EPON中实时可变比特率视频业务的自适应线性流量预测动态带宽分配算法

根据视频数据流的长程相关性特点,提出一种以太无源光网络中面向实时可变比特率视频的动态带宽分配算法.该算法利用自适应线性单步预测器对未来到达的平均视频流量进行预测,实时预测结果用于对下一个发送时隙的计算,使得带宽分配算法能够充分满足实时视频流量需求.仿真实验表明,所提出的算法能够准确地对实时可变比特率视频流量进行预测,有效地降低排队时延,减小队列长度并提高带宽利用率.     

基于工业以太网的污水处理控制系统设计

采用先进的工业以太网通信技术现场总线布置通信网络,将整个污水处理的控制系统分为过程控制、现场控制、就地控制3个等级，并将各级控制系统有效互联，实现集中管理、分散控制、资源共享.该系统降低了生产成本，提高了生产效率，在污水处理的实际应用中具有一定的价值.

通信电源监控单元的标准分析与硬件设计

针对编号为YD/T1363-2005的通信行业新标准,着重在定义术语、系统结构和监控对象三个方面,从监控单元的角度对该标准与原有标准进行比较研究,提出了以AT91RM9200为核心的新监控单元硬件设计方案,并分别对ADC、网络通信等各个模块进行了必要讨论.所设计的监控单元与现有系统相比具有显著的优点.     

PHY modulation/rate control for fountain codes in 802.11a/g WLANs

In this paper we consider the joint performance of fountain codes and 802.11a/g PHY modulation/coding. We consider optimality both in terms of maximizing goodput and minimizing energy, and results are presented for both theoretical and experimental channel models. In contrast to studies in cellular networks, we find that in 802.11a/g WLANs the cross-layer approach of a higher-layer fountain coding with a PHY layer modulation and FEC coding can yield very limited gains, and the PHY modulation/rate that optimizes the uncoded multicast performance is also close to that for fountain-coded multicast traffic over a wide-range of network conditions. This is potentially an important observation as it indicates that in 802.11a/g WLANs cross-layer design for multicast rate control would bring few benefits and PHY layer rate control can be carried out without regard to the use of fountain coding at higher layers.

The sensitivity of a fiber-optic strain gauge that makes use of interference between the orthogonal linearly polarized eigen-modes propagated in a length of highly birefringent single-mode fiber is primarily determined by tension-induced modal birefiringence ΔB. This ΔB is in a close relationship with the ellipticity of the jacket surrounding the core, on which anisotropic residual stresses are imposed, but ΔB does not depend definitely on the beat length of fiber. Dependence of AB on Young's modulus and the Poisson ratio are computed and discussed in association with the measured results.

基于组合导航系统的交换机硬件设计与实现

以综合导航显控台为背景设计2层以太网交换机,实现与船上其他测控设备的以太网通信,解决现有CAN网络和串口通信的瓶颈问题.设计采用REALTEK半导体公司生产的交换控制器芯片(MAC)和物理层芯片(PHY),完成2层交换机的硬件设计与实现.测试证明,本设计的性能完全达到市场上同类产品的水平.     

以太网在现场总线控制系统(FCS)中的跨层应用

在一定的硬件基础上,构建了一个小型三级现场总线控制系统.该系统应用当今流行的以太网来完成其远程监控,其实现方式为软件编程,用VB语言来实现.经调试,数据在现场与远程端可无误地传输,达到了通过网络实现远程监控的目的.
