The interactions of sodium dodecyl sulphate with ovalbumin in aqueous solution at room temperature are described for a wide concentration range of both substances. A phase diagram covering a wide range of concentrations shows a total of five different morphologies. Dynamic light scattering of the samples from each morphology offered better understanding of the different structures (between three and four) present in the solution. The amount of ovalbumin present in the solution was confirmed with differential scanning spectroscopy, while the interactions between sodium dodecyl sulphate and ovalbumin were interpreted by zeta potential and electrical conductivity measurements. 相似文献

Phase equilibria in the La–Sr–Co–Ni–O system were studied in air at 1100°. The samples for the study were synthesized by the standard ceramic and citrate processes. The limiting solubility and structure of La1-xSrxCo1-yNiyO3- and (La1-xSrx)2Co1-yNiyO4 solid solutions were determined by Xray powder diffraction analysis. La1-xSrxCo1-yNiyO3- solid solutions with 0 x 0.5 have a distorted rhombohedral perovskitelike structure (R
c space group). An increase in the strontium concentration reduces the rhombohedral distortions, and the compounds with x < 0.5 have an ideal cubic structure (Pm3m space group). (La1-xSrx)2Co1-yNiyO4 crystals have a tetragonal K2NiF4 type unit cell (I4/mmm space group). The relationships between unit cell parameters and compositions were obtained for singlephase La1-xSrxCo1-yNiyO3- and (La1-xSrx)2Co1-yNiyO4 samples. Triglycidyl isocyanurate [2451-62-9] as a trifunctional epoxy monomer is mostly used as curing agent. It exists in the form of two diastereomer racemates according to the configuration of the three chiral carbon atoms in the molecule, i.e. beta- or RRR/SSS and alpha- or RRS/SSR. The binary solid-liquid phase diagram of the two diastereomer racemates has been determined by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The two diastereomer racemates have different crystalline structures and are physical mixtures with an eutectic phase diagram. The eutectic mixture melts at 92.3 ± 1.0 °C and has alpha-TGIC content of 93.44% by mass or mole. With the help of the phase diagram the ratio of the two diastereomer racemates in TGIC may be determined. The binary phase diagram shows that beta-TGIC can be separated with efficiency from the mixture and may serve for enantiomer synthesis of high optical activity giving rise to the development of novel polymers. 相似文献

The binary system Li2Se-In2Se3 was investigated in the range of 40 to 100 mol% In2Se3 by thermoanalytical and X-ray methods. The system is characterized by two eutectic points. Beside the two binary components
and the known ternary compound LiInSe2 another ternary compound crystallizes in this binary system at 83.3 mol% In2Se3. This compound was identified as LiIn5Se8. In contrast to (Cu, Ag)IB5
