系统可视性动态模拟软件平台的研究

对适用于社会经济系统可视性动态模拟的通用型软件平台进行了研究,提出了采用系统对象模型的建模方法。为了实现通用的可视化能力,文中对典型的计算机图形进行了抽象和分类,并介绍了自行设计的软件平台原型,包括语法协议、语法解释器流程和工作流程。     

构建网络学习资源提高民族高校有机化学课程教学质量

High-quality online course materials were reconstructed through feedback from undergraduate students and online data analysis regarding constructed learning materials on the Chao Xing Learning Platform. They were used for studying organic chemistry courses online and offline in university for nationalities. This model, based on student-centered teaching, can effectively transform students from passively accepting knowledge to actively learning and internalizing knowledge. This strategy can also enhance the students' learning initiative and the effects of learning, and hopefully be helpful to the universities in multi-ethnic areas in developing fundamental disciplined construction of organic chemistry and other courses.     

平台蒸发溴化铟分子吸收光谱法测定痕量溴的研究

本文对 InBr 分子吸收光谱法测定溴进行了研究。使用平台大大降低了 InO 背景吸收,使信-背比增大十倍。铟先于溴进样可提高 InBr 吸收信号。铬空心阴极灯可代替氘灯作为测定光源。方法灵敏度为8.5ng/0.0044吸收。     

Integrated chemical sensor array platform based on a light emitting diode, xerogel-derived sensor elements, and high-speed pin printing

We report a new, solid-state, integrated optical array sensor platform. By using pin printing technology in concert with sol-gel-processing methods, we form discrete xerogel-based microsensor elements that are on the order of 100 μm in diameter and 1 μm thick directly on the face of a light emitting diode (LED). The LED serves as the light source to excite chemically responsive luminophores sequestered within the doped xerogel microsensors and the analyte-dependent emission from within the doped xerogel is detected with a charge coupled device (CCD). We overcome the problem of background illumination from the LED reaching the CCD and the associated biasing that results by coating the LED first with a thin layer of blue paint. The thin paint layer serves as an optical filter, knocking out the LEDs red-edge spectral tail. The problem of the spatially-dependent fluence across the LED face is solved entirely by performing ratiometric measurements. We illustrate the performance of the new sensor scheme by forming an array of 100 discrete O₂-responsive sensing elements on the face of a single LED. The combination of pin printing with an integrated sensor and light source platform results in a rapid method of forming (∼1 s per sensor element) reusable sensor arrays. The entire sensor array can be calibrated using just one sensor element. Array-to-array reproducibly is <8%. Arrays can be formed using single or multiple pins with indistinguishable analytical performance.     

基于EVA的国有企业绩效评价实证分析

从国有资产出资人的角度,对部分国有企业进行绩效评价,利用目前国内外较流行的财务效益指标EVA为核心,结合因子分析法等数理统计技术,分别对单个企业当期财务效益、行业与行业间综合绩效、行业内企业间基于未来EVA增加值的投资价值,这三个层面进行分析评价.在此基础上,指出目前我国部分国有企业没能考虑国有资产成本的问题,提出应该建立一套科学、有效、适合自己的EVA管理机制,保护国有资产不受损失.并针对后两个层面的分析,进一步总结所研究行业和企业存在的问题,提出相应的投资和监管决策.     

完善中小企业信用体系建设的几点思考

中小企业在我国经济发展中占有重要的地位,但由于中小企业信用体系建设的滞后,发展正在遭遇瓶颈.针对中小企业信用问题产生的原因,既要提升中小企业的信用能力,从根本上完善中小企业的信用体系建设,又要全方位地综合治理,包括信用法制建设、失信惩戒机制的建立以及尽快形成人人诚实守信的社会信用文化和道德标准.     

我国民营企业文化建设的对策

民营企业文化建设应该是以企业家为领袖、以企业为主体的企业全体员工参与的一种集体创造,是企业家与职工的生动结合.本文从建设企业文化、提高企业家素质、加强企业培训、讲求经营之道、培育企业精神、树立企业形象等几方面提出了民营企业文化建设的对策.

文章从执行建造合同准则给施工企业会计核算带来的影响入手，对施工企业执行建造合同准则面临的困难和应做的准备工作做了阐述，指出执行建造合同准则，一方面可以促使企业改进成本管理水平，另一方面，如果相应制度和措施滞后，也会影响会计信息的准确性。     

基于J2EE的三层B/S企业信息系统

针对企业信息服务的特点,阐述了基于J2EE的三层B/S企业信息系统的构建方法,分析了J2EE与企业数据库之间的接口连接问题,最后结合实际情况,给出了一个银行企业信息系统的设计方案,并讨论了系统代码实现的关键技术问题。该系统具有可伸缩性好、易维护、使用灵活等特点。
