Decay Rates in Probability Metrics Towards Homogeneous Cooling States for the Inelastic Maxwell Model

We quantify the long-time behavior of solutions to the nonlinear Boltzmann equation for spatially uniform freely cooling inelastic Maxwell molecules by means of the contraction property of a suitable metric in the set of probability measures. Existence, uniqueness, and precise estimates of overpopulated high energy tails of the self-similar profile proved in ref. 9 are revisited and derived from this new Liapunov functional. For general initial conditions the solutions of the Boltzmann equation are then proved to converge with computable rate as t → ∞ to the self-similar solution in this distance, which metrizes the weak convergence of measures. Moreover, we can relate this Fourier distance to the Euclidean Wasserstein distance or Tanaka functional proving also its exponential convergence towards the homogeneous cooling states. The findings are relevant in the understanding of the conjecture formulated by Ernst and Brito in refs. 15, 16, and complement and improve recent studies on the same problem of Bobylev and Cercignani⁽⁹⁾ and Bobylev, Cercignani and one of the authors.⁽¹¹⁾     

掺Eu3+硅基材料的发光性质

通过溶胶－凝胶技术制备了掺Eu^3 的硅基材料并测试了其三维荧光光谱、激光谱和发射光谱，结果显示，最佳激发波波长为350nm,最强荧光波长为620nm；在350nm光激发下的发射光谱显示Eu^3 的特征发射光谱，产生4条谱带，分别是577nm(^5D0-^7F0)，588nm(^5D0-^7F1),596nm(^5D0-^7F1)和610nm(^5D0-^7F2)。     

Electronic spectra of cationic forms of meso-tetrapropylporphin in a nanoporous silicate gel matrix

We have studied the fluorescence and fluorescence excitation spectra at 300 K, 77 K, and 4.2 K for silicate gel matrices colored with meso-tetrapropylporphin by impregnation of the matrix with a solution of the pigment. Comparison of the data obtained with the absorption spectra in acidified solutions and analysis of the low-temperature fine-structure vibronic spectra, and also taking into account data obtained earlier for octaethylporphin in a xerogel showed formation of two cationic forms of meso-tetrapropylporphin in the gel matrix: the short-wavelength form has a dicationic structure, while the long-wavelength form has a monocationic structure. We have traced out the correlations of the vibrational structure in the spectra of the dicationic form with data for the porphin dication, and we have drawn a number of conclusions concerning the normal vibrational modes that are active in the vibronic fluorescence and absorption spectra of the studied cationic forms. Using the AM1 semiempirical quantum chemical method, we optimized the geometry of the mesotetrapropylporphin dication: the most stable of the possible conformers is the dication structure with saddleshaped macrocycle nonplanarity. __________ Translated from Zhurnal Prikladnoi Spektroskopii, Vol. 73, No. 4, pp. 453–461, July–August, 2006.     

吸附树脂对对甲苯胺的静态吸附行为及其热力学性质的研究

对比 Amberlite XAD-4与两种新型吸附树脂 NK和新 H对对甲苯胺的静态吸附行为 ,根据吸附等温线研究并讨论吸附热力学性质 .两种新型吸附树脂对对甲苯胺的吸附能力明显强于 Amberlite XAD-4 ,微孔作用机制及表面部分极性起决定作用 .吸附焓变 ΔH<0表明吸附为放热过程 ,降低温度有利于吸附 .对吸附焓变和自由能变的讨论同时表明树脂对对甲苯胺的吸附为多层物理吸附过程 .吸附熵变 ΔS表明吸附树脂表面的不均匀性和吸附质分子在树脂表面的分布及其局域运动与吸附有密切关系 .     

溶胶-凝胶VO2薄膜转换特性研究

利用溶胶凝胶法在SiO2Si衬底上沉积高取向的V2O5薄膜,在压强低于2Pa,温度高于400℃的条件下,对V2O5薄膜进行真空烘烤,获得了电阻率变化3个数量级以上、弛豫宽度为62℃的VO2多晶薄膜.以X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)图和电阻率转换特性等实验结果为依据,详细分析了溶胶凝胶薄膜在真空烘烤时从V2O5向VO2的转化,它经历了从VnO2n+1(n=2,3,4,6)到VO2的过程.实验证明,根据选择合适的成膜热处理条件和真空烘烤条件是实现溶胶凝胶V2O5结构向VO2结构成功转换的关键 关键词： 溶胶-凝胶法 氧化钒薄膜 VO2膜转换特性     

ASYMPTOTIC BEHAVIOR OF SOLUTIONS OF NONLINEAR NEUTRAL DIFFERENTIAL EQUATION

The boundedness of the every solution and the asymptotic behavior of all solutions of the nonlinear neutral delay differential equation [x(t) - P(t)x(t - t)]' Q1 (t)f(x{t-σ1))-Q2(t)f(x(t -σ2))=0,t≥t0 are investigated, whereτ,σ1,σ2∈(0,∞), P∈C([t0,∞),R), and Q1,Q2∈C([t0,∞),R), f∈C(R,R). The sufficient conditions obtained improve the existing results in the literatures.     

时间词义赋值的个别差异的初步研究

运用模糊统计对１０个持续时间词进行了初步研究，然后选出其中２个，让不同个性特征的男女被试对其赋值。结果表明：在时间词的估计值和估值范围上，Ａ型行为类型者的赋值都小于Ｂ型行为类型者；低焦虑者的时间词的估值范围大于高焦虑者；在赋值特征上性别差异不显著．     

我国住房抵押贷款提前还贷行为研究

随着我国住房分配货币化的展开,居民对住房抵押贷款的需求量迅速扩大,住房抵押贷款过程中也出现了许多问题,其中以提前还贷风险为核心问题。特别由于近几年在上海、广东、江苏等地均发生了大规模的提前还贷现象,给各商业银行带来较大的损失,影响了它们的正常经营活动,使得各商业银行开始重视这一现象,究其原因当然有我国特殊的背景,比如制度因素的变化、个人的理财偏好等原因,但本质还是住房抵押贷款业务发展到一个阶段的正常现象。本文对提前还贷风险的具体内容进行了一个系统而深入的探讨,提出了目前我国商业银行应对提前还贷风险的新思路。
