We report here an energy-efficient and straight synthesis of two new classes of derivatized fluorescent azatetracycles under ultrasound (US) irradiation. A first class of azatetracyclic compounds was synthesized by heterogeneous catalytic bromination of the α-keto substituent attached to the pyrrole moiety of the tetracyclic cycloadducts, while for the second, one class was synthesized by nucleophilic substitution of the bromide with the azide group. Comparative with conventional thermal heating (TH) under US irradiation, both types of reactions occur with substantially higher yields, shortened reaction time (from days to hours), lesser energy consumed, easier workup of the reaction, and smaller amounts of solvent required (at least three to five-fold less compared to TH), which make these reactions to be considered as energy efficient. The derivatized azatetracycle are blue emitters with λmax of fluorescence around 430–445 nm. A certain influence of the azatetracycle substituents concerning absorption and fluorescent properties was observed. Compounds anchored with a bulky azide group have shown decreased fluorescence intensity compared with corresponding bromides. 相似文献

The thermal decomposition of Zn-MPA complex was investigated under microwave irradiation. ZnO and ZnS nanocrystals could be obtained by decomposing Zn-MPA(3-mercaptopropionic acid) complex under different reaction conditions. It was found that both the pH value of the solution and the molar ratio of Zn2+ and MPA can play an important role in the formation of ZnO and ZnS nanocrystals. MPA mainly acts as an S source or as a complexing agent. This study provides a new route for the controllable preparation of semiconductor nanocrystals. 相似文献

The metabolites produced by the larvae of Bactrocera dorsalis (Diptera: Tephritidae) exposed to different doses of irradiation were analyzed using solid phase microextraction (SPME) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), and a metabonomic analysis method of irradiated insects based on GC-MS was established. The analysis revealed 67 peaks, of which 23 peaks were identified. The metabolites produced by larvae treated with different irradiation doses were compared by multivariate statistical analysis, and eight differential metabolites were selected. Irradiation seriously influenced the fatty acid metabolic pathway in larvae. Using the R platform combined with the method of multivariate statistical analysis, changes to metabolite production under four irradiation doses given to B. dorsalis larvae were described. Differential metabolites of B. dorsalis larvae carried chemical signatures that indicated irradiation dose, and this method is expected to provide a reference for the detection of irradiated insects. 相似文献

The effect of laser irradiation on the optical properties of thermally evaporated Se100?x Te x (x=8, 12, 16) chalcogenide thin films has been studied. The result shows that the irradiation causes a shift in the optical gap. The results have been analyzed on the basis of laser irradiation-induced defects in the film. The width of the tail of localized state in the band gap has been evaluated using the Urbach edge method. As the irradiation time increases, the values of the optical energy gap for all compositions decrease, while tail energy width increases. It is also observed that the optical energy gap decreases with increasing Te content in the alloy. These changes are a consequence of an increment in disorder produced by laser irradiation in the amorphous structure of thin film. 相似文献

In this study, electron paramagnetic resonance of γ-irradiated single crystals of N-Trifluoroacetyl-α-amino isobutyric acid (F3Ac-Aib-OH) was investigated at room temperature and analyzed for different orientations of the crystal in the magnetic field. The paramagnetic species in N-Trifluoroacetyl-α-aminoisobutyric acid was attributed to the ?F2-R radical (R= CONHC(CH3)COOH). Hyperfine coupling constants and g value were also determined. In addition, the single crystal of F3Ac-Aib-OH was UV-irradiated and paramagnetic species formed was studied at room temperature. Sputtering of Cu single-crystal and polycrystal targets by 27 keV Ar ions has been simulated using the new binary collision cascade computer program OKSANA. The sputtering yield, the sputtering and reflection efficiencies, and the absolute and relative contributions to sputtering from various components have been calculated in a broad range of incidence angles. The obtained angular dependences of the sputtering yield have proved to agree with experimental data. Some features of sputtering due to semichannel focusing of incident particles have been found. The contributions to sputtering from several types of linear collision chains and from the primary knock-on atoms are considered in most detail. It has been shown, in particular, that the pure focused, pure defocused, and mixed focused-defocused collision chains contribute noticeably to sputtering. The contribution from the primary knock-on atoms is angle-dependent and reaches its maximum in the range of glancing angles for both single-crystal and polycrystal targets. 相似文献
