic)。结果表明，存在有机肥和葡萄糖时，土壤中Cmic和Nmic随着Cu浓度的增加而降低；Cmic/Nmic随着Cu浓度的增加而增大。施加有机肥和葡萄糖的土壤中，在所有Cu处理浓度下，土壤中Cmic和Nmic均比未加有机物质处理高，特别是有机肥处理中土壤Cmic和Nmic均比其它处理高得多，说明有机肥可明显减轻Cu对土壤微生物生物量的毒性，同时也说明有机肥可提供微生物N源。不含Cu时，加入有机肥和葡萄糖导致土壤中Cmic和Nmic增加，其中有机肥明显。

Study On The Catalytic Reaction Of β-Cd-Hemin Using 2, 3, 4-Trichlorophenol As Substrate And Analytic Application

ABSTRACT|The catalytic activity of various mimetic enzymes instead of the peroxidase have been investigated by 4-aminoantipyrine (4-AAP) and 2, 3, 4-trichlorophenol (TCP) to form a dye utilizing hydrogen peroxide as hydrogen acceptor. The different Chlorophenolic derivatives, which act as a substrate in β-CD-hemin-H₂O₂-4-AAP catalytic reaction, have been systematically studied.|Meanwhile, the relationship of structure-effect for the β-CD-hemin as catalyst, and chlorphenols as substrate has been respectively discussed. The mechanism of catalytic reaction has been investigated. The results showed that β-CD-hemin was the best mimetic enzyme for peroxidase among those tested and TCP was a good substrate for the determination of hydrogen peroxide with β-CD-hemin. The method for the determination of hydrogen peroxide was proposed using 4-AAP-TCP system with β-CD-hemin as catalyst. A linear calibration graph was obtained over the H₂O₂ concentration of 4.8×10-^?8-7.7×10-^?5M, and the relative standard deviation at a H₂O₂ concentration of 2.8×10-^?5M was 2.5%. The apparent molar absorptivity of the chromogenic reaction for H₂O₂ was 1.54× 10⁴ L.mol-^?1.cm^?1. Satisfactory results were obtained in the determination of H₂O₂ in synthetic samples by this method.

Also, the method was coupled with the glucose oxidation reaction to determination glucose in human serum.     

Amperometric Determination of Picomolar Levels of Flavin Adenine Dinucleotide by Cyclic Oxidation-Reduction in Apo-Glucose Oxidase System

Abstract

Acidification of a solution of glucose oxidase in 35 percent glycerol with 10 percent sulfuric acid and a gel filtration of this acidified glucose oxidase solution yielded apo-glucose oxidase with low residual enzyme activity. Further treatment with charcoal gave apo-glucose oxidase which is devoid of enzyme activity. Using this apo-glucose oxidase, it was possible to measure flavin adenine dinucleotide amperometrically at extremely low concentrations (10_?12 M) with ease, rapidity, and convenience.
