通过正交试验,分析拉伸速度、夹持长度、纱线线密度TF等因素对羊毛/莱卡包芯纱拉伸性能的影响.实验结果表明,影响纱线拉伸断裂强度程度大小依次为纱线线密度、拉伸速度、夹持长度;同种线密度的羊毛/莱卡包芯纱,在相同拉伸速度的条件下,随着夹持长度的增大,羊毛/莱卡包芯纱的断裂强力减小;在相同拉伸速度的条件下,包芯纱的断裂伸长率随着夹持长度增大而减小.  相似文献

A process for the shrink - resist treatment of wool by protease with a hydrogen peroxide pretreatment (the Perzym process) has been studied. A protease, selected from several commercial proteases, has been found having higher activity in shrink - resist treatment, and its optimum technological conditions, which confer wool better shrinkproofing and less strength and elongation loss, have been obtained by an orthogonal factorial design approach. The study shows that it is possible for the wool to be conferred excellent machine washability by the Perzym process.  相似文献

Ultrafine full-vulcanized powdered rubber (UFPR) was added into intumescent fire retardant polypropylene (IFR-PP) composites, and fire retardance, morphology, and properties of the composite were analyzed. Ammonium polyphosphate and pentaerythritol were used as the intumescent fire retardants (IFR). The mechanical properties (elongation at break increased from 70% to 110%) and the melt flowability of IFR-PP improved by adding a small quantity of UFPR (less than 0.5 phr) but decreased when the UFPR was more than 0.5 phr. At the same time, the fire retardance, as measured by the limiting oxygen index and the UL94 vertical test rating, and other mechanical properties decreased appreciably with adding UFPR. The reasons were analyzed by using SEM micrographs, and a model was proposed to explain the reasons.  相似文献

为评价毒死蜱对不同蔬菜种子发芽和根伸长的影响,以黄瓜、莴苣、甘蓝作为试验种子,采用水培法,将已催芽的试验种子暴露于一系列浓度的毒死蜱(乳油剂型)溶液中,测定种子的株高抑制率和根伸长下降率。结果表明:毒死蜱对黄瓜、莴苣、甘蓝种子生长均有一定的毒性。同一浓度水平下,黄瓜、莴苣、甘蓝3种试验种子株高和根伸长对毒死蜱的敏感性均为根伸长〉株高。3种蔬菜种子株高对毒死蜱的敏感性为黄瓜〉甘蓝〉莴苣,根伸长对毒死蜱的敏感性为黄瓜〉莴苣〉甘蓝。480g/L的毒死蜱(乳油剂型)对黄瓜、莴苣、甘蓝株高的风险等级为“低风险性”,对黄瓜、莴苣、甘蓝根长的风险等级为“中风险性”。  相似文献

Push-pull alkenes can be quickly accessed by cyclic ketene-N,N′-acetal chemistry. A number of push-pull structures with a wide span of double bond lengths and twist angles were synthesized from the reactions of (1) N,N′-dimethyl cyclic ketene-N,N′-acetals with isocyanates, (2) the products from (1) with isocyanates, (3) 2-methylimidazoline and 2-methyl-1,4,5,6-tetrahydropyrimidine with diacid chlorides, (4) 2-methylimidazoline, and 1,2-dimethyl-1,4,5,6-tetrahydropyrimidine with benzoyl chlorides, and (5) 1,2-dimethylimidazoline and 1,2-dimethyl-1,4,5,6-tetrahydropyrimidine with aryl isocyanates. These reactions proceed under very mild conditions and give moderate to excellent yields. X-ray crystallographic analysis of eight pxush-pull alkenes indicates that the central double bond lengths and twists are sensitive to the ring sizes (5 or 6), ring structures (fused or non-fused), electron donating and withdrawing strengths of pushing and pulling portions, respectively, number of electron pushing or pulling groups and substituent steric effects.  相似文献

The static (hyper)polarizabilities of the dimer and trimer with diffuse excess electrons, [Li+[calix[4]pyrrole]Li?]n, are firstly investigated by the DFT(B3LYP) method in detail. For the dimer and trimer, a Li atom inside each calix[4]pyrrole unit is ionized to form a diffuse excess electron. The results show that the dimer and trimer containing two and three excess electrons, respectively, have very large first hyperpolarizablities as 2.3 × 104 and 4.0 × 104 au, which are 30 and 40 times larger than that of the corresponding [calix[4]pyrrole]n (n = 2, 3) without Li atom. Also, β values of dimer and trimer are twice and four times as large as that of monomer containing one excess electron. Obviously, not only excess electron but also the number of excess electron plays an important role in increasing the first hyperpolarizability. Moreover, the (hyper)polarizabilities of the [Li+[calix[4]pyrrole]Li?]n polymer are investigated at ab initio level by using the elongation finite‐field (elongation FF) method. All the oligomers of the [Li+[calix[4]pyrrole]Li?]n with many excess electrons exhibit very large first hyperpolarizability and large second hyperpolarizability. The present investigation shows that by introducing several and more excess electrons into the nonlinear optical (NLO) materials will be an important strategy for improving their NLO properties, which will be helpful for design of NLO materials. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The thermal conductivity of diatomic liquids was analyzed using a nonequilibrium molecular dynamics (NEMD) method. Five liquids, namely, O2, CO, CS2, Cl2 and Br2, were assumed. The two-center Lennard-Jones (2CLJ) model was used to express the intermolecular potential acting on liquid molecules. First, the equation of state of each liquid was obtained using MD simulation, and the critical temperature, density and pressure of each liquid were determined. Heat conduction of each liquid at various liquid states [metastable (ρ=1.9ρcr), saturated (ρ=2.1ρcr), and stable (ρ=2.3ρcr)] at T=0.7Tcr was simulated and the thermal conductivity was estimated. These values were compared with experimental results and it was confirmed that the simulated results were consistent with the experimental data within 10%. Obtained thermal conductivities at saturated state were reduced by the critical temperature, density and mass of molecules and these values were compared with each other. It was found that the reduced thermal conductivity increased with the increase in the molecular elongation. Detailed analysis of the molecular contribution to the thermal conductivity revealed that the contribution of the heat flux caused by energy transport and by translational energy transfer to the thermal conductivity is independent of the molecular elongation while the contribution of the heat flux caused by rotational energy transfer to the thermal conductivity increases with the increase in the molecular elongation. Moreover, by comparing the reduced thermal conductivity at various states, it was found that the increase of thermal conductivity with the increase in the density, or pressure, was caused by the increase of the contribution of energy transfer due to molecular interaction.  相似文献

The effects of the blending ratio on the properties of Ramie/Polyester blended yarns are discussed in this paper. The experimental results show that the elongation of the yarn with the polyester content more than 40% is better than that of others. There is a lowest tenacity of the yarn corresponding to the blending ratio of 50/50 or so. The other properties of the yarn, such as the evenness and hairiness, will be improved with the increasing of the polyester content.  相似文献

物理化学法制备的胶粉粒度比用传统粉碎工艺制备的胶粉粒度要细化得多;延长粉碎时间、增加料筒中介质体积分数、减少装料体积均有利于胶粉细化.试验还显示:用物理化学法制备的精细胶粉粒度低,力学性能也明显优于普通粉碎法. 60~80目胶粉的扯断强度最低,140~200目胶粉的扯断强度最高.  相似文献

The melt extensional properties of a linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) were measured using melt spinning techniques in a range of temperature varying from 150 to 200°C, and the entry flow method in the capillary extrusion at 170°C was used to investigate the effects of elongation strain rate, temperature, and extrusion velocity in the capillary on the melt elongation stress and viscosity. The melt stretching force at break decreased nonlinearly with a rise of temperature. A low melt elongation viscosity might be beneficial to improve the melt drawability. With the increase of elongation strain rate, the melt elongation stress increased while the melt elongation viscosity decreased nonlinearly. Both melt elongation stress and viscosity decreased with a rise of temperature. Under the experimental conditions, the melt elongation stress and viscosity decreased with an increase of extrusion velocity in the capillary. Moreover, the relationship between the elongation viscosity determined from the entry flow and strain rate was similar to that from the melt spinning flow.  相似文献
