酶化苏云金芽孢杆菌固态发酵培养基研究

在生物农药生产过程中,粉碎能耗占据了生产成本的10％以上。采用纤维素酶对苏云金芽孢杆菌固体发酵的培养基进行前处理,得到一种易粉碎的培养基,用该培养基发酵所得产品后处理能耗明显降低,且和原培养基发酵产品的效价相当,证明纤维素酶的加入没有影响菌种的生长。     

东部区域核事故核素大气扩散特征研究

为分析核事故时东部不同地区放射性核素大气扩散特征的差异性,通过利用区域尺度天气预报模式WRF和高斯大气扩散模式研究了东部区域尺度以及部分核电厂周边的大气弥散因子分布特征。结果表明:东部区域尺度计算网格中心点周边500 m和5000 m处大气弥散因子的最大值分别为10-3 s·m-3量级和10-4 s·m-3量级;不同核电厂距离中心点500 m处的大气弥散因子最大值在10-4 s·m-3量级,距离区域中心点5000 m处的大气弥散因子最大值在10-6～10-4 s·m-3量级之间;针对不同核电厂距离中心点500 m处和5000 m处大气弥散因子比较发现,前者昌江核电厂大气弥散因子最大值最高;后者秦山核电厂大气弥散因子最大值最高。可见不同地区的核电厂受气象场影响其大气扩散特征存在差异。     

基于SAFETI模拟的大气条件对天然气扩散影响的研究

为了确定在大气条件影响下天然气泄漏的燃烧影响和毒性影响,采用高斯模型对天然气泄漏后的扩散进行分析,确定了大气对其浓度分布影响的两大因素:风速和大气稳定度。通过SAFETI软件对容器内天然气瞬时泄漏的场景进行模拟,并结合控制变量法对模拟结果"泄漏发生18.75 s时,浓度4.4×10~(-2)天然气云的水平分布情况"、"下风向最大爆炸半径天然气浓度随时间变化的关系"进行分析,研究了天然气扩散过程中受风速和大气稳定度影响的浓度变化趋势和扩散分布规律。研究得出:天然气在泄漏的过程中,以聚集再分散的方式进行扩散,天然气总体分布的几何中心向下风向移动;泄漏天然气在扩散过程中,扩散速度随着风速和大气稳定度的增大而增大;天然气聚集的饱和浓度,随着风速的增大而增大,随着大气稳定度的增大而减小;在一定的时间内,风速越大,大气稳定度越大,天然气的扩散范围越大。     

计及所有长程库仑作用一维双原子链晶格振动的色散关系

在简谐近似和周期性边界条件下,推导考虑所有原子长程库仑作用一维双原子链晶格振动的色散关系.分析讨论长程库仑作用对色散关系的影响,结果表明:随着长程库仑作用的增强,晶格振动模的频率不断减小、色散关系的频隙逐渐变窄直到消失,并且光学支渐渐深陷入声学支中,最终导致光学支在布里渊区中心的最高频率挪到极低频处.

Dispersion Mechanism of Superfine SiC Particles in the Different Condition Liquid

SiC@A1(OH)₃-Y(OH)₃ core-shell composite particles are synthesized by co-precipitation method for strengthening the antioxidation of SiC at high temperature. To reach better A1(OH)₃-Y(OH)₃ composite shell and higher coating ratio on the SiC particles surfaces, SiC particles must be adequately dispersed in the SiC suspension during the coating process. The dispersion mechanism of SiC particles is investigated by the sedimentation method. Through test and analysis, the optimum conditions of the dispersion of SiC particles in the SiC suspension are sedimentating for 10 minutes, ultrasonic dispersion for 10 minutes, the lower SiC concentration, pH = 9, the dispersant content for the 2% volume of SiC suspension and using the polyelectrolyte dispersant, respectively.     

The State of NaOH in NaOH/Poly(Sodium Acrylate) Composite

NaOH/poly(sodium acrylate) composites were prepared by in situ polymerization of acrylic acid with an overneutralization level by adding excess NaOH. The composites were studied by XRD, IR and ²³Na MAS NMR spectroscopy. The results showed that the high neutralization degree (>100%) may lead to a complete polymerization. Both XRD and ²³Na MAS NMR spectra did not show any peaks of phase-separated NaOH or Na₂CO₃ until the neutralization degree was up to 217.5%. It can be presumed that the aggregates of Na⁺ ions can contain approximately two Na⁺ units for every carboxyl group before the phase separation.     

Ionic liquid 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium acetate: an attractive solvent for native chemical ligation of peptides

The ionic liquid 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium acetate ([C₂mim][OAc]) was successfully used as alternative solvent for native chemical ligation of peptide fragments to produce model peptide LYRAXCRANK (X = G, A, L, N, Q, K, and F). The commonly used buffer system including thiol additives such as thiophenol and benzyl mercaptan can be replaced by the nontoxic ionic liquid [C₂mim][OAc]. In addition to improving the solubility of the peptides in [C₂mim][OAc], yields and rates of the ligation reactions were found to be efficiently enhanced.
