为了适应多种建筑构件耐火试验,并提高试验的可靠性,根据GB/T9978—1999标准的要求,设计了水平建筑构件耐火试验炉和垂直建筑构件耐火试验炉各一座.通过合理布置燃烧器,使炉内的温度更均匀,利用自行设计的控制系统对炉内的温度及压力进行自动控制,克服了传统人工操作的各种缺点,同时也减少了污染,节省了空间,节约了燃料及人工成本.最后介绍了试验炉的使用情况,取得了较好的效果.  相似文献

A new furnace system with an almost zero temperature gradient throughout the sample area was designed for multi-anvil high pressure experiments. Test experiments of the new design were performed using 18/11 and 25/15 cell assemblies at 4?GPa, 1400°C and 1500°C, respectively. The temperature field within the sample capsules appeared to be very homogenous as indicated by Mg2Si2O6–MgCaSi2O6 two-pyroxene thermometry, by direct temperature measurements using two thermocouples within the same assembly, and by distribution of solid and liquid phases in the sample capsule. The temperature gradient is estimated to be <2.4°C/mm over an area of 4?×?5?mm2 within the furnace. It is significantly lower than standard multi-anvil experiments with straight or stepped furnace systems, which are at the levels of 20–200°C/mm.  相似文献

The steady state tube furnace (Purser furnace, ISO TS 19700) has been developed specifically to replicate the generation of toxic products from real fires under different fire conditions on a bench-scale. Steady state burning is achieved by driving the sample into a furnace of increasing heat flux at a fixed rate and recording the product yields over a steady state period in the middle of the run. The furnace, sample, and effluent dilution chamber temperature profiles are presented to characterise the conditions in the apparatus. The distribution of smoke in the mixing chamber has been investigated to demonstrate the efficiency of mixing in the effluent dilution chamber. The heat flux applied to the sample at various points through the furnace has been measured, showing that conditions vary from those typical of pre-flaming to fully developed fires. An initial investigation of the repeatability and interlaboratory reproducibility has been undertaken, showing acceptable low levels of uncertainty in the toxic product yields.  相似文献

A procedure for the determination of As in diesel, gasoline and naphtha at μg L−1 levels by GFAAS is proposed. Sample stabilization was achieved by the formation of three component solutions prepared by mixing appropriate volumes of the samples propan-1-ol and nitric acid aqueous solution. This mixture resulted in a one-phase medium, which was indefinitely stable. No changes in the analyte signals were observed over several days in spiked samples, proving long-term stabilization ability. The use of conventional (Pd) and permanent (Ir) modification was investigated and the former was preferred. Central composite design multivariate optimization defined the optimum microemulsion composition as well as the temperature program. In this way, calibration using aqueous analytical solutions was possible, since the same sensitivity was observed in the investigated microemulsion media and in 0.2% v/v HNO3. Coefficients of correlation larger than 0.999 and an As characteristic mass of 22 pg were observed. Recoveries (n=4) obtained from spiked samples were 98±4, 99±3 and 103±5%, and the limits of detection in the original samples were 1.8, 1.2 and 1.5 μg L−1 for diesel, gasoline and naphtha, respectively. Validation was performed by the analysis of a set of commercial samples by independent comparative procedures. No significant difference (Student’s t-test, p<0.05) was observed between comparative and proposed procedure results. The total determination cycle lasted 4 min for diesel and 3 min for gasoline and naphtha, equivalent to a sample throughput of 7 h−1 for diesel and 10 h−1 for gasoline and naphtha.  相似文献

A theoretical analysis is made of the effect of analytical line broadening and of non-absorbable radiation in the light source on the shape of concentration curves in Zeeman graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. These results have been used in a systematic study of the effect of spectrometer slit width and hollow-cathode lamp (HCL) current on linearization of calibration graphs for 11 elements: Ag, Au, Bi, Cd, Co, Cu, Fe, Mn, Ni, Pb, and Sb. The effectiveness of linearization throughout the analytical range covered was estimated experimentally on series of 25–30 solutions. Three solutions in each series were used as standards for constructing the calibration graph, the others serving to evaluate the linearization effectiveness. Increasing the slit width and decreasing the HCL current compared to the standard measurement conditions have permitted us to reach a sufficiently high effectiveness of linearization for all the elements studied, with the exception of Ni. The maximum deviation of experimental points from the linear graph under optimum conditions does not exceed 6%. The effect of the Δ parameter used in the computational algorithm on linearization effectiveness is investigated.  相似文献

齐鲁石化公司乙烯厂是我国最先引进计算机控制下蒸汽 空气在线烧焦技术的乙烯厂 ,在线烧焦使其过程自动化程度大大提高 ,裂解炉没有升降温过程 ,延长了裂解炉管的使用年限[1~ 5] 。但裂解气盘管管径较小 ,易于堵塞 ,烧焦时间稍短 ,管壁上的焦炭就燃烧不完全 ,目前在线烧焦时间还需 70h~ 80h。为了进一步缩短烧焦时间 ,节约能源 ,提高炉子运行周期 ,必须对乙烯装置裂解炉管焦炭的微观结构及燃烧过程进行深入研究 ,以提出进一步加快烧焦速度的办法 ,满足工业生产的需要。本研究采用国内某乙烯厂裂解炉管焦炭为实验原料 ,研究了焦炭的微观…  相似文献

In this study, a challenging nanosorbent was described for preconcentration/separation method based on the sorption of cadmium, cobalt, copper, nickel, lead on starch coated titanium dioxide nanoparticles and its analysis by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Optimum conditions were investigated for quantitative sorption. By using the proposed technique, the analyte elements were determined in spiked tap-water samples in the range of 95% confidence level. Limit of detection (3δ) was 0.05, 0.28, 1.90, 3.10 and 0.11 µg/L (3σ, N = 10) for cadmium, cobalt, copper, nickel and lead, respectively.
