邻苯二酚与乙醇单醚化反应用固体酸催化剂表面上的积炭行为

 研究了邻苯二酚与乙醇气固相单醚化反应用固体酸催化剂表面上的积炭行为，并用TG－DTA，BET，GC－MS，FT－IR和元素分析等手段对积炭物种进行了表征．结果表明，催化剂上有两种类型的积炭，一类属可溶性积炭，主要由二苯醚及其衍生物组成，可在低温燃烧除去；另一类属不可溶性积炭，主要为缺氢的芳烃类聚合物或类石墨碳，需在高温下才能烧除．积炭主要发生在4～8nm范围的中孔内，导致反应后的催化剂大孔范围的孔分布所占的分数增大．随着反应的进行，总积炭量逐渐增多．     

氟醚链的合成及超分子性能研究

以2,3,5,6-四氟-1,4-苯二甲醇为原料,经选择性单醚化、溴代及酯化反应合成了一种新型的氟醚链(Ⅰ),通过IR、MS、1H NMR对目标化合物和中间体结构进行了确证.以此作为富π电子供体和缺π电子联吡啶大环化合物环双(百草枯-亚苯基)四阳离子环蕃(CPQT)自组装形成新型准轮烷Ⅱ(I-CPOT),并利用1HNMR化学位移变化跟踪该准轮烷在温度调控下的分子开关功能.     

以TNT为原料合成均苯三酚三甲醚

均苯三酚三甲醚是新型医药及农药合成的中间体,国内外需求量较大,目前国内尚无生产。据此我们提出以ＴＮＴ为原料经氧化、还原、水解、醚化四个步骤合成标量化合物。本方法具有产率高、操作简便、原料价廉以及污染较少,适宜转化工业生产,有一定的推广价值。     

Efficient synthesis of optically active α-substituted glutamate analogs possessing α-hydroxymethyl and α-alkoxymethyl groups

Highly enantioselective synthesis of (2R)-α-(hydroxymethyl)glutamate (1), a selective agonist of mGluR2 and 3, was achieved in short steps using an asymmetric version of the Strecker synthesis. This was converted into its α-methoxymethyl- and α-benzyloxymethyl derivatives 2 and 3, possible ligands as tools to investigate glutamate receptors, via protection of the sterically hindered amino group by means of phase transfer catalyst.     

气相色谱法分离和分析失水山梨醇

用气相色谱法分离和测定失水山梨醇各组分的相对含量.试样先用硅醚化试剂硅醚化,生成易挥发、低极性的三甲基硅醚衍生物,气相色谱分析使用柱内填充5%OV-17的101白色担体,氢火焰离子化检测器检测,检测温度260℃,汽化室温度270℃,柱温240℃,载气为氮气,氢气压力为0.05 Mpa,空气压力为0.1 Mpa.     

以丙烯酸-β-羟乙酯与丙烯酸为原料制备二丙烯酸乙二醇酯

以丙烯酸（AA）与丙烯酸-β-羟基乙酯（HEA）为原料，经酯化反应合成出了二丙烯酸乙二醇酯（EGDA）。以EGDA得率为考核指标，对催化剂种类及用量、阻聚剂种类及用量等合成条件进行了实验研究与优化，发现对于该反应，环己烷是比苯更优的带水剂，反应宜采用减压降温的方法抑制聚合的发生。对比分析表明，采用该方法制备EGDA的得率比直接酯化法、酯交换法更高，且产品的品质更好。     

Regioselective etherification of l,2-O-isopropylidene-4,6-di-O-benzyl myo-inositol

During the etherification of 1,2-O-isopropylidene-4,6-di-O-benzyl myo-inositol, the specific regioselectivity on 3- or 5-hydroxyl group was showed to be determined by the nature of the O- alkylating agents used. As demonstrated by MM and MNDO calculation, the regioselectivity of the reaction mentioned can be rationalized by steric and/or electronic effect.

在Ｋ＿２ＣＯ＿３－Ａｌ＿２Ｏ＿３负载型碱试剂作用下，对苯二酚可发生选择性的单醚化反应．单醚产率高，操作简便．文中讨论了影响单醚产率的各种反应条件和可能的反应机理．     

In(OTf)3 catalyzed reductive etherification of 2-aryloxybenzaldehydes and 2-(arylthio)benzaldehydes

2-Aryloxybenzaldehydes and 2-(arylthio)benzaldehydes undergo reductive etherification in presence of 5 mol% In(OTf)₃ and stoichiometric amount of Et₃SiH under solvent free conditions to generate novel symmetrical dibenzyl ethers and thioethers in excellent yields. In(OTf)₃ is found to be superior in terms of catalytic activity over the other metal triflates tested for the reaction. Xanthenes and thioxanthenes, as anticipated, could not be obtained under these conditions.
