PEMFC催化剂的研究:自制抗CO中毒Pt-Ru/C电催化剂的性质   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
用胶体法制备了抗CO中毒PEMFC阳极Pt-Ru/C电催化剂(标记为THYT-2),对 比研究了THYT-2与Johnson Matthey (JM)公司同类品牌Pt-Ru/C催化剂的电化学及 其它物理化学性能。结果表明,THYT-2电催化剂在甲醇燃料电池和CO/H_2(Φ_ (CO) = 1 * 10~(-4))的氢氧燃料电池中的电催化行为与JM催化剂相当,但THYT- 2在低浓度CO氢气燃料中的电池性能更好。两种催化剂的其它物理化学性质具有类 似性:XPS分析结果表明THYT-2和JM催化剂 中都有三种不同价态的Pt存在:即金 属态Pt(0)、氧化态Pt(II)和Pt(IV)。HRTEM测试结果表明两种催化剂的粒径处在2 ~3 mn左右,这可能是它们拥有良好电化学性能的主要原因之一。本文还对催化剂 中Pt与Ru组分的分布和相互作用进行了讨论,提出了改进Pt-Ru/C电催化剂的思路 。  相似文献

The dehydration of a series of VPI-5 and H3 samples, synthesized under various conditions, as well as the solid state transformation of VPI-5 to AlPO4-8 have been investigated using combined TG-DTG-DSC and high-resolution solid state31P-NMR. The TG curves show a quasi-continuous release of water, the total loss being characteristic for each sample. Complete dehydration is achieved when the samples are heated from 20°C to about 150°C at various beating rates. Besides the main dehydration effect, several weak endothermic peaks are observed. These generally non-reproducible modulated peaks, recorded at high heating rates, are presumably due to the interactions of the water molecules leaving the channels of VPI-5 with the randomly positioned fragments stemming from the destruction of the water triple helix assemblage. The non-isothermal kinetic parameters of the dehydration have been evaluated from the TG and DTG curves recorded at low heating rates. In celebration of the 60th birthday of Dr. Andrew K. 通过对合成MgO·3B2O3·7H2O的热分析研究确定热脱水反应的阶段、温度和产物,给出脱水过程的热化学反应方程式.利用甲醇、水与三氧化二硼之间的酯化反应进行相分离,确定该化合物高温结晶化产物的物相组成为晶态六硼酸镁(2MgO·3B2O3)和无定形B2O3.对该化合物的TG和DTG数据进行处理结果,给出了相应的非等温热脱水反应动力学方程.  相似文献

A solvent tolerant Pseudomonas aeruginosa PseA strain was isolated from soil. It secreted a novel alkaline protease, which was stable and active in the presence of range of organic solvents, thus potentially useful for catalysis in non-aqueous media. The protease was purified 11.6-fold with 60% recovery by combination of ion exchange and hydrophobic interaction chromatography using Q-Sepharose and Phenyl Sepharose 6 Fast Flow matrix, respectively. The apparent molecular mass based on the sodium dodecyl sulphate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) was estimated to be 35,000 Da. The enzyme was stable in the pH range of 6.0-9.0, the optimum being 8.0. The Km and Vmax towards caseinolytic activity were found to be 2.7 mg/ml and 3 micromol/min, respectively. The protease was most active at 60 degrees C and characterized as a metalloprotease because of its sensitivity to EDTA and 1,10-phenanthroline. It was tested positive for elastase activity towards elastin-orcein, thus appears to be an elastase, which is known as pseudolysin in other strains of P. aeruginosa. The protease withstands range of detergents, surfactants and solvents. It is stable and active in all the solvents having log P above 3.2, at least up to 72 h. These two properties make it an ideal choice for applications in detergent formulations and enzymatic peptide synthesis.  相似文献

以柠檬酸溶胶-凝胶法合成的具有萤石结构的Ce0.8Gd0.2O1.9(CGO)复合氧化物为载体,用初湿浸润法制备了负载型Pt催化剂.纯异辛烷的重整反应结果显示,600和800℃焙烧的催化剂达到了热力学平衡转化,1000℃焙烧会导致Pt的聚集和氧化物的严重烧结,因而催化剂活性较差.抗硫测试表明,800℃焙烧的催化剂抗硫性能最好,在300μg/g硫存在下,100h内异辛烷均接近完全转化;在500μg/g硫存在下催化剂仍表现出良好抗硫性能.程序升温还原和X射线分析结果显示.800℃焙烧时Pt与CGO载体间的相互作用最强,同时催化剂具有良好的热稳定性,这是催化剂具有抗硫性能并且抗硫作用持久的根本原因.反应条件下噻吩硫完全转化成H2S,硫的转化可能是通过氧化-还原机理进行的.  相似文献

Reaction steps and mechanisms of the thermal dehydration of lithium metaborate dihydrate were investigated by means of thermoanalytical measurements, high temperature powder X-ray diffractometry, FT-IR spectroscopy, and microscopic observations. The first half of thermal dehydration was characterized by the melting of the sample producing viscous surface layer, the formation of bubbles on the particle surfaces, and the sudden mass-loss taking place by an opportunity of cracking and/or bursting of the bubble surface layer. The second half of the dehydration with a long-tailed mass-loss process in a wide temperature region was divided further into three distinguished reaction steps by the measurements of controlled rate thermal analysis. During the course of the thermal dehydration, four different poorly crystalline phases of intermediate hydrates were observed, in addition to an amorphous phase produced by an isothermal annealing. Just after completing the thermal dehydration, an exothermic DTA peak of the crystallization of β-LiBO2 was appeared at around 750 K. The phase transition from β-LiBO2 to α-LiBO2 was observed in the temperature range of 800-900 K, which subsequently melted by indicating a sharp endothermic DTA peak with the onset temperature at 1101.4 ± 0.6 K.  相似文献

Summary A combination of high resolution thermogravimetric analysis coupled to a gas evolution mass spectrometer has been used to study the thermal decomposition of liebigite. Water is lost in two steps at 44 and 302°C. Two mass loss steps are observed for carbon dioxide evolution at 456 and 686°C. The product of the thermal decomposition was found to be a mixture of CaUO4 and Ca3UO6. The thermal decomposition of liebigite was followed by hot-stage Raman spectroscopy. Two Raman bands are observed in the 50°C spectrum at 3504 and 3318 cm-1 and shift to higher wavenumbers upon thermal treatment; no intensity remains in the bands above 300°C. Three bands assigned to the υ1 symmetric stretching modes of the (CO3)2- units are observed at 1094, 1087 and 1075 cm-1 in agreement with three structurally distinct (CO3)2- units. At 100°C, two bands are found at 1089 and 1078 cm-1. Thermogravimetric analysis is undertaken as dynamic experiment with a constant heating rate whereas the hot-stage Raman spectroscopic experiment occurs as a staged experiment. Hot stage Raman spectroscopy supports the changes in molecular structure of liebigite during the proposed stages of thermal decomposition as observed in the TG-MS experiment.  相似文献

该文研究了纳米材料改性复合绝缘材料的制备方法,采用高频老化实验对样品的耐变频性能作了测定.结果表明,纳米复合绝缘材料在变频电机中的使用寿命比普通绝缘材料提高7倍以上,且纳米颗粒分散工艺对材料性能影响较大.文中还对纳米材料提高绝缘材料耐变频性能的机理进行了初步探讨.  相似文献
