TNF和OA诱发人神经母细胞瘤SK细胞程序死亡

肿瘤坏死因子（ＴＮＦ）和Ｏｋａｄａｉｃａｃｉｄ（ＯＡ）能诱发人神经母细胞瘤ＳＫ细胞死亡，死亡细胞缩小变圆，细胞质凝聚，ＤＮＡ断裂形成以２００ｂＰ左右为单位的梯形分布，且上述过程可由蛋白质合成抑制剂亚胺环己酮（ＣＨＸ）抑制，显示ＴＮＦ和ＯＡ诱发的ＳＫ细胞死亡为细胞程序死亡．     

关于《兄终弟继质疑》的质疑

死亡主题是《荒原》的核心和灵魂。但《荒原》描写的“死亡”是和生命熔铸在一起的,彼此无法分开的,即把人推向生与死的二元对立之中,着力表现处在生不如死的荒原中的人们对死的渴望,同时也孕育出“生的本能”,从而导致生死循环;这种死亡更和精神联系在一起,其中的“死亡”多以“力比多”的饥渴来对应,故死亡在这里只是一种仪式性死亡或象征性死亡,其目的是表现生命力的回归而实现精神复活,这样,艾略特就在描写死亡中完成了“拯救荒原”的主题。     

Effect of Extensin - Like Cotton Proteins on Eukaryotic Cell Gene

The effect of extensin-like cotton proteins (ELP) on animal cell gene (KML cell culture) was studied. Cells perish (50%) at protein dose 100 g/mL (cytotoxic effect). DNA fragmentation is not observed. Cell death from ELP is hypothesized to occur via necrosis resulting from destruction of intracellular biochemical processes     

试就猝死病例谈中老年教职工保健工作

本文报告5例心性猝死(3例为冠心病性猝死),年龄为39—69岁。认为冠心病是中老年教职工猝死的主要原因,因而提出学校对他们的保健重点应放在防治冠心病上。

对批判"热寂说"的三种说法做出评论.指出"大爆炸"理论所描写的我们所在的这个"宇宙"与无限的宇宙是不同的.对于无限的宇宙,"热寂说"不成立."大爆炸"理论所描写的我们的"宇宙",有可能趋向"热寂状态",也有可能不会趋向"热寂状态".     

A birth–death model for Web cache systems: Numerical solutions and simulation

In this paper, we study Web cache hit rates by introducing a birth–death model. A system consisting of a single Web server with a single cache stores Web pages that are classified as hot pages (popular pages) and cold pages (less popular pages). Given requested probabilities for each class, the stochastic model provides the mean hit rate for a random replacement algorithm and the upper and low bounds for other algorithms. Numerical results from the analysis are validated using the output of simulation programs that utilize the LRU algorithm.     

2005年1月—2009年6月煤矿死亡事故统计分析

运用数理统计的方法,对2005年1月—2009年6月国内发生的煤矿死亡事故进行了统计,从事故的类型、事故发生的时间规律、地域统计、事故发生的原因等方面,分析了煤矿事故的特点和一般规律,介绍了煤矿事故的特殊性和危害性,分析结果对提高煤矿事故的预防预测技术、制定完善的事故防范对策和应急处理预案具有重要的现实意义。

组织卖淫罪有关问题的研讨一直是刑事法界和司法实务界关注的热点之一,特别是＂强迫＂是否应成为组织卖淫行为的手段＂、他人＂是否包括男子、多名组织卖淫者之间是否有主从犯之分及其死刑的存废问题一直是学术争论的焦点。不论是从学术上还是司法实务上研讨,对该罪进行更深层次的探究具有较高的价值。因而以司法实务为切入点,主要从组织卖淫罪的特殊理论和组织卖淫罪修正的构成两个问题加以探究。     

Reliability tests for Weibull distribution with variational shape parameter based on sudden death lifetime data

In the traditional design of reliability tests for assuring the mean time to failure (MTTF) in Weibull distribution with shape and scale parameters, it has been assumed that the shape parameter in the acceptable and rejectable populations is the same fixed number. For the purpose of expanding applicability of the reliability testing, Hisada and Arizono have developed a reliability sampling scheme for assuring MTTF in the Weibull distribution under the conditions that shape parameters in the both populations do not necessarily coincide, and are specified as interval values, respectively. Then, their reliability test is designed using the complete lifetime data. In general, the reliability testing based on the complete lifetime data requires the long testing time. As a consequence, the testing cost becomes sometimes expensive. In this paper, for the purpose of an economical plan of the reliability test, we consider the sudden death procedure for assuring MTTF in Weibull distribution with variational shape parameter.
