Permanence for non-autonomous food chain systems with delay

In this paper we first establish a new general criterion for the permanence of Kolmogorov-type systems of nonautonomous functional differential equations. Then, as applications of this criterion we study the permanence of a class of n-species general nonautonomous food chain systems with delay and new sufficient condition are established.     

A functional equation arising from multiplication of quantum integers

For the quantum integer [n]_q=1+q+q²+?+qⁿ⁻¹ there is a natural polynomial multiplication such that [m]_q⊗_q[n]_q=[mn]_q. This multiplication leads to the functional equation f_m(q)f_n(q^m)=f_mn(q), defined on a given sequence of polynomials. This paper contains various results concerning the construction and classification of polynomial sequences that satisfy the functional equation, as well open problems that arise from the functional equation.     

A quasilinear Neumann problem with discontinuous nonlinearity

In this paper we study a quasilinear boundary value problem of Neumann type with discontinuous terms. In particular we consider a problem in which the p–Laplacian is involved. In order to prove the existence of solutions we replace this problem with a multivalued approximation of it and, using a variational approach for locally Lipschitz functionals, we prove two existence results for it.     

REPRESENTATION OF ADDITIVE FUNCTIONALS AND LOCAL TIMES FOR JUMP MARKOV PROCESSES AND THEIR FUNCTIONAL LIMIT THEOREM

The representation of additive functionals and local times for jump Markov processes are obtained,The results of uniformly functional moderate deviation and their applications to birth-death processes are also presented.     

GLOBAL ASYMPTOTIC STABILITY IN N-SPECIES NONAUTONOMOUS LOTKA-VOLTERRACOMPETITIVE SYSTEMS WITH DELAYS

A delayed n-species nonautonomous Lotka-Volterra type competitive system without dominating instantaneous negative feedback is investigated. By means of a suitable Lyapunov functional, sufficient conditions are derived for the global asymptotic stability of the positive solutions of the system. As a corollary, it is shown that the global asymptotic stability of the positive solution is maintained provided that the delayed negative feedbacks dominate other interspecific interaction effects with delays and the delays are sufficiently small.     

On the Existence of Positive Periodic Solutions for Neutral Functional Differential Equation with Multiple Deviating Arguments

By means of an abstract continuation theory for κ-set contraction and continuation theorem of coincidence degree principle, some criteria are established for the existence of positive periodic solutions of following neutral functional differential equation dN/dt=N(t)[α(t)-β（t)N(t)-∑j=1^n bj(t)N(t-σj(t))-∑i=1^mci(t)N‘(t-γi(t)0].     

Exposed points and extremal problems in H1 on a bidisc

An essential bounded function ? gives a continuous linear functional on the Hardy space H¹ on the bitorus. In this paper, we consider extremal problems on H¹ when ? is a rational function, ? is a product of one variable functions or ? = |f|/f for some outer function f in H¹ such that f(z, w) has a good property with respect to w for a.e. z. 本文研究高阶泛函方程x(g(t))=P(t)x(t)+Q1(t)x(g2(t))+…+Qk(t)x(gk+1(t))解的振动性,得到了一些新的振动条件.改进和推广了已有结果.     

关于群体决策的偏比映射

本文引进群体决策的决策个体和决策群体关于供选方案对的偏比度,以及偏比泛函概念.由此,定义了群体在供选方案集上的偏比映射,构造了相应的偏比公理系,并且建立了关于群体决策的偏比度分析的基本理论.最后,给出一个利用偏比映射进行群体排序的方法.特别是,文中表明,满足本文所提出的所有偏比公理的偏比映射是存在的.
