The electronic processes in disordered organic solids were analyzed, classified, and summarized. They include the photogeneration of charge pairs, electron transport, geminal and bimolecular recombination, and the capture of charge carriers in local electronic states. General criteria were formulated for the targeted search for and the creation of new prospective polymers and their compositions with organic pigments and related compounds having specific photoelectric characteristics for electrographic and holographic media, photoelectric converters, and electroluminescent and photorefractive devices.  相似文献

从双包层光纤激光器的速率方程和光传输方程出发,建立数学模型,进行数值计算并对掺钕光纤激光器输出功率沿光纤的分布以及不同光纤长度下抽运功率和输出功率沿光纤的分布进行了数值模拟。以808nm半导体激光器为抽运源,掺钕双包层光纤为增益介质,并以KTP作为倍频晶体,计算并模拟其倍频效率和相位匹配角。最后,对光纤激光器及其倍频的实现进行了模拟研究。结果表明,该光纤激光器能够高效率地实现可见光输出。  相似文献

本文利用透射和扫描电镜研究了掺杂钨丝退火时钾泡形成的机理和动力学,探讨了用微扰动理论处理钾泡形成过程的可能性。结果表明,冷拨掺杂钨丝中钾管分裂的必要条件是钾管长宽比≥9,在考虑钾泡形成热力学条件后,可导出几个有意义的钾泡分布参数,并发现对于同一丝径的掺杂钨丝,在同一温度退火,形成粗细不同的钾管,比较细的钾管分裂受表面扩散所控制,反之则主要受外部体扩散所控制,与实验结果相符。  相似文献

Silica glass samples containing CdSe/Eu3+ ions were prepared by sol-gel route. Size distribution and optical band gap of the nanoparticles were calculated from absorption spectrum. It is observed that the presence of CdSe nanocrystallites enhances the fluorescence of europium in silica glass. The phonon sideband spectrum associated with the excitation transition 7F0-5D2 is used to analyze the electron-phonon coupling and nonradiative deexcitiation of the rare earth ions in the glass host, The observed fluorescence enhancement is discussed on the basis of phonon assisted energy transfer from electron-hole recombination of the CdSe nanocrystallites to the rare earth ion and multiphonon relaxation.  相似文献

The attractive features of a boron-doped diamond (BDD) thin-film detector for microchip capillary electrophoretic (CE) separations of dye-related amino-substituted aromatic compounds are described. The diamond electrode was employed in the end-column amperometric detection of 4-aminophenol (4-AP), 1,2-phenylenediamine (1,2-PDA), 2-aminonaphthalene (2-AN), 2-chloroaniline (2-CA), and o-aminobenzoic acid (o-ABA), and its attractive behavior was compared to commonly used screen-printed carbon and glassy-carbon electrodes. These conventional electrode materials exhibit a significant degree of passivation and low sensitivity to the above-mentioned environmental pollutants. The diamond-based electrochemical detection system displayed a favorable analytical performance, including lower noise levels, higher peak resolution with enhanced sensitivity, and improved resistance against electrode passivation. Factors influencing the on-chip analysis were assessed and optimized. The diamond detector displayed detection limits of 2.0 and 1.3 microM for 4-AP and 2-AN, respectively, and a wide linear response for these compounds over the 2-50 microM range. The enhanced stability was demonstrated by relative standard deviation (RSD) values of 1.4% and 4.7% for 100 microM 1,2-PDA and 200 microM 2-CA, respectively, for repetitive detections (n = 7). Besides, the simultaneously observed current decrease was 2.4 and 9.1% for 1,2-PDA and 2-CA, respectively (compared to 21.8 and 41.0% at the screen-printed carbon electrode and 28.3 and 34.1% at the glassy carbon electrode, respectively). The favorable properties of the diamond electrode indicate great promise for environmental applications in CE and other microchip devices.  相似文献

IR integrated photonic amplifiers at 1.55m operation will have good foreground in optical phasedarray radars for splitters and signal processing. The saturation gain characteristics of IR integrated photonic waveguide amplifiers (taken Er3+Yb3+ co-doped phosphate glass waveguide amplifiers as an example) are studied theoretically. For the homemade laser glass materials the calculated saturation intensities are 2.22kw /cm2 for signal and 10.15kw/cm2 for pump. The effects of absorption saturation of signal and pump lights on the gain of amplifiers are discussed.  相似文献

For doped semiconductor superlattices we have analyzed the effects of absorption saturation and change in the refractive index depending on the level of their excitation and structure parameters. The calculations were carried out with account for the tails of the density of states and screening of the electrostatic potential. It is shown that doped superlattices may display shading, i.e., the increase in the absorption coefficient at a fixed frequency with increase in light intensity. For –doped superlattices a stronger nonmonotonicity of the change in the refractive index with increase in the excitation level in comparison with typical structures can manifest itself.  相似文献

Quantum Dots of CdS x Se1−x embedded in borosilicate glass matrix have been grown using Double-Step annealing method. Optical characterization of the quantum dots has been done through the combinative analysis of optical absorption and photoluminescence spectroscopy at room temperature. Decreasing trend of photoluminescence intensity with aging has been observed and is attributed to trap elimination. The changes in particle size, size distribution, number of quantum dots, volume fraction, trap related phenomenon and Gibbs free energy of quantum dots, has been explained on the basis of the diffusion-controlled growth process, which continues with passage of time. For a typical case, it was found that after 24 months of aging, the average radii increased from 3.05 to 3.12 nm with the increase in number of quantum dots by 190% and the size-dispersion decreased from 10.8% to 9.9%. For this sample, the initial size range of the quantum dots was 2.85 to 3.18 nm. After that no significant change was found in these parameters for the next 12 months. This shows that the system attains almost a stable nature after 24 months of aging. It was also observed that the size-dispersion in quantum dots reduces with the increase in annealing duration, but at the cost of quantum confinement effect. Therefore, a trade off optimization has to be done between the size-dispersion and the quantum confinement.  相似文献
