本文以陕西黄河湿地芦苇为研究对象,采用样本调查法研究了芦苇的生长指标及地上部分生物量动态,了解环境因素的改变对陕西黄河湿地芦苇的生长情况影响。结果表明:陕西黄河湿地芦苇平均株高102.3119.22cm、平均茎粗2.180.49cm、平均单株叶面积66.5816.09cm2、单株平均展开叶片数为4.670.99、叶平均生物量为1.240.51g/m2、茎平均生物量为3.251.74g/m2、地上平均生物量为4.492.03g/m2。各项生物指标都与芦苇生长规律相符合,表明陕西黄河湿地芦苇的生长状态良好。 相似文献

Single crystal EPR studies of Cu(II) incorporated in magnesium rubidium sulphate hexahydrate are carried out at RT and 77 K. Since the hyperfine lines are not resolved at RT, single crystal rotations have been carried out at 77 K. The spin Hamiltonian parameters calculated from the 77 K spectra are: g11=2.133, g22=2.137, g33=2.327, A11=0.01, A22=1.44 and . The impurity ion occupies an interstitial position in this crystal lattice, which is not very common for copper ion. In addition, the low hyperfine coupling constant is explained by considering an admixture of dx2-y2 ground state with dz2 excited state. Bonding parameters, κ=0.254, , α2=0.706, α=0.8406 have also been calculated. The present study has helped to understand the static nature of JT, for which the present system is an example. 相似文献

In this paper, we establish a new phytoplankton–zooplankton model by considering the effects of plankton body size and stochastic environmental fluctuations. Mathematical theory work mainly gives the existence of boundary and positive equilibria and shows their local as well as global stability in the deterministic model. Additionally, we explore the dynamics of V-geometric ergodicity, stochastic ultimate boundedness, stochastic permanence, persistence in the mean, stochastic extinction, and the existence of a unique ergodic stationary distribution in the corresponding stochastic version. Numerical simulation work mainly reveals that plankton body size can generate great influences on the interactions between phytoplankton and zooplankton, which in turn proves the effectiveness of mathematical theory analysis. It is worth emphasizing that for the small value of phytoplankton cell size, the increase of zooplankton body size can not change the phytoplankton density or zooplankton density; for the middle value of phytoplankton cell size, the increase of zooplankton body size can decrease zooplankton density or phytoplankton density; for the large value of phytoplankton cell size, the increase of zooplankton body size can increase zooplankton density but decrease phytoplankton density. Besides, it should be noted that the increase of zooplankton body size cannot affect the effect of random environmental disturbance, while the increase of phytoplankton cell size can weaken its effect. The Ga$_{2}$O$_{3}$ films are deposited on the Si and quartz substrates by magnetron sputtering, and annealing. The effects of preparation parameters (such as argon-oxygen flow ratio, sputtering power, sputtering time and annealing temperature) on the growth and properties ($e.g.$, surface morphology, crystal structure, optical and electrical properties of the films) are studied by x-ray diffractometer (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), and ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer (UV-Vis). The results show that the thickness, crystallization quality and surface roughness of the $\beta $-Ga$_{2}$O$_{3}$ film are influenced by those parameters. All $\beta $-Ga$_{2}$O$_{3 }$films show good optical properties. Moreover, the value of bandgap increases with the enlarge of the percentage of oxygen increasing, and decreases with the increase of sputtering power and annealing temperature, indicating that the bandgap is related to the quality of the film and affected by the number of oxygen vacancy defects. The $I$-$V$ curves show that the Ohmic behavior between metal and $\beta $-Ga$_{2}$O$_{3}$ films is obtained at 900 ${^\circ}$C. Those results will be helpful for the further research of $\beta $-Ga$_{2}$O$_{3}$ photoelectric semiconductor. 相似文献

Dynamical formation and growth of cavity in a sphere composed of two incompressible thermal-hyperelastic Gent-Thomas materials were discussed under the case of a non-uniform temperature field and the surface dead loading. The mathematical model was first presented based on the dynamical theory of finite deformations. An exact differential relation between the void radius and surface load was obtained by using the variable transformation method. By numerical computation, critical loads and cavitation growth curves were obtained for different temperatures. The influence of the temperature and material parameters of the composed sphere on the void formation and growth was considered and compared with those for static analysis. The results show that the cavity occurs suddenly with a finite radius and its evolvement with time displays a non-linear periodic vibration and that the critical load decreases with the increase of temperature and also the dynamical critical load is lower than the static critical load under the same conditions. 相似文献

In this paper we examine the conditions for surface topography evolution and crack growth/fracture during the cyclic actuation
of polysilicon microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) structures. The surface topography evolution that occurs during cyclic
fatigue is shown to be stressassisted and may be predicted by linear perturbation analyses. The conditions for crack growth
(due to pre-existing or nucleated cracks) are also examined within the framework of linear elastic fracture mechanics. Within
this framework, we consider pre-existing cracks in the topical SiO2 layer that forms on the Si substrate in the absence of passivation. The thickening of the SiO2 that is normally observed during cyclic actuation of Si MEMS structures is shown to increase the possibility of stable crack
growth by stress corrosion cracking prior to the onset of unstable crack growth in the SiO2 and Si layers. Finally, the implications of the results are discussed for the prediction of fatigue damage in silicon MEMS
