A dedicated breast CT system (DBCT) is a new method for breast cancer detection proposed in recent years. In this paper, the glandular dose in the DBCT is simulated using the Monte Carlo method. The phantom shape is half ellipsoid, and a series of phantoms with different sizes, shapes and compositions were constructed. In order to optimize the spectra, monoenergy X-ray beams of 5-80 keV were used in simulation. The dose distribution of a breast phantom was studied: a higher energy beam generated more uniform distribution, and the outer parts got more dose than the inner parts. For polyenergtic spectra, four spectra of Al filters with different thicknesses were simulated, and the polyenergtic glandular dose was calculated as a spectral weighted combination of the monoenergetic dose. 相似文献

China Spallation Neutron Source (CSNS) is the first High Energy Intense Proton Accelerator planned to be constructed in China during the State Eleventh Five-Year Plan period, whose induced radioactivity is very important for occupational disease hazard assessment and environmental impact assessment. Adopting the FLUKA code, the authors have constructed a cylinder-tunnel geometric model and a line-source sampling physical model, deduced proper formulas to calculate air activation, and analyzed various issues with regard to the activation of different tunnel parts. The results show that the environmental impact resulting from induced activation is negligible, whereas the residual radiation in the tunnels has a great influence on maintenance personnel, so strict measures should be adopted. 相似文献

We report on the application of the single-aliquot regenerative-dose (SAR) protocol to the optically stimulated luminescence signal from quartz extracted from fired bricks and unfired mortar in retrospective dosimetry. The samples came from a radioactive materials storage facility, with ambient dose rates of about 0.1 mGy/h. A detailed dose-depth profile was analysed from one brick, and compared with dose records from area TL dosemeters. Small-aliquot dose-distributions were analysed from the mortar samples; one associated with the exposed brick, and one from a remote site exposed only to background radiation. 通过对P沟道MOS场效应管IRF9530和N沟道MOS场效应管IRF540N的X射线和钴源γ射线的辐照对比研究,发现两种场效应管阈值电压变化随吸收剂量近似成一阶指数衰减关系。产生这种现象的原因是场效应管氧化物中的空间俘获电荷与吸收剂量近似成线性变化,对阈值电压变化和吸收剂量有近似线性的改变;而界面态对空间电荷有补偿作用,其对阈值电压的改变与吸收剂量有近似成二次方的关系。 相似文献

This paper studies the total ionizing dose radiation effects on MOS(metal-oxide-semiconductor) transistors with normal and enclosed gatelayout in a standard commercial CMOS (compensate MOS) bulk process.The leakage current, threshold voltage shift, and transconductance ofthe devices were monitored before and after $gamma $-rayirradiation. The parameters of the devices with different layoutunder different bias condition during irradiation at different totaldose are investigated. The results show that the enclosed layout notonly effectively eliminates the leakage but also improves theperformance of threshold voltage and transconductance for NMOS(n-type channel MOS) transistors. The experimental results alsoindicate that analogue bias during irradiation is the worst case forenclosed gate NMOS. There is no evident different behaviour observedbetween normal PMOS (p-type channel MOS) transistors and enclosedgate PMOS transistors. 相似文献
