为了定量评价不同材料对绝热剪切变形的敏感程度差异,采用绝热剪切扩展能的衍生量--绝热剪切敏感因子Ψ表征这一差异,并建立了相应的实验测试系统.采用此测试系统对两种不同组织的新型贝氏体钢进行了绝热剪切敏感性测试,测试结果与前人的认识一致.定量地解决了绝热剪切敏感性的评价问题和测试问题,为进一步工程应用奠定了基础.  相似文献

By selecting a right generalized coordinate X, which contains the general solutions of the classical motion equation of a forced damped harmonic oscillator, we obtain a simple Hamiltonian which does not contain time for the oscillator such that Schrödinger equation and its solutions can be directly written out in X representation. The wave functin in x representation are also given with the help of the eigenfunctions of the operator \(\hat X\) in x representation. The evolution of \(\left\langle {\hat x} \right\rangle \) is the same as in the classical mechanics, and the uncertainty in position is independent of an external influence; one part of energy mean is quantized and attenuated, and the other is equal to the classical energy.  相似文献

Notoginsenoside Fc, a protopanaxadiol‐type saponin, shows multi‐pharmacological activities. Chemical stability evaluation plays a crucial role in drug development. In this study, the forced degradation behavior of Notoginsenoside Fc was investigated under hydrolytic and oxidative conditions. A specific ultra high performance liquid chromatography with quadrupole time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry was developed for the separation, identification, and characterization of the degradation products of Notoginsenoside Fc. Fifty potential degradation products were formed via deglycosylation, dehydration, hydration, isomerization, side‐chain cleaving, oxidation, and superoxidation. Notoginsenoside Fc was subjected to different pH solutions, temperatures, and time periods to assess its stability. A sensitive ultra high performance liquid chromatography‐tandem mass spectrometry was developed for the quantification of Notoginsenoside Fc, notoginsenoside ST‐4, notoginsenoside Ft1, and relative quantification of notoginsenoside Ft2, 20(R)‐notoginsenoside Ft2, notoginsenoside SFt3, and notoginsenoside SFt4. The assay was linear over the concentration range (R> 0.997) with the lowest limit of quantification of 0.02 μg/mL for Notoginsenoside Fc, Notoginsenoside ST‐4, and Notoginsenoside Ft1. The intra‐day precision, inter‐day precision, and accuracy of the three analytes were within accepted levels. The degradation kinetics of Notoginsenoside Fc in pH 1 and 3 solutions fits to first‐ and second‐order kinetics, respectively. The degradation of Notoginsenoside Fc is pH‐, temperature‐, and time‐dependent.  相似文献

System performance of a solid single-fluid compact heat exchanger with tree-like flow passages has been experimentally examined. The results, presented in the form of commonly defined dimensionless parameters, demonstrate that system performance can be characterized in a mode similar to traditional compact heat exchanger designs. Pressure forces were found to dominate inertia forces at low Reynolds numbers. Correlations of the Euler number, Nusselt number, Colburn factor, and friction factor as a function of Reynolds number were utilized to compare system performance to traditional two-fluid compact heat exchangers.  相似文献

The design of an appropriate analytical method for assessing the quality of pharmaceuticals requires a deep understanding of science, and risk evaluation approaches are appreciated. The current study discusses how a related substance method was developed for Nintedanib esylate. The best possible separation between the critical peak pairs was achieved using an X-Select charged surface hybrid Phenyl Hexyl (150 × 4.6) mm, 3.5 μm column. A mixture of water, acetonitrile, and methanol in mobile phase-A (70:20:10) and mobile phase-B (20:70:10), with 0.1% trifluoroacetic acid and 0.05% formic acid in both eluents. The set flow rate, wavelength, and injection volumes were 1.0 ml/min, 285 nm, and 5 μl, respectively, with gradient elution. The method conditions were validated as per regulatory requirements and United States Pharmacopeia general chapter < 1225 >. The correlation coefficient for all impurities from the linearity experiment was found to be > 0.999. The % relative standard deviation from the precision experiments ranged from 0.4 to 3.6. The mean %recovery from the accuracy study ranged from 92.5 to 106.5. Demonstrated the power of the stability-indicating method through degradation studies; the active drug component is more vulnerable to oxidation than other conditions. Final method conditions were further evaluated using a full-factorial design. The robust method conditions were identified using the graphical optimization from the design space.  相似文献

The value method which is used to obtain the periodic solution to nonlinear system is mentioned in this article. Different point reflection is defined in the nonlinear autonomous and nonautonomous system firstly and then that linear reflection obtained from the inserting value of nonlinear reflection is asymptotic to original nonlinear reflection. The stationary points obtained by linear reflection are regarded as the asymptotic solution of the stationary points of original system. If this asymptotic solution of the stationary points is not satisfactorily accurate it can be used as the initial point of the next reflection. In addition, a corresponding method of researching the stability of periodic solution is put forward in this article.  相似文献
