3a, 4-二氢-苯并吡喃[4,3-c]吡唑-3(2H)-酮类衍生物的合成及其活性

设计合成了33种新型的3a, 4-二氢-苯并吡喃[4,3-c]吡唑-3(2H)-酮类化合物,其结构经MS,1H NMR和元素分析的确证。并对化合物7k的单晶进行了结构测定。初步生物活性测试表明标题化合物具有一定的杀虫杀菌活性。     

双胍辛醋酸盐杀菌剂及其两种中间体的合成与生物活性

O-methylisourea acetate was synthesized by two procedures from the main raw materials including carbamide, dimethyl sulfate, acetic acid and concentrated sulfuric acid. Its content reaches 98 % and the total yield attains to 70%. 1, 17-Diamino-9-azaheptadecane was first synthesized by two procedures using sebcic acid, 1,8-octanediamine, sodium azide and concentrated sulfuric acid as the main raw materials. Its content reaches 98% and the total yield is 65%. The structure of both were confirmed by FT-IR, ^1H NMR and their available analysis method was established. Fungicide bis-(8-guanidino-octyl )amine acetate was synthesized from these two intermediates and its structure was confirmed by FT-IR and ^1HNMR. Fungicidal activity test showed that it is a kind of broad-spectrum fungicide with notably effect.     

10%Ph1乳油对两种小麦病害的防治效果

应用10%Ph1(2,4 diacetylPhloroglucinol)乳油对小麦纹枯病和全蚀病进行温室防病测定。结果表明,10%Ph1乳油稀释至浓度为80μg/mL时浸种处理对小麦纹枯病的防效达55.90%,较浓度3.3×107cfu/mL的生防菌CPF10菌液浸种处理防效高10.96%,较干种子量1%的50%多菌灵拌种处理防效高5.09%。10%Ph1乳油稀释至浓度为80μg/mL时浸种处理对小麦全蚀病的防效达68.17%,较浓度3.3×107cfu/mL的生防菌CPF10菌液浸种处理防效高11.39%,较浓度80μg/mL的三唑酮浸种处理防效高3.78%。各处理组与空白对照相比均有显著性差异(LSR法,P<0.05)。     

1.3—二氧戊环—1H—唑类新型杀菌剂的合成和定量构效关系的研究

本文合成了五个新化合物。它的结构类型如下所示:抑茵活性试验表明:其中的几个化合物对水稻纹枯病菌和棉花枯萎病菌有抑制作用。最后用 Hücrel 分子轨道法,分子连接性法和结构信息量法研究这些化合物的化学结构与抑菌活性的关系。     

油田污水处理中杀菌剂的混合处理研究

针对水污染和水资源缺乏日趋严重这一问题,围绕油田污水处理系统进行了研究,介绍了杀菌剂的种类及杀菌机理,并对杀菌流程应用FLUENT流体工程软件进行仿真模拟。结果表明:杀菌剂要根据不同的pH值选择,杀菌剂的配伍情况不同效果也不同,在某些条件下不可使用杀菌剂,杀菌罐的尺寸、进出口位置、加药口位置和泵的排量即加药口的速度是影响污水和杀菌剂混合程序的重要因素。     

杀菌剂对木霉菌的毒性以及农业土壤中木霉菌分离与计数用选择性培养基

通过添加三唑酮刺激分生孢子产量、添加苯菌灵刺激营养生长以及添加曲里通X-100限制菌落扩展。本文进一步优化了木霉菌的选择性分离与计数培养基。三唑酮能有效地抑制轮枝菌生长。在该培养基上青霉菌和曲霉菌的生长受到明显抑制。在测定了多种杀菌剂对木霉菌以及相关的非木霉菌的毒性基础上,研制了更为可靠、有效的木霉菌选择性培养基。该培养基适合于从非木霉菌含量高的样本,也适合于从木霉菌含量低的样本中计数、分离木霉菌。无论样本中木霉菌的群体大还是小,利用该培养基均能进行计数和分离。     

N-tributyltin mesylimide—a new water-soluble fungicide

In addition to the known water-soluble tributyltin compounds, N-tributyltin mesylimide [Bu₃SnN-(SO₂Me₂)₂] was prepared and proposed as a fungicide for water-based preservative formulations. The aqueous solubility of the new compound is in the range of 11.0–11.4% w/w at 25 °C and its activity towards moulds (Aspergillus niger) is near that for tributyltin oxide. The compound has an average toxicity (LD₅₀=740 mg kg^?1).     

Synthesis,structural studies and some biological aspects,including nematicidal and insecticidal properties,of organotin(IV) complexes formed with biologically active sulfonamide imine ligand

The synthetic, spectroscopic and biological studies of some organotin(IV) complexes derived from sulfonamide imine having a nitrogen–nitrogen donor system have been undertaken. The sulfonamide imine, on interaction with organotin(IV) chlorides, yields complexes having an Sn←N bond. The structures of these compounds have been elucidated by microestimations and spectral (UV, IR, ¹H, ¹³C and ¹¹⁹Sn NMR) studies, which unerringly point to the trigonal bipyramidal and octahedral geometries for the unimolar and bimolar reactions respectively around tin(IV), as the active lone pair of nitrogen is also included in the coordination sphere. Studies were conducted to assess the comparative growth‐inhibiting potential of the synthesized complexes against the sulfonamide imine for a variety of fungal and bacterial strains. The studies demonstrate that the concentrations reached levels sufficient to inhibit and kill the pathogens. The results of the biological studies have also been compared with the conventional standards, Bavistin and Streptomycin, taken for antifungal and antibacterial activities respectively.
