人力资源财务管理——知识经济时代财务管理的新成员

知识经济的到来拓宽了企业经济资源的范围，知识的载体——人力资源成为企业超额利润的最直接创造者，知识资本超越物质资本．比物质资本更具有增值性。财务管理是企业管理的核心，人力资源作为企业的核心资源，人力资源财务管理应该作为企业财务管理的核心重点内容，在理论和实践方面受到重视。     

新时期水利财务管理的对策

部门预算、国库集中支付、政府采购三项制度改革,促进了水利资金的规范管理。水利财务管理必须转变工作职能,多方筹集资金,加大对水利投资,同时要加强财会基础管理,重点加强基本建设财务管理。     

阿根廷的金融危机与资本外逃

阿根廷是美国赞扬的金融自由化典范,银行证券业向外资开放的力度大,但其爆发金融危机造成的破坏也格外严重。阿根廷金融危机与经济全球化进程,特别是与金融开放和资本市场自由化密切相关。阿根廷吸引跨国银行投资,对本国金融体系的稳定造成了极其恶劣的影响,资本外逃给民众存款造成了重大损失。中国应积极吸取阿根廷的教训,慎重对待外资收购、兼并和MBO,特别是"入世"后银行证券业的开放,更好地维护本国经济金融安全,防范风险。     

Hybrid artificial neural networks for efficient valuation of real options and financial derivatives

A hybrid valuation methodology is proposed and tested for improving the efficiency of contingent claims pricing by combining Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) and conventional parametric option pricing techniques. With one application on financial derivatives and one on real options the methods superiority is demonstrated. Trading by Quantum Rules: Quantum Anthropic Principle

This is a short review of the background and recent development in quantum game theory and its possible application in economics and finance. The intersection of science and society is discussed and Quantum Anthropic Principle is put forward. The review is addressed to nonspecialists.     

The $-game

We propose a payoff function extending Minority Games (MG) that captures the competition between agents to make money. In contrast with previous MG, the best strategies are not always targeting the minority but are shifting opportunistically between the minority and the majority. The emergent properties of the price dynamics and of the wealth of agents are strikingly different from those found in MG. As the memory of agents is increased, we find a phase transition between a self-sustained speculative phase in which a “stubborn majority” of agents effectively collaborate to arbitrage a market-maker for their mutual benefit and a phase where the market-maker always arbitrages the agents. A subset of agents exhibit a sustained non-equilibrium risk-return profile. 文章阐述了商业银行构建“金融超市”的成因、必要性,提出通过商业银行经营实体的微观金融创新和金融监管部门的金融制度创新互动来构建“金融超市”。     

Scale-free avalanches in the multifractal random walk

Avalanches, or Avalanche-like, events are often observed in the dynamical behaviour of many complex systems which span from solar flaring to the Earth's crust dynamics and from traffic flows to financial markets. Self-organized criticality (SOC) is one of the most popular theories able to explain this intermittent charge/discharge behaviour. Despite a large amount of theoretical work, empirical tests for SOC are still in their infancy. In the present paper we address the common problem of revealing SOC from a simple time series without having much information about the underlying system. As a working example we use a modified version of the multifractal random walk originally proposed as a model for the stock market dynamics. The study reveals, despite the lack of the typical ingredients of SOC, an avalanche-like dynamics similar to that of many physical systems. While, on one hand, the results confirm the relevance of cascade models in representing turbulent-like phenomena, on the other, they also raise the question about the current state of reliability of SOC inference from time series analysis.     

农户生计风险研究:以江西乐安县为例

通过对江西省乐安县农村进行实地调查,重点研究了农户面对疾病、自然灾害、缺乏种养技术、缺乏市场信息、假农资物品、教育等多种风险困扰而生活安居不稳定的状况等这些风险的感知情况,分析了产生这些风险的原因,提出了帮助农户应对风险的基本策略,以期为制定和完善中国农村社会保障制度和政策提供一些基础数据和实证参考依据。
