论“四个划清”与中国特色社会主义的世界视野

党的十七届四中全会提出的＂四个划清＂,对中国特色社会主义进行了科学的定位。中国特色社会主义强调＂四个划清＂并不是排斥国际经验,也不是忽视国际责任,更不是否定其世界意义。中国特色社会主义充分吸收了人类创造的一切文明成果,深切关注世界的共同发展,对人类生存发展具有重大贡献,这些都体现了它宏阔的世界视野。     

论马修·阿诺德《夜莺》一诗的创作特点和意境表达

马修.阿诺德借助古希腊神话创作了《夜莺》一诗,不仅反映了作者在诗歌的道德使命、愉悦宗旨、题材选择等方面所一贯秉持的独特理念和重要主张;而且以古喻今、取譬言志,抒发出诗人面对社会转型与文明失落困境时内心郁结的孤独彷徨和精神苦闷,从而展现了独具匠心的创作风格和意境表达。     

Local Heaviside‐weighted LRPIM meshless method and its application to two‐dimensional potential flows

In this paper, the local radial point interpolation meshless method (LRPIM) is used for the analysis of two‐dimensional potential flows, based on a local‐weighted residual method with the Heaviside step function as the weighting function over a local subdomain. Trial functions are constructed using radial basis functions. The present method is a truly meshless method based only on a number of randomly located nodes. Integration over the subdomains requires only a simple integration cell to obtain the solution. No element matrix assembly is required and no special treatment is needed to impose the essential boundary conditions. The novelty of the paper is the use of a local Heaviside weight function in the LRPIM, which does not need local domain integration and integrations only on the boundary of the local domains are needed. Effects of the sizes of local subdomain and interpolation domain on the performance of the present method are investigated. The behavior of shape parameters of multiquadrics has been systematically studied. Two numerical tests in groundwater and fluid flows are presented and compared with closed‐form solutions and finite element method. The results show that the use of a local Heaviside weight function in the LRPIM is highly accurate and possesses no numerical difficulties. Copyright © 2008 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

Information system and qualifying criteria for proficiency testing schemes

Since October 1998 the European Commission has financed a concerted action on Information System and Qualifying Criteria for Proficiency Testing Schemes within the 4th framework program. As a major result of this project EPTIS, the European Information System on Proficiency Testing Schemes which is available on the Internet since March 2000, is presented in this paper. Today EPTIS contains comprehensive information on approximately 640 proficiency testing schemes from 16 European countries providing information on the state of the art in proficiency testing in Europe. Finally some possible approaches for interlinkages and recognition of proficiency testing schemes are discussed.

Construction of triangular DP surface and its application

In this paper, a new type of bivariate basis on a triangle is presented, which is constructed by extending the univariate NTP basis proposed by Delgado and Peña. Some algebraic properties and its recursive formulae are given. Then a new type of surfaces that is called triangular DP surface is defined, and its recursive evaluation algorithm is obtained. Also, in the case of low degree, its subdivision algorithm and degree elevation algorithm are derived. It is shown that this type of surfaces is obviously more advantageous than triangular Bézier surface, and hence extremely useful for geometric design, especially for the situation in which the surface needs to be evaluated quickly.     

Laws of Influence of Structural Characteristics on the Strength and Crack Resistance of Aging Metallic Materials

The structural characteristics (the volume fraction, size, and shape of and the distance among hardening-phase particles) of aging alloys and steels, which define the behavior of the critical stress intensity factor during thermal hardening, are determined using the structural-mechanical approach we have developed. It is experimentally demonstrated for maraging steels that our approach is capable of proving the correlations of strength, plasticity, and crack- resistance with the structural characteristics, which were varied by changing the chemical composition of steel and thermokinetic aging conditions__________Translated from Prikladnaya Mekhanika, Vol. 41, No. 1, pp. 94–101, January 2005.

讨论了可变阻抗滑动轴承的工作原理、理论模型及其油膜动力学系数的计算方法，并分析了由可变阻抗滑动轴承支承的转子不平衡响应，结果表明这种轴承有可在机器运行条件下有效地改变系统临界速度和不平衡响应幅值等动力学特性，从而达到控制机器动力学性能的目的     

Gradient estimates in Orlicz space for nonlinear elliptic equations

In this paper we generalize gradient estimates in Lp space to Orlicz space for weak solutions of elliptic equations of p-Laplacian type with small BMO coefficients in δ-Reifenberg flat domains. Our results improve the known results for such equations using a harmonic analysis-free technique.
