欠发达地区民营经济融资难的成因及对策

近年来,经济欠发达地区与发达地区的差距在加大,经济欠发达地区,一个重要特征就是民营经济发展不足。而融资难则是阻碍欠发达地区民营经济发展的症结所在。本文在深入分析欠发达地区民营经济融资难的主客观原因的基础上,提出解决这些问题的针对性措施。

研究了公司的破产风险对于员工事前人力资本投入的影响,指出风险的增大必然导致员工对专用性人力资本投入的减少和一般性人力资本投入的增加.员工一旦拥有了控制监督的权利,就会增加公司专用性人力资本的投入,同时减少一般性人力资本的投入.

General strategy for a short and efficient synthesis of 3-hydroxy-4-methylprolines (HMP)

The non-proteinogenic amino acid 3-hydroxy-4-methylproline (HMP) is an active constituent of some potent antimicrobials including echinocandins, nostopeptins, pneumocandins, sporiofungin and mulundocandins. A synthesis has been achieved in 10 steps with 29% overall yield; the Evans’ aldol reaction using Crimmins’ modified method was pivotal to the success of the strategy.     

Potential formation and high density plasma production on the tandem mirror GAMMA 10

GAMMA 10 experiments have advanced in high density experiments after the last EPS Workshop where we reported high density plasma production by using an ion cyclotron range of frequency heating at a high harmonic frequency and neutral beam injection in the central cell. Recently a high density plasma was obtained with much improved reproducibility than before and without degradation of diamagnetic signal. The high density plasma was attained by adjusting the spacing of the conducting plates installed in the anchor transition regions. Dependencies of particle confinement time, ion energy confinement time and plasma confining potential on plasma density were obtained for the first time in the high density region. OPTIMAL INVESTMENT IN THE PROTECTION OF A VULNERABLE BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE

It is assumed that the probability of destruction of a biological asset by natural hazards can be reduced through investment in protection. Specifically a model, in which the hazard rate depends on both the age of the asset and the accumulated invested protection capital, is assumed. The protection capital depreciates through time and its effectiveness in reducing the hazard rate is subject to diminishing returns. It is shown how the investment schedule to maximize the expected net present value of the asset can be determined using the methods of deterministic optimal control, with the survival probability regarded as a state variable. The optimal investment pattern involves “bang-bang-singular” control. A numerical scheme for determining jointly the optimal investment policy and the optimal harvest (or replacement) age is outlined and a numerical example involving forest fire protection is given.     

Discretization of the solutions to Poisson’s equation

Sharp estimates (in the power scale) are obtained for the discretization error in the solutions to Poisson’s equation whose right-hand side belongs to a Korobov class. Compared to the well-known Korobov estimate, the order is almost doubled and has an ultimate value in the power scale.     

Application of Hilbert＇s Projective Metric on Symmetric Cones

Let Ω be a symmetric cone. In this note, we introduce Hilbert＇s projective metric on Ω in terms of Jordan algebras and we apply it to prove that, given a linear invertible transformation g such that g（Ω） = Ω and a real number p, ｜p｜ 〉 1, there exists a unique element x ∈ Ω satisfying g（x） = x^p.
