苜蓿人工种子在60%RH中脱水3天,仍保持100%萌发和62.5%的成苗率,贮藏5天时失去发芽力。在45%RH中干燥3天后无萌发能力。非脱水状况下,人工种子保存在4℃中1个月,其发芽率和成苗率分别为91%和87%。人工种子直接播种于添加营养液的灭菌混合土中发芽率达100%,成苗率为41.6%。播种在无附加营养的混合土中虽然发芽率达100%,人工种子存活2个月以上,但不能转换成苗。人工种子在转换培养基上转化成苗后,移植至混合土中盆栽3个星期后幼苗成活率达80%以上。盆栽幼苗再移植至试验小区,成活率达98%以上。3个月后形成30cm高的致密草层,平均株高为48.8cm。  相似文献

Ce转化膜作为一种Cr转化膜的理想替代品而日益受到人们的重视,但其成膜机理还不很清楚.本文应用自行研制的扫描微参比电极技术(SMRE),原位测量经CeCl3溶液处理的2024-T3 Al合金表面微区电位分布,并结合X光电子能谱(XPS)和交流阻抗谱(EIS),对Ce转化膜的成膜机理进行探讨.结果表明,在CeCl3溶液中,Ce转化膜的形成过程是 Ce3+和Cl-相互竞争的动态过程.当由Cl-的不均匀吸附引起的局部腐蚀使pH升高时, Ce(OH)3就会首先在局部位置发生沉积.阴极反应过程产生的H2O2可将Ce(OH)3部分氧化成CeO2.  相似文献

The methanol conversion over Fe-Zn-Zr catalyst was studied at 0.1 MPa and 280-360℃. The experimental results indicate that the main products of methanol conversion are methane and butane, and that other hydrocarbons are scarcely produced.All results show that propylene is most probably the olefin formed first in methanol conversion rather than ethene over Fe-Zn-Zr catalyst.Methane is formed from methoxy group,and C_4 is possibly yielded on the surface from propylene through binding with a methoxy group.  相似文献

Poly[(methylamino)borazine] (PolyMAB) green fibers of a mean diameter of 15 μm have been pyrolyzed under ammonia up to 1000°C and heat treated under nitrogen up to 2000°C to prepare boron nitride (BN) fibers. During the polymer-to-ceramic conversion, the mechanical properties of the green fibers increase within the 25-400°C temperature range owing to the formation of a preceramic material and remain almost constant up to 1000°C. Both the crystallinity and the mechanical properties slightly increase within the 1000-1400°C range, in association with the consolidation of the fused-B3N3 basal planes. A rapid increase in tensile strength (σR) and elastic modulus (Young's modulus E) is observed in relation with crystallization of the BN phase for fibers treated between 1400°C and 1800°C. At 2000°C, “meso-hexagonal” BN fibers of 7.5 μm in diameter are finally obtained, displaying values of σR=1.480 GPa and E=365 GPa. The obtention of both high mechanical properties and fine diameter for the as-prepared BN fibers is a consequence of the stretching of the green fibers on a spool which is used during their conversion into ceramic.  相似文献

Corn stover is a domestic feedstock that has potential to produce significant quantities of fuel ethanol and other bioenergy and biobased products. However, comprehensive yield and carbon mass balance information and validated kinetic models for dilute-sulfuric acid (H2SO4) pretreatment of corn stover have not been available. This has hindered the estimation of process economics and also limited the ability to perform technoeconomic modeling to guide research. To better characterize pretreatment and assess its kinetics, we pretreated corn stover in a continuous 1 t/d reactor. Corn stover was pretreated at 20% (w/w) solids concentration over a range of conditions encompassing residence times of 3–12 min, temperatures of 165–195°C, and H2SO4 concentrations of 0.5–1.4% (w/w). Xylan conversion yield and carbon mass balance data were collected at each run condition. Performance results were used to estimate kinetic model parameters assuming biphasic hemicellulose hydrolysis and a hydrolysis mechanism incorporating formation of intermediate xylo-oligomers. In addition, some of the pretreated solids were tested in a simultaneous saccharification and fermentation (SSF) process to measure the reactivity of their cellulose component to enzymatic digestion by cellulase enzymes. Monomeric xylose yields of 69–71% and total xylose yields (monomers and oligomers) of 70–77% were achieved with performance level depending on pretreatment severity. Cellulose conversion yields in SSF of 80–87% were obtained for some of the most digestible pretreated solids.  相似文献

TiO2 nanocrystalline films were prepared from titanium tetra-n-butoxide modified with double hydrolysis inhibitors, acetylacetone and polyethylene glycol (PEG), in mixture of methanol and ethanol. The correlation among surface structure of the TiO2 films, preparation conditions, and photovoltaic properties of the solar cells using the TiO2 films was investigated. The particle size of the obtained TiO2 films was decreased as the PEG content increased. The nanostructured films with the narrow distribution of particle size could be prepared. The amounts of adsorbed dyes for these TiO2 films were larger than that without PEG. The performance of the solar cell fabricated using the TiO2 film improved as the amount of the PEG increased, and the solar cell using the TiO2 film prepared from the solution with 30 wt% PEG exhibited the highest performance.  相似文献
