AMT在青铜器文物表面形成缓蚀膜的计算分析 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
利用密度泛函(DFT)、概念DFT、Electron Localization Function(ELF)和Fukui函数中的亲电反应函数及Multiwfn软件,在B3LYP/6-311+G(d,p)基组水平上研究了5-氨基-2-巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑[AMT(a)]及其同分异构体[AMT(b)]和四面体型配合物i Thiol-Cu-2AMT的几何构型和反应特性.通过计算研究发现,首先AMT(b)与青铜器表面的Cu2+形成平面型配合物i Thiol-Cu后再与AMT(b)相互作用,并最终形成不规则的四面体型i Thiol-Cu-2AMT.在i Thiol-Cu-2AMT中Cu19能与AMT(b)中的亲核性原子有效地结合,形成四面体结构后将Cu19离子保护起来,达到了保护青铜器不受腐蚀的目的;对i Thiol-Cu-2AMT结构中的活性位置分析及ELF拓扑研究后发现,在i Thiol-Cu-2AMT中N6、N15、S26和S35原子又可以与其它的Cu2+相互作用,逐步形成配位型聚合物保护膜[i Thiol-Cu-2AMT]n. 相似文献

试验总控软件是应用于半实物仿真中对参试系统进行管理和控制的一种软件,它可以对半实物仿真中的参试系统进行配置,实现对整个试验仿真的管理和监控。解析各参试系统的数据交互协议是试验总控软件对参试系统进行监控和管理的关键功能。通常试验总控软件解析功能代码完全按照各参试系统数据交互协议开发,这样一旦数据交互协议发生更改,解析功能代码需要根据新协议重新开发导致软件重复开发,影响软件开发效率和通用性。为了解决这个问题,文中提出一种试验总控软件设计框架并采用动态解析数据帧技术将解析代码与数据交互协议隔离,不仅提高软件通用性,同时缩短半实物仿真开发周期,减少人力财力开支。 相似文献

Three new metal phosphites, formulated as (H3O)2·Mn2(HPO3)3 (1), Co(bpy) (H2O) (HPO3) (2), and H2tmpda·Zn3(HPO3)4 (3), have been synthesized under solvent-free conditions, where bpy = 4,4′-bipyridine, and tmpda = N,N,N′,N′-tetramethyl-1,3-propanediamine. Compound 1 has a double-layered structure with a thickness of 5.68 Å. Compound 2 has an inorganic-organic hybrid framework with cobalt phosphite layers pillared by bpy ligands. Compound 3 has a three-dimensional open-framework structure containing 8-ring channels. The temperature dependence of the magnetic susceptibility of compounds 1 and 2 were also investigated. 相似文献

The crystallization of γ‐cyclodextrin‐based metal‐organic framework (CD‐MOF) with inclusion of ferulic acid (FA) was carried out through vapor diffusion of methanol to the aqueous solution of γ‐cyclodextrin (γ‐CD), KOH and FA. Although the crystallization of pure CD was limited in highly basic solution of KOH (pH>13.0), the CD‐MOF with inclusion of FA (FA/CD‐MOF) was able to be formed at pH 6.8 after the neutralization of KOH by FA. The inclusion behavior of FA in CD‐MOF was studied by using differential scanning calorimetry. The data indicate the formation of the stable association between FA and γ‐CD in FA/CD‐MOF. 相似文献

Solvothermal reaction of H4L (L=biphenyl‐3,3′,5,5′‐tetracarboxylate) and Bi(NO3)3 ? (H2O)5 in a mixture of DMF/MeCN/H2O in the presence of piperazine and nitric acid at 100 °C for 10 h affords the solvated metal–organic polymer [Bi2(L)1.5(H2O)2] ? (DMF)3.5 ? (H2O)3 (NOTT‐220‐solv). A single crystal X‐ray structure determination confirms that it crystallises in space group P2/c and has a neutral and non‐interpenetrated structure comprising binuclear {Bi2} centres bridged by tetracarboxylate ligands. NOTT‐220‐solv shows a 3,6‐connected network having a framework topology with a {4 ? 62}2{42 ? 65 ? 88}{62 ? 8} point symbol. The desolvated material NOTT‐220a shows exceptionally high adsorption uptakes for CH4 and CO2 on a volumetric basis at moderate pressures and temperatures with a CO2 uptake of 553 g L?1 (20 bar, 293 K) with a saturation uptake of 688 g L?1 (1 bar, 195 K). The corresponding CH4 uptake was measured as 165 V(STP)/V (20 bar, 293 K) and 189 V(STP/V) (35 bar, 293 K) with a maximum CH4 uptake for NOTT‐220a recorded at 20 bar and 195 K to be 287 V(STP)/V, while H2 uptake of NOTT‐220a at 20 bar, 77 K is 42 g L?1. These gas uptakes have been modelled by grand canonical Monte Carlo (GCMC) and density functional theory (DFT) calculations, which confirm the experimental data and give insights into the nature of the binding sites of CH4 and CO2 in this porous hybrid material. 相似文献

ZIF‐7, built as an assembly of ZnII centers and benzimidazolate ligands, shows prominent S‐shaped isotherms upon CO2 adsorption that can be attributed to sorbate‐induced gate‐opening phenomena involving a narrow‐to‐large pore phase transition. This peculiar sorption pattern can be captured via the formulation of thermodynamic isotherms, providing a direct enthalpic and entropic view of the gate‐opening process. Relying on such an approach, an energy barrier with preferential enthalpic nature for CO2 adsorption/desorption in the gate‐opening region could be unveiled. Moreover, the elastic energy involved during the gate‐opening process was revisited to 1.4–2.8 kJ mol?1 of solid in the temperature range 273–323 K, matching the value measured by isostatic compression of a ZIF‐7_lp sample filled with DMF and showing a dominant entropic contribution. 相似文献

One novel organically templated zincophophate(C5N2H14)·[Zn3(OH2)(PO4)2(HPO4)] has been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction together with elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, and powder X-ray diffraction. The title compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n, with a = 9.7904(11), b = 14.0287(14), c = 11.8651(13) , β = 104.690(3), V = 1576.4(3) 3, Z = 4, T = 296(2) K, Mr = 601.31 and Dc = 2.533 g/cm3. The compound consists of a macroanionic [Zn3(OH2)(PO4)2(HPO4)]2- framework and(C5N2H14)2+ cations, and its structure is built up from ZnO3(OH2), ZnO4, HPO4 and PO4 tetrahedral units that result in 4, 8 and 10-ring channels. 相似文献

A new 2D barium-organic framework, [Ba2(Hbidc)2]n(1, Hbidc = 1H-benzimidazole-5,6-dicarboxylate), has been solvothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, TGA, powder X-ray diffraction, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 6.8785(14), b = 9.4558(19), c = 14.641(3) , α = 86.22(3), β = 82.27(3), γ = 88.40(3)°, V = 941.4(3) 3, Z = 2, Mr = 682.96, Dc = 2.409 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 4.217 mm-1, F(000) = 640, the final R = 0.0587 and wR = 0.1619 for 3030 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). Structural determination reveals that 1 exhibits an interesting 2D layer structure constructed by carboxylate groups of Hbidc ligands and shows good thermal stability(up to 400 ℃). Solid-state 1 emits intense indigotin photoluminescence with fluorescence lifetime of 62.13(408 nm) at room temperature. The H3bidc ligand and its barium complex have been screened for antibacterial activity against several bacteria strains, and the results are compared with the activity of penicillin. 相似文献
