Furthermore, the effect of the hot rolling practice and the end of austenite transformation temperature range on the hot band microstructure is described. 采用柠檬酸-硝酸盐溶胶-凝胶低温自蔓延燃烧法制备氧化镍(NiO)粉末和Ce0.8Sm0.2O1.9(SDC)粉末,并将NiO与SDC按不同质量比和不同制备工艺制备了固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)的阳极前身。再用自组装的还原装置将其在820℃经2.5h还原后,采用四端子法测量其电导率值。分析了阳极片电导率与阳极片微结构、Ni的质量百分数、混合研磨时间及烧结温度之间的关系。结果显示,阳极片的电导率强烈依赖于镍含量和制备工艺。 相似文献

Investigations on Electronically Conducting Oxide Systems. XVI. Solid Solutions and Conductivity in the System MgTi2O5? Ti3O5 Solid solution formation is reported for the system Mg1–xTi2–xIVTi2xIIIO5. With increasing x there is at room temperature a transition from the orthorhombic pseudobrookite structure to the monoclinic low-temperature modification of Ti3O5. The X-ray diffraction pattern results are supported by DSC measurements, electrical and magnetic investigations. The tendency of Ti? Ti pair formation in the low-temperature Ti3O5 structure is accompanied by a drop of the activation energy for electrical conductivity and a decreasing susceptibility at high TiIII concentrations. 相似文献

A wide variety of liquid streams are generated as
part of the process research and development effort. Frequently these streams
are drummed off, either as intermediates that must be held for processing
or as wastes that must be sent off-site for disposal. Because of the long
times and low concentrations often involved, current thermoanalytical techniques
were inadequate to detect the potential of streams to generate gas. A custom-made
apparatus, the gas evolution test cell (GETC), was developed in the Merck
Research Laboratories to measure the gas generation potential of various streams

New thermosetting resins were prepared from the reaction of 1,4-bis(2,2-dicyanovinyl)benzene with aromatic diamines in varying molar ratios. The thermal stability of these resins was correlated with their composition and the curing conditions. They were stable in N2 up to 370–448°C and afforded anaerobic char yields of 73–84% at 800°C after curing at 300°C for 20–60 h. The temperature dependence of the electrical resistivity of all resins pyrolyzed at 700°C for 15 h was studied in the temperature range from ?173–327°C (100–600 K). The results showed that at room temperature the unpyrolyzed polymers have insulating properties, whereas a dramatic decrease in the electrical resistivity is observed following pyrolysis. The temperature dependence of the electrical resistivity suggests that all of the materials studied have semiconducting properties. Using “pure” natural hematite selected from a high silica Nigerian hematitic ore, oleate adsorption densities at the hematite–water interface were determined in the presence of various inorganic ions (anions and cations) of different charges and at varying concentrations. Adsorption density was determined using electrical conductivity measurements. The specific surface area of the hematite particles was determined using the method of adsorption of paranitrophenol in aqueous solution. Inorganic ions in solution depressed oleate adsorption at the aqueous hematite surface. The charge of the ion proved to be the dominant factor determining the depression of oleate adsorption. Ionic strength also was an influence, up to a limiting value at which monolayer oleate coverage of the hematite surface occurred. The inorganic ions in solution are considered to function through nonspecific adsorption in the diffuse region of the electric double layer. 相似文献

The oxidative polycondensation of 4-[(pyridin-3-ylimino)methyl]phenol (4-PIMP) with O2, H2O2, and NaOCl was studied in an aqueous alkaline medium between 50°C and 90°C. Oligo-4-[(pyridin-3-ylimino)methyl]phenol (O-4-PIMP)
prepared was characterized by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, FT-IR, UV-VIS, size-exclusion chromatography, and elemental and thermal analyses techniques. At the optimum reaction
conditions, the yield of O-4-PIMP was 18.9%, 39.4%, and 46.8% using H2O2, O2, and NaOCl oxidant, respectively. According to the TG analysis, the initial degradation temperature of O-4-PIMP was 218°C,
which was by 50°C higher than that of 4-PIMP. Thermal analyses of 4-PIMP and O-4-PIMP were carried out in N2 atmosphere at 15–1000°C. The highest occupied molecular orbital, the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital, and electrochemical
energy gaps of 4-PIMP and O-4-PIMP were determined from the onset potentials for n-doping and p-doping, respectively. Also, optical band gaps of 4-PIMP and O-4-PIMP were determined according to UV-VIS measurements. 相似文献
