Solid state reactions of nitrogenous heterocyclic compounds(Ⅰ)——Solid state reactions of 3-methyl-l-phenyl-5-pyrazolone with carbonyl compounds

The solid state reaction of 3-methyl-1-phenyl-5-pyrazolone (MPP) with aromatic aldehydes and ke-tones benzil derivatives and imides,and the solid state Michael addition reaction of MPP with 4-arylidene-3-methyl-1-phenyl-5-pyrnzolone 2 were investigated.Some new solid state reactions between the reactants were found,from which a series of new compounds were obtained The structures of the products were identified by IR,1H NMR,MS,elemental analyses and also by X-ray crystal analysis,and the reaction mechanism of MPP with aromatic aldehydes and ketones was proposed     

Sorption properties of freshly precipitated alumogels

The influence of the pH of precipitation and the ionic medium nature on the composition, surface charge, and kinetic sorption characteristics of aluminum oxyhydroxides formed by alkaline hydrolysis of an aqueous solution of aluminum nitrate was studied. The methods of drop titration with alkali, argentometric titration, point of zero charge, and indicator reactions of heterogeneous hydrolysis were used. The composition of the freshly precipitated hydrogels of aluminum(iii) oxyhydroxide, rate constants of heterogeneous hydrolysis of the IrCl₆ ^2– ions as indicator reactions, and the pH of the point of zero charge were determined. The rate of indicator reactions (as for other oxyhydroxide hydrogels) depends strongly on the pH of precipitation. However, it is lower than the rates characteristics of iron(iii) and chromium(iii) oxyhydroxides obtained under similar conditions. The pH of the point of zero charge for the alumogels in a chloride medium is 8.3 and that in a sulfate medium is 9.5.     

Multistage Electrochemical Reactions with the Transfer of Intermediates between Near-Electrode Layer and Bulk Solution: Analysis of a Kinetic Model and Computer-Aided Modeling

Kinetic equations for a multistage electrode process complicated by the transfer of intermediates between the near-electrode layer and bulk solution are derived and analyzed. Computer-aided modeling of the kinetics of processes of this kind is performed. Conditions under which the share of diffused intermediates is no longer vanishingly small are determined. Effect of various factors on the individual stages is established. Techniques of processing experimental data for determining kinetic parameters of separate stages are suggested.

近年来,分子内环加成反应已广泛用于甾体化合物全合成,其主要一步是由取代的苯并环丁烯热裂而成的5,6-二亚甲基-1,3-环己二烯发生区域专一和立体选择性的环加成反应,构成甾体骨架。现在用此法已合成了一系列消旋和光学活性的甾体化合物。     

A new method for the generation of stable phenoxyl radicals by the reaction of [(Me3Si)2N]2E (E = Ge,Sn) with sterically hindered phenols

An unusual reaction of diaminogermylene and diaminostannylene with sterically hindered phenols which leads to the formation of stable phenoxyl radicals in high concentrations was found. The reaction mechanism was proposed. Amides [(Me₃Si)₂N]₂E (E = Ge, Sn) were investigated electrochemically.     

Synthesis of some phosphonocarbonyl compounds via Horner-Emmons reaction of methylenbisphosphonate

Summary The -carbonyl substituted vinylphosphonates6–9 were synthesized from the -dicarbonyl compounds2–5 and the methylenbisphosphonate1 by a Horner-Emmons reaction in different yields.

Zusammenfassung Es wurden die -carbonylsubstituierten Vinylphosphonate6–9 mittels Horner-Emmons-Reaktion aus den -Dicarbonylverbindungen2–5 und Methylenbisphosphonat1 in verschiedenen Ausbeuten hergestellt.

     

Three-component,one-pot synthesis of 3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2-(1<Emphasis Type="Italic">H</Emphasis>)-ones catalyzed by bromodimethylsulfonium bromide

An efficient synthesis of 3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2-(1H)-one derivatives by one-pot three-component condensation reaction between an alkyl or aryl aldehyde, a 1,3-dicarbonyl compound, and urea or thiourea in the presence of catalytic amount of bromodimethylsulfonium bromide has been developed. The condensation product was obtained in excellent yields in refluxing ethanol and easily separated from the reaction mixture and purified.     

Facile synthesis of 9-（N-amino-4-fluoromethyl-3-pyrrolidinyl）-2- fluoro-6-aminopurine from trans-4-hydroxy-L-proline

A novel and simple procedure for synthesis of azanucleoside by Mitsunobu reaction between N-(p-nitrobenzyloxycarbonyl)- trans-4-hydroxy-D-proline methyl ester obtained from trans-4-hydroxy-L-proline after six-step reaction and 2-fluoro-6-azidopurine is described,and azanucleoside is fluorinated by new fluridizer 2,2-difluoro-1,3-dimethylimidazolidine (DFI).All reactions could be carded out under mild condition.

在稀盐酸介质中 ,维多利亚蓝B(VBB)的最大吸收峰位于 6 13nm ,当与NO- 2 反应后发生颜色变化 ,最大吸收峰红移 ,以试剂空白为参比 ,可观察到在 6 39nm处出现一新的最大吸收峰 ,同时在 5 6 0nm处发生褪色反应 ,最大褪色波长和最大吸收波长处吸光度均与溶液中NO- 2 的浓度成正比 ,其线性范围在 0～ 2 0 μg/ 2 5mlNO- 2 ,摩尔吸光系数分别为ε56 0 =2 .96× 10 4 L·mol- 1·cm- 1,ε6 39=3.2 3× 10 4 L·mol- 1·cm- 1,用双波长叠加法ε56 0 +6 39=6 .19× 10 4 L·mol- 1·cm- 1,相关系数为 0 .9999。由于显色反应在较强的酸性介质中进行 ,方法具有良好的选择性 ,用于环境水中微量NO- 2 的测定 ,结果满意。
