Modification of multiwalled carbon nanotubes by carboxy groups and determination of the degree of functionalization

Multiwalled carbon nanotubes were modified by carboxy groups. Four independent methods for the determination of the degree of functionalization of the surface were proposed: ¹³C NMR spectroscopy, thermogravimetry, titrimetry, and fluorimetry. The first two methods show the total content of carboxy groups in the sample, and the latter two methods give information about the content of the surface groups only. 对英语专业八级口语口译考试评分的探讨

本文通过对英语专业八级口语口译考试的评分标准的考察，指出八级口语口译考试评分中两个突出的特点，即突出口语考试和口译考试评分“信息单元化”，从而影响口译质量评估的有效性。适当改变评分比例和口译评分标准的改进将有助于改善测评效果。     

典型相关分析在量表效标效度考核中的作用

探讨典型相关分析在新编量表效标效度评价中的作用.以乙型肝炎患者生存质量测定量表(QOL-HBV)为目标量表,SF-36量表为效标量表,用积差相关分析和典型相关分析两种方法评价量表的效标效度.结果表明,QOL-HBV量表的SF维度与SF-36量表中的除VT外的各维度具有相关性,但与MH维度的值小于0.4.在典型相关分析中得到SF-36量表的第一对典型变量主要反映PF、RP、BP、GH、SF和RE等6个维度,QOL-HBV量表的第一对典型变量主要反映SF、M F和PF等3个维度.典型相关分析能够得到和简单相关分析一样的结论,但比简单相关分析提示更多的信息.

Application of coupling methods to the Neumann eigenvalue problem

Summary By using coupling methods, some lower bounds are obtained for the first Neumann eigenvalue on Riemannian manifolds. This method is new and the results improve some known estimates. 乳腺癌PKCs表达与其分化程度的相关性

为了研究蛋白激酶C（PKC）和乳腺癌分化及转移的相关性，采用免疫组化SABC方法检测48例人乳腺癌的PKC蛋白表达，包括PKCα、βI、η和ξ等蛋白。结果表明，与分化低的乳腺癌对比，分化高的乳腺癌PKC蛋白表达水平提高。在临床I－II和III级的乳腺癌中，PKCη蛋白表达率分别为61．5％和9．1％，具有显著意义（P＜0．05），PKCξ蛋白表达率分别为92．3％和27．3％，具有极显著意义（P＜0．01）。另外，在乳腺癌未转移的病例中，PKCs蛋白表达水平普遍较高，其中PKCξ与肿转移相关性极显著（P＜0．01）。此外，PKCs蛋白表达水平与肿瘤患者年龄无关。以上结果提示，PKCη和PKCξ有可能作为评价临床乳腺癌分化和转移程度的指标之一。

Function spaces over GO-spaces: Part I

We describe the structure of spaces of continuous step functions over GO-spaces. We establish a relation between the Dedekind completion of a GO-space L and properties of the space of continuous functions from L to 2 with finitely many steps. We use the established relation to prove that a countably compact GO-space L has Lindelöf Cp(L) iff the Dedekind remainder of L is Lindelöf and every compact subspace of L is metrizable. Or equivalently, a countably compact GO-space L has Lindelöf Cp(L) iff every compact subspace of L is metrizable and a Gδ-set in L. Other results are obtained.
