关于冷原子吸收法测定尿汞影响因素探讨

介绍了对尿汞快速测定法的改进，用消泡剂磷三丁酸消除尿中泡沫，并讨论了尿汞测定的最佳条件，本法的相对标准偏差为４．８－９．０％，回收率９４－１０１％。     

New aspects of thermal analysis,Part I. Resolution of DSC and means for its optimization

The definitions of the temperature resolution, the so-called resolution of DSC instruments given in literature are discussed. A new definition of the resolution for DSC instruments is presented and outlined. The main characteristic introduced in this new definition is a minimum between two caloric events as a prerequisite of an existing resolution. Possible candidates of test substances have been evaluated. The oligomer n-hexatriacontane is revealing an interesting phenomenon, namely a lambda transition which is in the peak temperature only 2 K lower than the melting temperature of 76°C. The substance was selected as an ideal test substance for the quantification of the resolution of DSC instruments. The lambda transition is a second order process which may reach under certain conditions the saturation of the occurring molecular dislocation within 0.2 K, and after saturation the heat flow rate drops sharply down. Investigations concerning the main characteristics of n-hexatriacontane in respect to the temperatures of transition (lambda transition and melting), to the involved enthalpies, and to the resolution factors were performed as functions of the sample mass and the heating rate. The importance of relevant evaluation procedures increasing the resolution factors of DSC curves are discussed and these procedures are integrated into the testing of the resolution. The necessity for widening the experimental scope from instruments to evaluation procedures is forced by the existence of instruments with built-in signal treatments based on electronic devices and software procedures. A comparison with literature data is outlined for all of the mentioned characteristic values of n-hexatriacontane. CALCULATING THE MOLECULAR INTERNAL ROTATING STERIC FACTOR OF POLYMERS BY THE RADIATION CROSSLINKING METHOD

In this paper, calculating the molecular internal rotating steric factor of polymers by the radiation crosslinking method is studied and a relationship between the molecular internal rotating steric factor (σ) and crosslinking parameter βis established~([1]) by taking account of the effect of polymer chain flexibility on βvalue, σvalue of polymer obtained by this method is in agreement with that given with other method.     

神经生长因子的化学发光标记与检测

以辣根过氧化物酶（ＨＲＰ）和吖啶酯（ＡＥ）为化学发光标记试剂分别标记神经生长因子（ＮＧＦ）单克隆抗体，经分离纯化制成标记抗体（ＨＲＰ－Ａｂ，ＡＥ－Ａｂ），采用化学发光免疫分析法（ＣＬＩＡ）对ＮＧＦ进行检测，其检出限为０．５ｎｇ／ｍＬ，线性范围为２～１２８ｎｇ／ｍＬ．１０例样本分别用ＣＬＩＡ和ＲＩＡ进行检测，其结果无显著性差异．     

Bioanalytical methods applied to endocrine disrupting polychlorinated biphenyls, polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins and polychlorinated dibenzofurans. A review

The usual methods for determining polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins (PCDD), polychlorinated dibenzofurans (PCDF) and polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB) are generally expensive and time consuming. This fact has favored the development of faster and cheaper techniques, based on immunoassays and bioassays. This paper reviews these bioanalytical methods and their analytical importance at the present moment.     

高速磁浮车-轨耦合系统动态机理与振动响应

对高速磁浮车-轨耦合系统进行动态机理和振动响应研究。首先,对高速磁浮中的各类耦合关系进行建模;其次,分别分析了动态和静态条件下的车-轨耦合作用机理;然后,建立了高速磁浮车-轨耦合动力学有限元模型;最后,对磁浮列车高速通过桥梁时轨道梁、功能件的动力响应和车-轨共振速度进行分析。结果表明：高速运行时车-轨作用频率不同,长时间共振速度下运行时车-轨振动明显增大;若桥梁动力放大系数小于1.2,则基频比最小值为1.16;若桥梁动力放大系数小于1.3,则基频比最小值为1.04。     

地方高校高等数学课程学习成绩影响因素的统计分析——以滁州学院为例

为了进一步改善高等数学课程的教学效果,提高学生的数学素养,以地方应用型高校滁州学院为例,2018—2021年连续4年从学生、教师和学校3个维度基于高等数学课程的学习效果开展问卷调查;基于收集的样本数据,围绕学生学习的内生动力、外部因素、学校管理等多个维度,运用因子分析和线性回归分析方法,对学生学习高等数学课程成绩的影响因素进行统计分析,探索出了提高大学生高等数学课程学习成绩的有效方案。这为地方高校提高高等数学课程教学效果提供了一种途径和方法,可为相关的教学改革研究提供参考。     

超高压高CO2气藏偏差系数图版扩展与应用

Standing-Katz图版法确定天然气偏差系数是目前最常用、最基础的方法之一,但存在人工读值误差大、在超高压（拟对比压力大于15）和高CO₂含量天然气使用受限等问题。设计单组分偏差系数测定实验,结合Standing-Katz图版曲线变化规律,将图版拟对比压力扩展到30,拟对比温度扩展到3.6,并将图版数字化;基于不同CO₂含量偏差系数测定实验结果,推导了考虑不同CO₂含量的天然气拟临界压力、拟临界温度计算新模型,与常规非烃校正模型相比,新模型计算精度更高,适用范围更广。进一步将新临界参数校正模型嵌入到偏差系数扩展图版中,得到不同CO₂含量的偏差系数扩展图版,该图版在南海西部超高温高压、高CO₂含量天然气偏差系数计算中误差较小（不超过3%）,应用效果良好。     

关于纺织机械噪声评价标准的探讨

机器噪声的污染问题,日益受到世界各国的重视和关注,现在国际上对机器噪声的测量,主要采用声功率级。但用这种声功率级的评价指标尚有某些不足之处,本文拟在声功率级基础上,提出“机器噪声相对声功率系数”的概念,作为评价、比较、改进机器噪声及综合质量的补充指标,以弥补声功率级的不足。     

Carbocyclic and nitrogen-containing fused CH-acids with an annelated indenyl fragment. Thermogravimetric and X-ray structural analysis of 6H-indeno[1,2-b]quinoline

Based on thermogravimetric characteristics first obtained for the model 6H-indeno [1,2-b]quinoline, the scheme of thermal conversions of this compound in the temperature range 20–700 °C has been proposed, and the limit of its thermal stability (300 °C) has been determined. This temperature is recommended as the optimum for synthesizing fused benzoaza(diaza)fluorenes. Based on the results of X-ray structural analysis, the molecules of the studied indenoquinoline form centrosymmetric pairs, which are arranged in (110) layers. The molecules are orientationally disordered. The observed self-association of these molecules is similar to the - association of fused heterocyclic systems with-excessive and ****- deficient fragments. It has been suggested that interferon-inducing and antitumor compounds with an annelated indenyl fragment have a common mechanism of action according to the intercalation model of stacking structures.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk.
