近五年大学新生心理状况调查及思考

采用症状自评量表SCL-90连续5年对某大学共计21 376名2009~2013级高校学生进行心理健康状况调查对比分析.结果发现:存在的主要心理症状表现相对一致,自残自杀意念呈现先上升后下降趋势,新生在SCL-90中9个因子得分存在显著差异,该校学生连续5年心理状况呈现先下降后上升趋势.为此,需要从体制机制中开展心理预警、常规工作中建立活动服务体系和组织机构中构建心理预警系统等3方面优化大学生心理预警工作路径,提升大学生心理健康水平.     

第14届CUBA西北赛区郑州大学男篮攻防能力分析

以郑州大学男子篮球队参加第14届CUBA西北赛区预选赛的参赛技术指标作为研究对象,运用文献资料法、观察法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法,将郑州大学7场比赛的临场技术指标与其他西北三强所有场次的技术指标进行比较分析,客观地剖析郑州大学男篮技术和战术的优劣势,提出了可行性建议,为郑州大学参加总决赛和今后的比赛提供参考.     

Comparative molecular field analysis of chromatographic hydrophobicity indices for some coumarin analogs

The chromatographic hydrophobicity index (CHI) is an HPLC‐based parameter that provides reliable guidance in optimization of pharmacological efficiency and adsorption, distribution, metabolism and exertion (ADME) profile of drug candidates. In the present work, classical and three‐dimensional quantitative structure–property relationship (QSPR) models were developed for prediction of CHI values of some 4‐hydroxycoumarin analogs on immobilized artificial membrane column. Comparative molecular field analysis (CoMFA) and comparative molecular similarity indices analysis (CoMSIA) as 3D–QSPR methods were performed to gain insight into the key structural factors affecting on the chromatographic hydrophobicity of interested chemicals. The calculated parameters of Q ², R ² and standard error were 0.545, 0.996 and 0.773 for CoMFA model and 0.815, 0.986 and 1.44 for CoMSIA model, respectively. The contour maps for steric fields of the CoMFA model illustrate that the hydrophobicity of chemicals will be higher when the positions of R6, R7 and R8 in the 4‐hydroxycuomarin ring are substituted by alkyl groups. Moreover, by the analysis of the plots of electrostatic fields, it was concluded that the CHI value greatly increases if one hydrogen on coumarin ring is substituted by the F, Cl, Br, OH or OCH₃ group.

PBL教学模式在中美高校化学实验课教学中应用的对比研究

因课程设置、学情等不同, PBL教学模式在中美高校化学实验课的实施过程中各具特色。本文从教材、课程考核、师资培训、研究机构和基金等4个角度客观分析PBL教学模式在中美2国高校化学实验课应用中的差异,并在此基础之上提出,应该客观公正地看待这种差异,树立文化自信。     

核心素养下新旧人教版教材科学探究内容对比分析

基于新课标对核心素养“科学探究与创新意识”的水平划分,分别选择旧教材的“科学探究”栏目和新教材的“探究”栏目作为分析单元,从内容对象、开放水平等2个维度对新旧教材科学探究内容进行分析。分析结果显示,新教材探究活动数目减少,但其开放水平整体提高,减少了无效探究,增加了结构化的探究活动。建议教师充分把握新教材“探究”栏目的新特征,开展素养为本的教学。     

高中化学新手熟手专家教师教学策略知识比较*

以“原电池”教学主题为载体自编调查问卷,选取河北省90位在职高中化学教师进行教学策略知识(Knowledge of instructional strategies,简称KoIS)测查。应用单因素方差分析与多重比较LSD法,从教学策略与表征的选择、应用、调整、反馈以及评价等5个维度对新手、熟手和专家教师KoIS之间的差异及其表现特征进行了比较和分析,并据此提出相关建议,为促进高中化学教师KoIS水平提升提供借鉴和参考。     

Red Blood Cell Stiffness and Adhesion Are Species-Specific Properties Strongly Affected by Temperature and Medium Changes in Single Cell Force Spectroscopy

Besides human red blood cells (RBC), a standard model used in AFM-single cell force spectroscopy (SCFS), little is known about apparent Young’s modulus (Ea) or adhesion of animal RBCs displaying distinct cellular features. To close this knowledge gap, we probed chicken, horse, camel, and human fetal RBCs and compared data with human adults serving as a repository for future studies. Additionally, we assessed how measurements are affected under physiological conditions (species-specific temperature in autologous plasma vs. 25 °C in aqueous NaCl solution). In all RBC types, Ea decreased with increasing temperature irrespective of the suspension medium. In mammalian RBCs, adhesion increased with elevated temperatures and scaled with reported membrane sialic acid concentrations. In chicken only adhesion decreased with higher temperature, which we attribute to the lower AE-1 concentration allowing more membrane undulations. Ea decreased further in plasma at every test temperature, and adhesion was completely abolished, pointing to functional cell enlargement by adsorption of plasma components. This halo elevated RBC size by several hundreds of nanometers, blunted the thermal input, and will affect the coupling of RBCs with the flowing plasma. The study evidences the presence of a RBC surface layer and discusses the tremendous effects when RBCs are probed at physiological conditions.     

新旧人教版化学必修教材插图的比较研究*

对人教版2019年版与2007年版高中化学必修教材的插图数量、插图类型和插图功能进行了比较研究,发现新版教材的插图在总数、平均每章数量和平均每页数量上均有提升;不同类型插图的绝对数量均有增加,以科技前沿和知识归纳型的增加为首;在插图的功能方面减少了装饰型插图,增加了组织型与解释型插图。最后根据前文的统计数据对比和相关分析,对我国新教材的编制提出了注意插图类型、数量以及功能的适配,注意发挥其美育与德育价值的建议。
