考虑零售商社会比较行为的双渠道供应链均衡策略

研究零售商具有社会比较行为的“一对一”型双渠道供应链均衡策略问题。依据零售商与制造商间的横向竞争关系和纵向买卖关系,将零售商的社会比较行为分为横向和纵向社会比较行为。探讨了零售商具有横向竞争偏好时双渠道供应链的均衡策略,证明了零售商的落后厌恶偏好和领先寻求偏好均会降低其与制造商的议价能力;制造商可以利用批发价格制定权控制渠道间的价格竞争。分析了零售商同时具有横向竞争偏好和纵向公平偏好时双渠道供应链的均衡策略,证明了在制造商主导情形下,零售商的不利不公平厌恶偏好不影响零售商的落后厌恶偏好对双渠道供应链均衡策略的作用方向;在零售商主导情形下,零售商较高的有利不公平厌恶偏好会改变零售商的领先寻求偏好对双渠道供应链均衡策略的作用方向。     

基于语义的Web用户会话识别算法

研究一种基于语义进行Web用户会话识别的算法. 通过建立的语义化预处理模型对使用日志进行扩展,利用基于本体语义度量的Markov链模型识别用户请求所应归属的会话,提出用竞争激励算法判别会话的结束状态. 实验结果表明,基于语义的用户会话识别算法的平均识别率为69.8%,高于时间阈值、向前参考等算法.

少林武术最大的特点是禅武合一。禅武合一对少林寺体育旅游文化具有很大的助推作用。少林寺体育旅游存在游客体验性低、体育旅游产品特色不突出等问题。开展宗教修学旅游,彰显禅武文化内涵;合理控制游客流量,改善体育旅游环境;彰显禅宗文化氛围,提升文化旅游品位,是实现少林寺体育旅游可持续发展的重要途径。     

腐蚀环境作用后LC4铝合金疲劳累积损伤竞争模型

日历腐蚀环境作用后材料或结构件的疲劳累积损伤规律是科学地确定飞机结构日历寿命的关键，为此本文进行了多种“疲劳 腐蚀”模式的损伤累积试验，研究了“机械栽荷”和“腐蚀载荷”的相互影响，提出了腐蚀环境作用后疲劳累积损伤的竞争模型。与实验结果的比较表明在“疲劳 腐蚀 疲劳……”的加载模式下竞争模型与试验结果吻合较好。     

EVOLUTIONARY DYNAMIC MODEL OF POPULATION WITH NICHE CONSTRUCTION AND ITS APPLICATION RESEARCH

Based on the theories and approaches in biomechanics, the mechanism and pattern of niche construction were discussed systematically. Through establishing the spatial pattern of niche and its measuring-fitness formula, and the dynamic system models of single- and two-population with niche construction, including corresponding theoretical analysis and numerical simulation on their evolutionary dynamics of population and the mechanism of competitive coexistence, the co-evolutionary relationship between organisms and their environments was revealed. The results indicate that population dynamics is governed by positive feedback between primary ecological factors and resource content. Niche construction generates an evolutionary effect in system by influencing the fitness of population. A threshold effect exists in single population dynamic system. In dynamic system of two competitive populations, niche construction can lead to alternative competitive consequences, which may be a potential mechanism to explain the competitive coexistence of species.     

An affinity improved single-chain antibody from phage display of a library derived from monoclonal antibodies detects fumonisins by immunoassay

Fumonisin B analogs, particularly FB₁, FB₂, and FB₃, are major mycotoxins found in cereals. Single-chain fragment variable (scFv) antibodies represent a promising alternative immunoassay system. A phage-displayed antibody library derived from four monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) generated against FB₁ was used to screen high binding affinity scFv antibodies; the best candidate was designated H2. Surface plasmon resonance measurements confirmed that the H2 scFv displayed a 82-fold higher binding affinity than its parent mAb. Direct competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay demonstrated that the H2 antibody could competitively bind to free FB₁, FB₂, and FB₃, with an IC₅₀ of 0.11, 0.04, and 0.10 μM, respectively; it had no cross-reactivity to deoxynivalenol, nivalenol and aflatoxin. Validation assays with naturally contaminated samples revealed a linear relationship between the H2 antibody-based assay results and chemical analysis results, that could be expressed as y = 1.7072x + 5.5606 (R² = 0.8883). Homology modeling of H2 revealed a favorable binding structure highly complementary to the three fumonisins. Molecular docking analyses suggested that the preferential binding of the H2 scFv to FB₂ was due to the presence of a hydrogen radical in its R1 position, leading to a proper electrostatic matching and hydrophobic interaction. The H2 scFv antibody can be used for the rapid, accurate, and specific detection of fumonisin contamination in agricultural samples.

利用囚徒困境模型,分析了认知无线电用户相互竞争频谱空间的问题.自私理性的认知无线电用户贪婪的扩展自身所占频谱空间,并通过频分复用或迭代注水等方式实现最大化自身速率,最终导致了纳什均衡.比较此非合作情形下两用户的性能回报矩阵并得到该模型下信噪比与干扰增益的关系.最后在该条件下仿真和分析竞争频谱共享的性能.

通过对我国运动员在北京奥运会所获奖牌分析,发现我国竞技体育实力越来越强大,但和体坛霸主美国的差距仍然存在.田径、游泳、自行车等项目仍是我国竞技体育发展的瓶颈,能适宜于职业化和商业化的竞技体育项目有待发展和加强.女盛男衰现象仍然存在,但差距缩小.我国竞技体育发展区域失衡状况还将继续存在.     

第12届全运会女子手球决赛前三名球队竞技能力比较研究

采用文献资料、数理统计、比较分析等方法,对第12届全运会女子手球决赛前三名球队的身体能力、攻防能力、受罚指标等作比较研究.结果表明:安徽队的身体能力、专项比赛能力、快速和准确的制胜因素等强于解放军和上海队.新的全运会周期开始,安徽队要加强技术引进与创新研究、发扬光大快速和准确的制胜因素、丰富立体进攻战术体系、重视手球后备人才培养,力争可持续发展.     

基于阻滞增长模型的三种群竞争

本文利用同伦分析方法,研究了基于阻滞增长的三种群竞争模型,得到了该模型的近似解的表达式。这个解具有解析性,可用于模型其他量的分析,该方法简单有效, 可用于研究三种群竞争模型。
