庆大霉素致老年人急性肾衰两例报告

庆大霉素对肾脏的毒性作用已引起临床医师的重视,作者碰到两例老年患者用药剂量不大且时间短却导致严重后果,现报告如下: 临床资料 例一:蔡×,女性,75岁,1988年9月1日突然昏迷急诊入院,患者入院前4天因吃不新鲜食物而发生急性腹泻并呕吐、在家中静滴庆大霉素每天16万单位,共3天,第4天清早发现昏迷不醒而急诊入院,入院时神志不清,呼吸28次深而大,小便蛋白廾,颗粒管型     

Optimal generation scheduling for constrained multi-area hydrothermal power systems with cascaded reservoirs

The optimization problem in this paper is targeted at large-scale hydrothermal power systems. The thermal part of the system is a multi-area power pool with tie-line constraints, and the hydro part is a set of cascaded hydrostations. The objective is to minimize the operation cost of the thermal subsystem. This is an integer nonlinear optimization process with a large number of variables and constraints. In order to obtain the optimal solution in a reasonable time, we decompose the problem into thermal and hydro subproblems. The coordinator between these subproblems is the system Lagrange multiplier. For the thermal subproblem, in a multi-area power pool, it is necessary to coordinate the area generations for reducing the operation cost without violating tie limits. For the hydro subsystem, network flow concepts are adopted to coordinate water usage over the entire study time span, and the reduced gradient method is used to overcome the linear characteristic of the network flow method in order to obtain the optimal solution. In this study, load forecasting errors and forced outages of generating units are incorporated in system reliability requirements. Three case studies for the proposed method are presented.

Addendum to “Unstable crack motion is predictable” [2005. JMPS 53, 1071]

Using a scaling relationship discussed in an earlier paper [Abraham, F. F., 2005. Unstable crack motion is predictable. J. Mech. Phys. Solids 53, 1071-1075], we find that the steady-state speed of a unidirectional crack moving in a hyperelastic solid equals the crack speed in a linear solid with our “effective spring constant”.     

Multiscale coupling:challenges and opportunities

Multiscale coupling is ubiquitous in nature and attracts broad interests of scientists from mathematicians, physicists, machinists, chemists to biologists. However, much less attention has been paid to its intrinsic implication. In this paper, multiscale coupling is introduced by studying two typical examples in classic mechanics: fluid turbulence and solid failure. The nature of multiscale coupling in the two examples lies in their physical diversities and strong coupling over wide-range scales. The theories of dynamical system and statistical mechanics provide fundamental methods for the multiscale coupling problems. The diverse multiscale couplings call for unified approaches and might expedite new concepts, theories and disciplines.

本文计算并给出连续抽样方案ＣＳＰ－Ｖ的三类特性参数，与ＡＯＱＬ相应的ＰＬ值，与操作特性值０．１相应的极限质量水平ＬＱ值，以及与ＡＱＬ，ＬＱ相应的中止概率Ｐ１，Ｐ２等。还讨论了在ＣＳＰ－Ｖ方案中以中止规则［Ｒ］代替现行中止规则［Ｓ］的可能性。
